Kelly's Kritters Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas

They were extremely accommodating. I needed to have my blind 12 year old dog groomed while we were evacuated for Hurricane Ida. Looked just like his home cut.

Very nice ladies who do a really good and thorough job. Will be using them from now on.

Highly recommend! Our oldest dog has some dementia, is partially blind and mostly deaf so she gets anxious and scared easily now, and our attempts to have her groomed several times in the last 8 months failed miserably, despite medicating her--til we brought Callie to Kelly last Wed. Kelly was SO patient and gentle with her, she was able to do a complete grooming, and Callie feels, looks and smells SO much better! We'll be bringing both our dogs exclusively to Kelly from now on!

OMG!!! We just dropped our 12 week old mini schnauzer and Kelly you knocked it out of the park. What a fantastic job you did on grooming Axel. We didn’t realize how much hair he had. Our beloved dog Jack absolutely loved Kelly’s he was always so excited to be there and left so happy and with a great hair cut, which is very impressive because he was very difficult when it came to taking a bath and grooming. We love Kelly’s!!!

I wouldn’t even give one star but it’s not an option. My fiancé took my pup in and they showed little concern and said he just had something in his eye and sent us home with medication. Said “he’ll be good by Monday”. Took him somewhere else he they figured out the problem and took care of it. Kelly’s Kritters gladly took my money with no concern for my actual pup because it was close to closing time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Sad. Disappointed.

Kelly provides excellent grooming and care of my Maddie Kay. Maddie is special needs...blind and diabetic, but Kelly ensures she is well taken care of.

They've taken great care of my dog each time I've taken him there. Prices are fair, and staff is very nice. Will continue doing business with them.

Our experience today with the ladies at Kellys Kritters is exactly what it should have been, the cut we requested and a totally calm and relaxed dog when we picked her up. We live in our RV, and have to find a groomer in each new town. The results have not always been satisfactory. Today was a completely happy experience, and we would highly recommend the caring ladies at Kellys Kritters.

She takes care of my little schnauzer very well. My dog loves it there and always looks great coming out of the office. Friendly and happy staff!

Bear always looks so adorable after we pick him up. He is a small pom mix we rescued and he is a scared little dog, but he is always well taken care of. We are very happy with the service and have returned multiple times.

KELLY ABUSED MY DOG. She’s 12 and been to many groomers who say she is the sweetest. I’ve been going for 1 1/2 yrs. Kelly hit my dog on the head. My girl didn’t want to go in. Some one has witnessed Kelly hitting wth brown wood brush. Bless my girls heart. She ran to me n jumped so many times. Kelly ,NO REASON TO EVER HIT A DOG. And VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO YELL AT CLIENT ON THE PHONE . I will never enter your place again. I will tell everyone I know NOT to come . I want you shut down. God help you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have brought my pup here several times. Great grooming services....they take good care of my pet and prices are very reasonable.

I have used Kellys grooming for over 2 yrs now. She always does an awesome job on my babies. I recommend her to others and they are always happy to see for them selves the great job she does on their fur baby too. She is a true professional in her work. And the love she shows for your baby is a huge plus. Her prices are fair too. I will continue to use Kelly as long as she is working or as long as I have fur babies.

Kelly has been grooming my 2 dogs since she has been open. I can't say enough good things about her or about how good she treats my little furry friends. I highly recommend her if you want a loving, happy place, to take your animals to get groomed.
