I cannot say enough to express how wonderful everyone here is! Dr. Kline and her team - Zoe, Meredith, Kennedy, and Madeline, and those I did not get the names of - have gone above and beyond to save my bearded dragon, Dexter. They have given us hope when we had none and absolutely refused to give up on the tiniest of creatures. I have never been treated with so much kindness and compassion or felt understood and taken seriously by any other vet clinic. I cannot say thank you enough. "If your chances of survival are one in a thousand, forget about the thousand. Concentrate on the one." - Doctor Who, but also Dr. Kline ❤

They were able to get us in on the same day we called to book an appointment for our ferret who had a foot infection when no other veterinary could. All the employees were so friendly and helpful as well. We now have a much healthier ferret thanks to their service and we'll definitely be returning because of it. They are a tad bit expensive but it's definitely worth it!

Great with animals and they are willing to help with animals that don't have owners.

I found Chenal when I was trying to find a place to take my lab who was in obvious distress. I was devastated to learn that my baby had cancer and that the doctor recommended euthanasia. However the staff were all amazing, the vet encouraged me to take my boy home for a few hours to love on him and spoil him rotten before I had to let him go. While I hate I had to establish a relationship with this office under these circumstances i can't recommend them enough. We will be making this place our vet for our other critters.

Took my new puppy for a first visit, my 4 year old daughter was with me because she wanted to be with him and I thought it would be a good experience. Sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before we were asked to reschedule. There was some sort of emergency in the back, which I understand but it seemed as if they were overbooked to begin with. It was a very frustrating experience overall.

I have taken my dogs there to be groomed multiple times, but had an extremely distressing and horrifying experience with their services yesterday. I took my dog in who is a healthy 10 year old Yorkie at 7am. I got a text at 1100 letting me know she was ready for pickup, but I wasn’t able to get off work and arrive until a little after 1 pm. Lauren brought my dog to the car and she was visibly in respiratory distress. I quickly noticed that Lauren put an ascot tightly enough around her neck that you could not slip even two fingers beneath it with a knot impossible to untie without scissors. I immediately asked Lauren to get that off of my dog. I have requested before they not put these on at all, though have never pressed the issue of it being put on my dog anyway. I recorded my dog still continuing to make a goose-honking cough and still struggling to breathe similar to a person regaining strength after choking. I was obviously scared to death and immediately confronted Lauren who not only argued with me that it was not because of the ascot, but completely refused to acknowledge my dog’s distress or accept any responsibility for her negligent care. I have cared for this dog since she was 12 weeks old, and she has never been diagnosed with any form of kennel cough or collapsing trachea. She didn’t arrive in that condition, and it was unacceptable to expect me not to be concerned with her leaving as such. After arguing with me and running off to the back, a veterinarian FINALLY comes out and examines my pet. I showed her the videos and she did acknowledge it appeared to be related to respiratory distress though she gave me a song and dance about possible aggravation of previously undiagnosed collapsing trachea associated with the breed. I still have the videos and welcome anyone to DM me that would like to see the condition my pet was returned to me in. They agreed to refund my grooming charge, and promised to never put an ascot on my dog in the future—but I assured them that I will never leave my pet in their care again. I shudder to think how my pet would have suffered even more if I had waited until the allowed time of 5 pm to pick her up. It angers me greatly to know she was like that for 2 hours, unnoticed by their “highly trained staff.” Everyone be aware of this if you consider them for your pet’s grooming needs, and again-I’ll be glad to share the messages and videos of yesterday’s incident with my own dog. Update: Dr. Stacey Smith wrote a statement to the veterinary board denying she ever even saw my dog. She is absolute disgrace to veterinary medicine. Record everything!

We have used this practice since 2007, and have been completely pleased with the professional care provided by Dr. Kim Miller. Of late, the administrative activities at the Clinic have deteriorated to an unacceptable point, but we stayed in order to have access to Dr Miller. Dr Miller has now left the practice, so we left immediately after her departure. We found where she is now practicing, and have reconnected. The Website still lists Dr. Miller, which is totally inaccurate. I believe that this practice is now corporately owned, and in my view has deteriorated badly. I recommend not placing any of your loved pets in the care of this practice, even for boarding and grooming.

moved our grooming to Chenal Valley Animal Hospital because Jessi joined the staff. We love Jessi! She’s been grooming my little boy for years now and they do so great together! We would follow Jessi anywhere! So patient and good with my boy who gets a little anxious and he always looks so handsome.

