Allpets Animal Hospital Little Rock, Arkansas

First visit and was a great experience from start to end.

I took my dogs to a handful of vets in Little Rock before finding Allpets. I have to say they are the best by far. It is clear that all of the staff really cares about your pet and will take the time to listen to any concerns you have. I am very appreciative of that and it’s evident how hard they work to take care of their patients. Their location is also very nice and they are open in the later afternoon which is convenient if you work. I would recommend Allpets Animal Hospital to anyone here in Little Rock.

Dr. Kim Miller is wonderful. Have known her for years and she is all about helping animals and their owners. Animals are her love.

I have used Allpets Animal Hospital since my 7 year old dog was a puppy. Everyone is very nice. I especially love Dr. Paladino. The new location on Kavanaugh is really nice.

Love them. I have only seen Dr Miller but I'm sure the others are great as well. She has helped when others were wanting to do expensive procedures. Very knowledgeable and great with animals. A ++++ Would definitely recommend!!!!

So much empathy for my difficult, spoiled, anxious, stressed out, runt of a dog. Fast response to help us through difficult times, the opposite of a Veterinarian I had in rural California who had to come outside to give my dog a shot and made me cry saying "dog like that is his own worst enemy," He did see me later in the grocery store and said "I'm sure he is a very nice dog."

I will never return to this place. I took my baby to have a surgical procedure that cost me over $300.00. I got no post-operative instruction, the staff acted as if they do not care. Some lady chased me on the parking lot and said my pet needed a flea medication and I said but she doesn't go outside. She was very flip and rude. Again, no communication - I'm taking my baby back to Briarwood where they are polite and act like they care.

We took a dog we rescued to All pets. They took him right away, treated him and had him back to us within a few hours. And at a reasonable rate. If you're in or near the Heights and in need of veterinary care, I highly recommend Allpets Animal Hospital.

Allpets has always been our place to take our Rabbit. She’s been very sick for the past year and they helped us keep her alive and pain free for several extra months and we are very thankful for that time. When it was time, they also helped us in the kindest way to send our kiddo over the rainbow bridge without pain. They were kind and didn’t rush us at all so we could say our goodbyes.

Dr. Mike not only took care of my sweet senior dog, he frequently came out to check on me and give me updates during her tests and exam. Staff is friendly and reasonably priced for their services.

I LOVE Allpets Animal Hospital. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and professional. They have treated our 3 dogs and 2 cats over many years and through several tough situations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors always go above and beyond in caring for our pets. I always walk away feeling they secretly love my pets as much as I do. So grateful for their thoughtful, tender treatment for our pets.

I HAD a pet cockatiel, she wasn’t breathing correctly so I took her to Allpets for an emergency visit. It was my first time & due to COVID-19, I had to stay in the vehicle. My bird was very cautious around new people and would hiss in fear when near someone other than myself. The employees took my bird in and within 5-10 minutes she was already given back to me. The vet gave me Baytril and told me that the medicine would taste sweet (I did my own proper research and Baytril is actually bitter) he also told me that it was a “severe case of pneumonia” and that giving her the medicine daily and keeping her warm would make her better (once again, I did my own research and a severe case of pneumonia in ANY bird would require hospitalization, heat therapy AND oxygen therapy.) When my bird was given back to me, I asked them if she behaved okay and if she was scared and they told me “she acted perfectly fine” I find that hard to believe when my bird didn’t even trust my mother. My bird began to cough after 8 days and I called multiple times and asked for advice and what to do and they told me to continue giving her the same medicine and that a dropped would help. That’s all they could tell me. I got even more worried yesterday when she continued to cough all day, I called Allpets AGAIN and asked them for help and I was told “I’ll give the vet a message in the morning” a few hours later my cockatiel was no longer strong enough to handle it anymore and she passed away in front of my eyes. Less than an hour ago, the clinic finally called me back and told me they are prescribing a new medication for my bird. I lost my companion because the line was either too busy or the employees did not do their job to the best of their abilities. I drove two hours for a check up for her and she’s gone. I hope this doesn’t happen to ANYONE else, please PLEASE do your research no matter what the vets tell you. I lost my best friend and am heartbroken.

The only vet my dog will let me take him too! He loves it!

Our cat have a very bad UTI during these quarantine times and while it was impossible to find any other veterinary to schedule us, Allpets were able to get him in the next day. They did curbside check-in so we didn't have to leave our car at all and they called us as soon as the results were back. They explained our options very well and we were able to pick up our cat and pay very easily through curbside again. Very impressed with their service, worth the price and the health of our cat!

It can be frustrating trying to find a place that will treat ferrets and also have experience doing it. I am so happy to have found Allpets . Dr. Paladino is very knowledgeable and caring.

Reasonable prices for quality veterinarian care for dogs and cats. I appreciated the honest opinion we received when our dog was diagnosed with heart disease.

I cant say enough good things about the place and every single staff member is as thoughtful and helpful as the next . Dr. TIM and Dr Dugan go above and beyond and I dontt know if I'd trust my babies lives in any other hands. Highly recommend to any pet owner.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at Allpets, specifically with Dr. Palladino. I was never thrilled with the quality and care I received there, but I never felt like our routine appointments were completely negative until recently. I brought my dog when he was very ill, after being managed consistently at Allpets. I felt like in a time when I needed good quality care and effort, there was none. I never received a phone call from the staff or doctor with an update after my dog was with them all day, and when I finally reached out to ask for an update on my dog's healthcare I was told that it was congestive heart failure and I would have to put my dog down. The counseling was poor, rushed and unclear, to say the least. I went to another local vet for a second opinion and received a completely different (and now I know is accurate) diagnosis, and we are working through it with frequent follow-ups and check-ins. In the meantime, I never heard back from Allpets, and they never checked back in with me or my dog. I do not recommend this place if you are wanting anything more than routine checks with a relatively healthy dog; anything beyond that requires care and attention that will not be found here, in my experience.
