Super friendly staff that went above and beyond! First time to Memphis and not only did they welcome our dog with open arms we were given some local spots to check out. They took care of the whole family ???? I cannot recommend Camp Bow Wow enough!!!

All the employees are so wonderful with the dogs. They all genuinely love what they do. Our dog is most especially fond of Ms. Natalie who is there to greet him in the morning at drop off. They are wonderful with the dogs and you cannot beat the grooming! My dog loves going to camp.

A week stay and the pups love this place.

Our dog is getting older and has degenerative myelopathy, which causes his back legs to slide out from under him about twice per day. He isn't in pain, and he's a normal dog besides the occasional tripping. We told them that up front. When I picked up our dog, they said he wouldn't be allowed back and that I should only board at the vet. They also waited until after I paid and added a tip to tell me this, as I was headed out the door. We want him to stay somewhere he can move around, instead of staying in a cage, but Camp Bow Wow disagrees. I wouldn't take older dogs there.

We love Camp Bow Wow. Our dog goes in happy and comes home happy!

I am a true dog mom..my PittyBaby Patches aka PhattyPatty has been coming to this place since I adopted her in March..her first extended stay was 4 days I was worried to death about my baby lol..but the camera set up gave me so much comfort in knowing she is being cared for properly in my absence..I chose Camp BowWow because they did not discriminate against her breed and would let her interact with other dogs..several other LOCAL facilities said they would take her but she would have to be in a kennel separate from the other dogs..they must not know who her mama is lol she has been back here several times since then and be so happy when she comes in and they love on my baby with so much care..she will never go anywhere else and that’s facts!

My dog Augy and I love Camp Bow Wow! They are all Wonderful! Everyone loves him! He is old and needs extra care. I always know he is in good hands when I take him!

I have one super mellow dog and one spaz with a sensitive soul. Both loooooove Camp Bow Wow. The mellow one is easy, but my other pup can be reactionary and needs a little extra TLC sometimes. The folks at Camp Bow Wow worked with him when most places have called me to come get him and now he can stay all day and have a happy, healthy time for him and the other campers. I am a professional trainer myself and really appreciate their attention to detail when watching the dogs' body language and their ability to work with the dogs to help everyone have a good time at day camp. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great daycare or boading spot for their pup!

The staff get to know all of the dogs and I feel great leaving our high energy puppy here for the day. She gets to run around and play and loves going.

Camp Bow Wow is truly the place to take your furry family members. They make friends as we humans do. I love that second to none staff.

We love Camp Bow Wow! It is conveniently located and the staff/owners are AWESOME! I can make a reservation on my phone with their "user friendly" app which makes the whole process so easy! But most of all our dog loves going to CBW...so it is definitely a WIN WIN!

Very nice staff! We are members from another location and it was really easy to register my pup with them :) no more than 5 minutes. The cameras work perfect and you can see all the rooms, no password, very transparent. Thank you!

We are always greeted warmly when we come in.The staff always greets our girl with a lot of attention.The staff is very organized at check-in.You can check in on your pet any time during the day via webcam.If there was ever any kind of an issue during the day, the staff lets me know about it.Grooming and overnight stays are available in addition to day camp.Extracurricular things like pictures for events are available with a donation to a pet rescue.The staff is quick and organized at check-out.Our girl LOVES Camp Bow Wow, and can't wait to get inside!!!!!

I've changed my review as there was a misunderstanding previously. We LOVE CBW Balmoral. Rocky is always excited and knows where he is going when I turn into the parking lot. Staff is very welcoming and I know my dog is in great care while playing.

I wasn’t going to post my experience, but I think it needs to be heard. My dog had been going to Camp Bow WOW a little over a year. Initially, I loved the facility, workers and owner. I still do love the workers. However, my dog was involved in an incident where he was trying to engage another dog in play and the dog bit part of his ear off. My dog kept on playing and the staff didn’t notice it until later. That wasn’t the big issue. After numerous conversations with the owner, she ensured me that my dog wasn’t being aggressive, but the other dog was older and just correcting my dog, which I understood. Because I couldn’t leave work immediately, the staff was able to take him to their vet because of so much bleeding. The owner instructed me to give her the vet bill so that the other pet owner can pay their part. After constantly reaching out for updates, the owner of the camp finally called me and told me “she had good news, the other pet owner was going to pay half”. I was confused as to why they were only allowing them to pay half. Once I showed them the contract we signed, THEN they finally requested the owner of the others dog pay the full vet bill. My dog has found a great new daycare who has also gotten dogs from Camp Bow WOW with bad experiences. He has no issues and has bounced back like nothing happened. I think the staff is great at Camp Bow Wow, my dog truly loves them, but the handling of this situation was unacceptable and turned me away from them.

Camp Bow Wow takes excellent care of our dogs! They are always so excited to go. I love that I can see them play on the web cam and I love the interaction of the employees with the animals. We use both day camp and boarding services and have always been very pleased.

They are great, they know my dog by name and are super happy to see her (Mavis).

My Apollo loves it here. When I drop him off, he just walks right up to the door and goes straight in. And we both love the staff.