Very kind and professional staff. Sandy is absolutely amazing at the front desk. You can do it all at Chenal Valley from vaccines, to surgical procedures and even boarding at very reasonable pricing. I am very impressed and will be using Chenal Valley in the future. Thank you for taking care of Zoie!!! Go Chenal Valley!!!❤❤❤

Beware of grooming services by Chenal Valley Animal Hospital! I am at Green Hospital animal Hospital now and have shared the videos of my dog after the distressing grooming treatment by Lauren Carroll with the doctor here. I am having to pay almost $200 for X-rays due to suspected tracheal damage as a result of how tightly she left an ascot around her neck for at least 2 hours despite me telling their staff on multiple occasions I actually never wanted it period! I also demanded a Chenal vet examine her on site Monday, but the vet claimed she was “fine” although she did acknowledge Alice exhibited signs consistent with respiratory distress immediately upon removal of the restrictive ascot much like a person who has just been choked. Chenal Valley Animal Hospital is requesting my complaint to the vet board of Stacey Smith’s malpractice be dismissed because they’ve now submitted in writing that Dr. Stacey Smith attests she never even saw Alice, and that it was a Dr. Kim Sadler, whom I’ve never even met that saw her. I was in the exam room with Alice the entire time, and Dr. Smith is the only veterinarian I’ve ever met there, period. They also submitted medical records to reflect the same about Dr.Sadler examining her and offering me the same x-rays they ended up reimbursing me for from Green Mountain. They are selling this as if it really makes any sense at all for them to offer a service and feel guilty enough to have pay for another clinic to do it if I had actually declined the services. They paid for it because they admitted they should have done it, but didn’t. They’re literally now saying the vet who saw my dog did not ever see my dog, therefore my complaint isn’t valid. My dogs were never medical patients there, and until that day, I never had a reason to know any of their vets—-just their groomers. I’m appalled to know their operation goes to such unethical lengths to avoid accountability. I don’t need anything from them, but this pisses me off all over again!!!

Chenal is amazing and I would recommend for any furry family needs. They are very attentive and treat your family like one of theirs. Cannot say enough good things.

Dr Kim has been wonderful with my baby, Woody. He's an exotic pet (American shorthair guinea pig) and there aren't very many Vets who treat them. He's notorious for getting upper respiratory infections, unlike his brother, Reese's, who is an Abyssinian. We recommend Dr Kim for sure! Wheek wheek ????

I’ve used Dr Miller’s office for all of my pets. About 2 years ago I rescued a dog that had serious trust issues. Lauren @ Dr Miller’s office is fantastic!!! She is the only groomer that has been able to groom him. He trusts her and loves everyone @ Chenal Valley! Thank You all for always taking care of my babies!!!

I've been a long term customer with my "kids", but will always be in their debt, as they took great care of one of my boxers as she was having multiple issues towards end of her short life...called and kept in contact even after hours and did whatever they could to help ease my pain after her passing. They are great with all three of my current boxers, reminding me of visits that are needed and never doing unneeded tests, etc. The entire staff is wonderful and makes you feel welcome and part of the family! I trust no one else but this team of experts.

Dr. Miller and her whole staff are incredible. If you're looking for a genuinely caring vet, this is the place to go. Recently my almost ten year old cat got extremely sick. We couldn't figure out what was going on. I made the mistake of taking him to an emergency veterinarian who rang us up a bill of over $3,000. The cat still wasn't any better and we had no answers. I finally transferred him to this hospital and explained the whole situation to Dr. Miller. We were financially stuck as a family but we didn't want to give up on him. Dr. Miller and her staff took him in and did everything they possibly could to help him out while keeping our financial issues in mind. Couple days later he finally was improving!! Dr. Miller was so kind, compassionate, and understanding. After having such bad luck with vets over the years, it's truly a blessing to have found this vet clinic. I would recommend this place to everyone

Excellent Veterinarian doctors and outstanding staff. Its such a plus when having more than one Veterinarian. They have the advantage of consulting with each other and covering for each other when needed. That's a huge bonus for customers and their animals to having great minds pulling together. Its a great place with great owners and staff. We have been with then in 2019 and 2020 and are well pleased.
