My first visit with Briarwood animal hospital was excellent my dog was in great hands here.

We brought our 20 yr old weenie dog in thinking he was about to leave us and these drs got on it and made him better. They were so kind and professional and even called to check on him over the weekend. They were patient and explained everything very well and even gave us advice on another one of our weenie dogs that was not being seen that day. Our vet we normally use is about an hour away and as great as they were I believe we will b bringing our babies here from now on. Thank you all for taking care of our rocko and getting him well! You guys are the best!

I have taken dogs to doctor wood and hale for years

I visited Dr Hale today (as a non-established patient they got me in same day ON A SATURDAY!) because my dog had been exposed to scabies. He came to the car and talked with me about it and told me to go to Walmart for the treatment. He was very kind, professional, and straight forward. He assured me that the treatment I bought from Walmart would not interfere with her current flea and tick preventative. I could tell Dr Hale cares about not just the patient but the owner as well. I highly recommend visiting him and his staff for your pet's concerns.

Briarwood has always be able to get my pets in last minute during emergencies and handled the death of my rabbit with amazing compassion. This is one of the best animal hospitals I've ever dealt with.

I have gone to Briarwood for several years. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. Dr. Hale and Dr. Bell are both caring, matter of fact, and attentive to the needs of my dogs. I have had emergency situations three times since coming to Briarwood and all three times I was able to be seen within an hour. Very professional group who I can trust with the health of my pets.

My boyfriend took my dog to the vet yesterday to get her nails clipped. The last vet she went to they did not do it right at all. It looked like just under her nail was shaved down some but the tip was never clipped. She would also bite/chew on her nails. But anyway.. The people who did my dogs nails yesterday.. thank you. So so much! They are clipped beautifully and I’m sure my dog, Stella thanks you too!

They worked my daughter's very sick raccoon in the same day. Dr. Penny was amazing. She took excellent care of him, even though she wasn't very optimist, she didn't pressure us to put him down. I think she was very surprised when we brought him back the next week and he was thriving on the antibiotics she prescribed.

Best Animal Hospital! Been taking my pets there for over 35 years. They are family.

I ended up getting referred to Briarwood from my normal vet, who was booked solid for the day. I was skeptical at first since my vet standards are very high, but my dog was presenting with body tremors and would refuse to lay down, so for me, it was worth the risk. Briarwood provided fantastic service from the receptionist who answered my call at 8am, and worked with me to get my dog in as early as possible, to the exceptional service and evaluation from Dr. Hale who went above and beyond to listen to my concerns. Briarwood animal hospital easily gets my recommendation and I look forward to using them again for grooming/general vet care in the future!

Took my dog for the first time. He still smells they half cut his hair. The receptionist on the hospital side was rude. Will not return waste of 60.00.

Where to begin honestly, I have been going here for going on four years. When Dr. Kelsi was here I loved it. Dr. Hale is great as well. But lately they have been rude, accuse me of not paying a balance, and on top of that won't just let me talk to a vet before bringing my dog in. The quality of this place has gone down drastically and I will no longer be taking my dogs here.

I had a hurt kitty and needed help right away. They took care of him and gave me all the meds. I needed to give to him. I was able to calm down and not worry as much. ????????

We have Used Briarwood Animal Clinic for all our Pets for many years. Dogs and Cats. Dr. Bob and everyone there are just wonderful, understanding, caring loving people. They are very prompt and communicates well with us. They are just the best and we would not go any where else. Love them all!
