Dr. Reynolds and the team at Little Rock Veterinary Clinic are great! I have two cats, one of which regularly has health issues. Every time I take my cats in, the team at Little Rock Veterinary Clinic is professional and compassionate. Dr. Reynolds always takes the time to explain my cats' health status in a way I can understand, and she provides useful, cost-effective guidance to improve their health and extend their lives. I can tell Dr. Reynolds really cares about the animals she sees, even above making money. I took my cat in for a small spot on her paw that concerned me, and Dr. Reynolds quickly assessed my cat and explained what the spot was. Since I've been to other vets for similarly minor concerns, I was prepared to pay the routine exam fee at the end of our five-minute visit, but Dr. Reynolds waived the charge. Further, the team has encouraged me to bring my cat in for regular weigh ins, as my cat is on a weight-loss regimen. They assured me these weigh-in visits were free, and I have yet to be charged for using their scale. I don't write this part of my review to say that this vet is cheap (no vet is cheap!) or that you should expect free services here; I just want to show that Dr. Reynolds truly prioritizes making sure her clients are healthy. If you are new to the area or want to try a new vet, this is the best veterinary clinic I've visited. I always know my cats are in good hands and receiving quality care while at Little Rock Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Reynolds and her team are incredible! They are so compassionate and so clearly care for the animals they see. Dr. Reynolds is great at explaining procedures in a straightforward and easy-to-understand way. They've seen our dogs through some tough times and we are beyond grateful for them.

The staff are so compassionate and willing to help in any and every way. This is a wonderful business with wonderful employees.

They are very awesome and professional…i bring my dog Australian Sheeperd very2 super duper hyper active but they can handle it and specially for Dr. Sandra very nice….so 5 stars for them ^^

This place is amazing. We have been bringing our dogs here since 2019 and have had nothing but great experiences. They follow covid 19 guidelines well, which is a reflection on their thoroughness. On several occasions, they have worked is in for quick appointments when our boys have been sick. They explain things well and fix things quickly. If you love your pets, this is the place for you.

Dr. Reynolds is the best vet I've ever seen. She has seen all of my furbabies and understands their different personalities and quirks right off the bat. She listens and responds to any and all concerns I've ever had for them. I can't say enough good things about her. Our family absolutely loves her!

These folks are always so nice & SO helpful! Frequently taking time to answer questions over the phone rather than making appointments for minor issues. They’re not the closest but I happily drive a bit further for their kindness & knowledge.

What a horrible clinic. My cat has an eye infection and they turned me away because they are “only helping current clients” what am I supposed to do about my pet? Just let him get more sick? Wow.

This is a small, but highly capable and frankly brilliant practice. Doctor Reynolds is extremely knowledgeable. and you can easily tell she truly loves her patients. She's genuinely kind to them and at the same time is a phenominal doctor! She gets to know both you and your pet as she is the only doctor there! Additionally, Dr. Reynolds has a staff of one who assists on checkups and procedures. She is great too. She recognizes your voice and even responds using your name! Naturally, a practice of this high-calliber keeps the office, facilities and treatment rooms all super clean! I wish all veterinary clinics were even marginally close to this great!

I'm always satisfied with my experience with Dr. Reynolds. They keep a very calm clinic so animal could be as comfortable as they could.

There were 2 people working that day the receptionist/vet assistant and the vet they rushed us and told us that could get a medicine over the counter but then backtracked and pretty much pushed the prescription just to make that extra money.

Love Dr. Reynolds! She and her staff are so kind, and I’ve never had visits with my cats go as smoothly as with them. They really work with the animals to feel as comfortable as possible, and try to make visits as low stress as they can. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I really liked coming to Little Rock Veterinary Clinic when we first moved to Little Rock. Unfortunately, we had a different experience as time went on. The first couple times we visited the vet tended to us very well. Once our dog got VERY sick the vet was very quick with us and the technician was the only person that seemed to be able to spend any time with us. In addition, the vet recommended a food that she thought would help our dog. Our dog slightly improved and I wanted a second opinion. I took our pup to another vet and she gave us an entirely different recommendation that made a HUGE difference in her health. In addition, the other vet actually took the time to sit with us, unlike Little Rock Vet Clinic where only the technician took the time. I would not recommend Little Rock Veterinary Clinic.

Great people, great prices. They saved my dog who had a bladder stone that was about a week or two away from killing her. These two figured out that was the issue in seconds when a different vet, out of little rock, wasted a year on things irrelevant to the lethal threat. I'm going to keep going to these wonderful professionals.

The kind and extremely knowledgeable folks here treated my dog like one of their own. Each person we encountered was friendly and informative, they helped me understand every task they performed and made sure my dog was as at ease as possible. My dog stayed in the room with me the whole time, something I greatly appreciated. It's refreshing to encounter such a high level of professionalism and individualized care. We'll definitely be returning to Little Rock Veterinary Clinic!
