Always a fan of Banfields. We’ve taken our animals to them for over 11 yrs and with our move came a new Banfield Pet Hospital. They didn’t disappoint at this location either. Same great service, caring staff and remarkable vets.

I started going to Banfield since I got my first cat in June 2006 when the vet I was seeing was Dr. Bridger. I signed up with a Wellness Plan for Miss Kitty at that visit and have continued to have Wellness Plans for the other 11 cats that we have had over the years. The 12 cats we have taken to Banfield are Athena, Cassiopeia, ChiChi, Lieutenant Starbuck, Midnight, Midnight Too, Miss Kitty, Red, Serina, Sheba, Smokey and Vanessa T. (I think that should make me more identifiable to the Banfield staff than my nickname which my review is posted under does *SMILE*). When Vanessa T was first seen (by Dr. Bridger), he and I were unsure of the wisdom of my keeping her due to my having lupus SLE and her bad habit of biting and scratching me (I am female and I had rescued her from a horrible case of abuse in a household consisting of two females). Vanessa is now 13 years old (she was about 6 months old when I first got her) and with patience on the part of the Banfield staff (which is now predominantly female) and myself, she has gone from unpleasant to all females to pretty much not biting or scratching any females. Sheba has also had her issues but hers were medical rather than behavioral (Athena, Cassiopeia, Serina and Sheba were part of a litter of 7 that ChiChi gave birth to on May 29, 2012) that took about 6 months to totally figure out that she needed a hypoallergenic diet and occasional steroid injections to treat any flare ups of dermatitis that she gets (I have never had any problems getting her prescription diet card renewed). Sheba is also the only one of my cats that refuses to take medications that are to be orally administered (I end up terribly scratched when I attempt to give her medications by mouth even with my husband’s help) and Banfield has always accommodated her need to have her medications administered by injection or by the vet staff.

Receptionist was very kind in the beginning, Dr. Hudson was very pushy and seemed as if she was rushing, she also lied about contacting my previous vet with questions I had. My pup was given a shot which gave him very bad diarrhea. I was out of state at that point and was given the complete run around from them about sending a prescription over to where I was. They never sent the prescription or returned any phone calls. Won’t be back.

They take money out of your acct. Every month and refuse your service at the same time .they are no good.

My dog had surgery my husband was notified to pick the dog up close to closings hours so now she's experiencing a form or neglect because she can't receive any care and we can't pick her up after being an hour late and they wouldn't let my husband pick the dog up but my drive time from work is an hour you would think a business like a pet hospital would have an on call person for when things like this happen especially if an animal is left

My dog requires a veterinary diet and we originally came here to get her food. To get the food here, you have to have a prescription from the vet and then a card from this clinic. When we picked up the prescription the first time, the lady at the desk told us that we would not need to get another prescription. Every year we would just need to go back to the clinic and have them print off a new card. After waiting for 30 minutes to speak to anyone to get this card, they told us that we would need a completely new prescription from our vet. Our vet was confused because the prescription was written prn and there was no expiration date. Our dog is currently out of food until they receive the prescription from our vet. Even after knowing this, they were unable to help us.

It was my pup and I first time. I am glad after doing research, we chose this spot! When we came in, they were so friendly towards my dog and I. Very knowledgeable as well. Totally recommend to anyone!

Poor record keeping cost me time, money, and kept my little guy from being able to get his prescription refilled. I do not recommend.

They was so helpful and concern for a last minute emergency call they was able to slide me in. Upon arriving my pup was very worried and stress. However, the crew welcomed her by name making her feel a little more relaxed. They was quick and knowledgeable of what she was dealing with. The vet had called explaining everything and recommendation for a healthy and speedy recovery. We are one satisfied family!

The time of the appointment was on schedule and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They were very caring and made sure the experience was pleasant for both me and my puppy. The Dr. was thorough and clearly explained what she had done and answered all our questions.

What a crazy chaotic place!!!!! Its like the staff doesnt listen they talk over you.....just rude. And they dont pay attention to the individual medical needs of my pet. My firbaby was there for xrays on her neck and back. The vet tech knowing this literally dragged her by the neck to get weighed before I demaned her to stop. They just dont take the time to think and give the proper care. The bottomline is bad customer service and questionable safety of my pet!!!!!

I had to talk to the Banfield receptionist in order to get my dogs Rx dog food from PetSmart. They gave me a card to use in the future to make things faster. Front desk people were friendly and quick to take care of the paperwork. No complaints here, but I also had no personal experience with the vet clinic, as I use a different vet.

They were very nice and professional. I went in for shots and a nail trim and when I got my dog back her nails hadn't been trimmed, and thy were happy to go ahead and trim them right there but now I'm just hoping she acculy got vaccine.

I got a puppy about two weeks ago and I started taking my dog here. This place is over priced and has poor customer service. I got an x-Ray for my dog two days ago and they wanted to perform another x-Ray today. They threatened to fine me, for not wanting to pay for another x-Ray two days later which cost $225. I took my dog in again for the same issue. My experience with this place has been horrible!

They love animals! I appreciated the clarity in how they talked to me about Luna (dog) and Moonie (cat). I definitely trust the staff, and the only issue I had was dealing with corporate about these health packages they sell. Without that mess Banfield in Little Rock would get a stellar review and a solid 5 stars!

I love going to this vet so much! The wellness plan is reasonably priced, the staff is very responsive when I call with questions, and they genuinely seem to look forward to seeing my pup. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr Travis was great. Compassionate and really cared for the well-being of my senior pet. Normally wouldn't visit this location but I was in town from Dallas, I would highly recommend Dr Travis to anyone
