The issue is, they fail to follow protocall, I have many vets in my family and have worked as a vet tech for some of the top vets around the world. I have a friend that worked at this vets office and saw Dr. Sandy Deary beating animals for them to stay still. Sadly even some of the clients have commented on here giving this office a good review unaware of the abuse that has gone on with there pet. The kicking this vet does to the animals the hitting, the beating. Also when Dr. Sandy Deary finds animals lose she always sells them to make money for herself. If there is a chip she removes the chip and sells them. She does not contact the owner. She picks dogs up that she finds wondering the streets even if they have a collar or a chip. Dogs escape or get lose accidents happen. A dog might accidentally slip out of the door and you might not be able to catch them. Well if she finds them. You will never see your dog again. If you go here your dog is going to be abused. My friend saw incidents of Dr. Sandy Deary hitting a dog named sadie over and over again in the face. Another time a dog named cookie she kicked in the side because he was scared to walk on the leash. Blue she said “I wish I could just kill this dog” because he was hyper and wouldn’t sit still And a lot more incidents

12/14/2021 UPDATE: We've added 3 more pets to the family & have had to let several go & still couldn't be more pleased with Dr Deary. Its our preference to let our pets go at home if we can, & she's been over several times to accommodate us. Never in a hurry & its always about putting, not only the pet we are letting go, but the other pets & us, at ease. A new kitten I got wound up with a severe intentional issue, he had to stay at the clinic for maybe a week, they were always happy to give me updates, & it was never a problem for me to go visit him & sit with him for a little while every day. I've never met a more involved, caring vet & am still grateful for her & her team! I've recently moved to the area after visiting family for years. We always bring our dogs & the vet we were using would always take our dog away for any kind of treatment....not my kind of vet. I had to take one of my kitties to the vet, thinking she had hyperthyroid, Dr. Sandy did all treatments in my presence, spent as much time as I needed talking & answering questions. Was excellent & keeping in contact with lab results & our options. I also have a greyhound who benefits from chiropractic with the office offers several times a week. Took her to be treated & again, couldn't be happier, I've found my local vet!

My wife and I were traveling across country from Florida November 17th and staying overnight in Hot Springs when our 6 month puppy ate one of my wife's nylon socks at 11:00pm. We called several vets where their emergency service directed us to travel to Little Rock which was over an hour away and could not guarantee our puppy could be seen. We were extremely panicked and stressed with the situation when Dr. Sandy returned our call personally and gave us directions to her office (both verbal directions and a personal text because it might be hard to find at night). When we arrived Dr. Sandy quickly examined our puppy Teddy, treated him with one drop of medicine and within minutes our pup threw up the nylon sock. We were so relieved! We were checked out and driving back to the hotel at11:45 pm in absolute shock and awe that someone so kind and caring would get up in the middle of the night, drive to and open up their office to help save our puppy. You will be forever in our hearts. Thank you so much Dr. Sandy!

I was actually their when their babies were brought in! They did not attack but were very excited Shame on the vet! To lie on a work dog . And she tried to make me lie for her what a disgusting place and ontop of that! She admitted to “accidentally” putting down peoples dog that didn’t behave. With anesthesia to my husband . !!! We’ve made several reports to the police department but nothings done.. she’s been doing this for years unrightfully putting dogs down. !! DOG KILLER!!!

This vet clinic has no character, no moral code, it's all about the money. Don't take your pets here.

Brought my dog in for a routine checkup. The vet euthanized him with a shotgun right in front of me in their lobby. The receptionist loaded the gun and sent me a bill for $800! Would not recommend.

This Vet will steal your dogs from you and put them online to rehome them ! The Vet also pushes customers around when they don't want to return your animals to you !

Saw the video of her keeping someones dog and shoving the O of the German Shepards. This vet needs to be shut down and her license taking away. I hope you get shut down and can never touch an animal again.

I saw the videos and this Vet did everything correctly! I am thankful someone is trying to keep her dogs safe and their clients safe. The Pet owner has obviously let this happen too many times that it is now a KNOWN problem and is not taking the necessary actions to fix the issue. Due to that her dogs are now on the verge of having a bad run in with either the public, The Vet Staff and or the Clients. As someone that has had Husky's and GS's and live on a decent amount of property myself If I have a dog that is known to escape the last thing I will do is leave them on their own to do so! There is a difference between an accident and a known problem! This is defiantly a known issue and she states it herself. Kuddos to you and Good Luck with her in the future.

*****TIKTOK**** If you're coming to leave a bad review bc of tiktok. This is the other side of the story. That woman's dog got out and attacked another dog badly. Then later got out again and almost attacked another dog being walked by a vet tech. Dr. Deary is an amazing vet and deeply cares about animals.

Wouldn't give 1 star to this place.... absolutely ridiculous... how can you be a vet and not care for animals.

You're a horrible human. No animal or person should have to deal with a Vet or receptionist like that. Disgusting excuse for a human being.

Vet is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional. Needs to have license revoked and needs a serious people skills improvement Held dogs that wernt hers & she knew the owner was looking for them and assaulted the owner on video. Disgusting. Will drive far before ever going here

This clinic has put pet down without owner consent as well as causing bodily harm to others leading to paralysis and death in others! She is dangerous and has no customers service skills!

Just from my own personal experience. Disorganized and unprofessional. I have a pet that was being treated there after adopting her and they scheduled us for a return appointment. Several days before the appointment, this clinic called the shelter and said I failed to bring my pet in for follow up. Red flag #1. The receptionist snapped at my kids for walking on the floor because “she just mopped.” I didn’t get a very pleasant vibe based off my own experiences.

This veterinarian likes to put hands on her customers and clients. The vat couldn't care any less about any animals that come in. she is rude and aggressive this vet clinic is just out for money that's for sure . The old lady Receptionist is no better she's extremely rude and passive aggressive I do not recommend coming here I would travel a 100 miles to go see another vet. RUN!!!

It very clear that this “veterinarian” has a clear bias against working dogs. The fact Dr. Sandy wouldn’t inform a pet owner that she has there animals for FOUR DAYS, know this owner has been looking it’s beyond disgusting and Despicable. Not only that refusing to return the animals unless the owner signed a piece of paper should automatically get her license revoked. Putting her hands on a customer. Over all Doctor Sandy is a despicable human and excuse for a veterinarian.

My cat went there to be declawed last month and he now doesn’t use his right leg, the vet was rude and told my mom one price when we set up the appointment then at checkout the price doubled. I do not recommend this veterinarian office at all.
