I noticed my Yorkie couldn't put his left front paw completely down when he was walking. I took him to the Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital for surgery two weeks ago and I can't say enough about the doctors and staff that work here. He had surgery on Monday morning and he was back home in the afternoon. The Vets at this hospital took very good care of my fur baby and he is now just like new. If anyone reading this needs a recommendation for care for your pet, I highly recommend Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital. The staff is great!

The staff showed their concern for my fur baby and me from the moment we entered their office. Dr. Zinkus was excellent with her explanation of what problem my dog was having and what she could do in surgery to help. I chose surgery and all went very, very well.

Confirmed my appointment by text, then they wanted me to confirm by email, then they wanted me to confirm by text again. On the day of the appointment I waited for over an hour after they took my dog in. I have never ever waited that long for a service at a veterinarian call office. I am not allowed in during the time of covid. So I have to wonder what is going on in there??? I will never be back. I recommend you go anywhere else...

I absolutely love this place! They are so kind, friendly, and helpful. They’re extremely through and detailed about the treatment that you’re going to receive and before they do ANYTHING they let you know up front the costs. Hands down the best bet group in our area and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Love this place! Everyone there is very friendly and compassionate. I've been taking all our pets there since 1998 and so everyone is like family to me. Easy to talk to and get answers and have truly become friends with some. All are very knowledgeable and competent.

Over the last 25 or so years, I have had several dogs and Dr. Wolverton at Gtown Pkwy Animal Hospital has taken great care of all of them. In particular, a few years ago, one of my dogs, Lucky, had a tumor on her colon. She was 11 years old. Dr. Wolverton was able to remove the tumor and gave Lucky another great 5 years of life. All the doctors there are caring, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I would not go anywhere else for my puppies.

My kitty had to have emergency dental surgery and Dr.Zinkus and her team came to the rescue. Our regular vets were unable to fit him in due to staffing issues and Covid. My baby had several teeth removed and is feeling much better thanks to the caring folks at Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Zinkus and the staff are absolutely amazing. She did a fantastic job with my dog’s spay surgery and was extremely informative and supportive as I am a first-time dog owner. I trust her 100% when it comes to any decisions for my dog.

Highly recommend Dr. Zinkus and the entire staff at Germantown Pkwy Animal Hospital! She completed a torn ACL and luxating patella repair for my 13 year old yorkie and she's now back to 100%! She even made sure she still looked cute with her purple cow cast! I was worried about her walking with a cast but other than loooking like a peg-legged pirate, she had no problem getting around with it.

I took Bella there when she fell into some chemicals the contractors left and the staff and doctor was amazing. I decided to do all of her care there. She went for her puppy shots and once again the staff was amazing, the doctor that called me was amazing. I am in the process of getting the records from my previous vet for my other 2 dogs to transfer them there too.

We love Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital so much! We found them purely by luck searching for a new vet shortly before we PCS’d, when we had just learned our dog had a cancerous tumor in his leg. Usually it takes us several months to find a vet that we are comfortable with and that our dog likes and we hit the jackpot with Dr. Brown and her team. My dog does not enjoy going to the vet but he loves Dr. Brown so very much, and she takes such amazing care of him in his old age and took the time to learn his quirks and personality to make his trips to the vet more tolerable for him. You can’t go wrong with the team at GPAH!

I was very happy with my first appointment at this Vet office. Although it is contact free right now, everyone was nice and still kept me in the loop about my pet and what was happening. The doctor (Brown) was extremely nice and informative over the phone, and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

My first time here was not under great reasons, our dog had just been viciously attacked by two dogs and since we were new to the area we weren’t sure where to go. Germantown Parkway was the closest to us so I called and asked if we could rush our pup there. They answered the phone after the first ring (and I’ve noticed they do this everytime!) and they were able to take a look at our baby right then and there. The next two+ weeks were spent mainly with Dr Brown and I cannot explain how grateful I am for her and the rest of the team there. Dr Brown was so amazing at explaining each and every wound, medication and course of action she wanted to take. She’s so positive and she speaks with you like she’s been your best friend for years and that’s exactly what I needed during such a stressful time. Our boy is now on his last stretch of recovery and my whole family couldn’t be more blessed to have gone to Germantown Parkway. We will 100% be back for anything in the future and I recommend that you take your fur babies here as well!

The staff is very nice

One hour and $400 later, vet was guessing what my cat's bloating problem was. Tried to scare me into thinking the cat had a incurable illness and wanted to do another $1,000 worth of test! Pure profit center and they couldn't care less about my pet.

Great experience. Dr. Herr is awesome and will follow her anywhere. They came and got our dog to check her out due to Covid, which I understand. It was quick and they called us in the car several times to give us updates on our dog and what test needed to be done, results of the test and treatment. What I really liked is they told us prices before hand so we could agree to move forward. Some vets don’t say a word and just stick you with a high bill. Like the openness and the transparency.
