Earlier this year I took my family cat in for declawing and she started getting afterwards. Turns out the medicine they gave me to give to her said on the informational paper that came with it that was only intended for dogs and could cause some kind on internal organ shutdown in cats. We had used them for years prior, but this one screw-up could have killed our newest cat. Never using them ever again.

Terrible vet. Doesn’t care about the animals. Took my dog in and left her for the day and was told she had lots of dirt in her gut and took her home and I almost lost her that night so took her to another vet next day and she had congestive heart failure and her lungs were filled with fluid. Ugh. This vet does not know how to use a stethoscope.

Very friendly, great with animals, and really great on price. My baby had to have surgery and they did a very good job . I was a wreck but they answered all the questions I had. And my dog feels so much better. I really appreciate everything. I have been taking all my dogs there for years!!!

Dr Vaugh is nowhere as caring as Dr. Lewis. No longer take my dog to this place.

a doctor who can't drain an abscess should find work elsewhere. if any doctor prescribes euthanasia for your pet using mistaken information as an excuse get that doctor to realize the truth or take your pet elsewhere. my cat went from 9 pounds to less than 7, primarily due to a less than water only daily diet lasting more than a week after having been poisoned with a year long steady dose of garlic and pepper, both deadly to a cat, totally disrupting all normal body functions, until I began bottle feeding him a lot of broth and gravy, his appetite slowly returned with safe solid foods and the next time he was weighed at the doctors' office he had gained 1/2 pound and but for a newly discovered abscess was showing signs of strength and confidence standing, walking, jumping, and running. the doctor and a nurse refused to believe the cat's weight had ever dropped to less than 7 pounds at home and cited the 7.4 he now weighed in their office was proof enough the cat needed put out of its misery and applying anesthesia and emptying the abscess would be more of a shock than the cat could stand. the doctor tried making me feel guilty for making the cat suffer any longer, even though I knew the cat's health was returning now that he was eating full scale. I weakened when he threw the guilt trip at me, I shouldn't have, I knew the doctor was refusing to recognize the cat was, but for an abscess, beginning to rehab. By not convincing them the cat was gaining weight I made the mistake of letting them kill him. If I ever go back and am still on their patients' list after this scathing review I will not make the mistake of using that substitute doctor again. advanced healing is not a priority or protocol in any veterinary shop I've visited in the united states which is sad, saddest for animals that still run, jump, play, or cuddle but are euthanized. FDA negativity toward medicines proving effective in other parts of the world is a major cause of concern while take things for granted by the book only doctors, mostly young, lacking any effort beyond basic textbook healing is equally depressing and disturbing.

Dr is too quick to diagnose without thorough examination. The staff was always friendly.

Very happy with the switch to this business. After i had my first chance to visit our old vet, i decided that wasn’t the place for us. Made an appointment here and it was night and day. Love this place! They won our business 2x over.

I had an emergency and called everyone in this state the Dr and staff were the only ones that helped take care of our needs and made sure my little guy is going to be ok. This is a wonderful place and actual people that care. I will continue to use them for any and all of my Animals needs...

Dr. Lewis misdiagnosed my dog and tried to just put him on steroids. After running a bunch of expensive tests and that, according to him, was my only option. My baby was dying, I had to do something. Took him to another vet and found that he was diabetic. Doc put him on insulin and he got A LOT better. Fast forward to a couple of months ago. I heard that there was a new vet there so I thought I'd try him out. He only cared about selling me whatever he could. He convinced me to buy a bag of glucosamine tablets that were $65. I got home and looked them up on Amazon. $27. I called back up there and was told that they don't see how anybody can sell them at that price because they won't make any money off of them. This clinic seems to only care about bringing in money, whatever they have to do. Get you in, take your money and move you along. What happened to vets that actually love what they do and make your pet their #1 priority??
