Animals were very clean and well taken care of. I can't even begin to express how many places don't take care of their animals.

Good place for all you pet needs. I just wouldnt buy your fish from here. Everything else but not the fish

Very close to Christmas and stock was hit and miss. Salespeople were all very friendly and helpful. Never liked the prices here but it's ok for last-minute, don't-know-what-I-want shopping. ????

We started using store pickup this year (2021) and our order is always ready when we get there. The staff is friendly. Their dog food prices on high end products are competitive or better than Chewy.

Well finally figured out why every fish I buy from this place dies. Because employees do this #1 rule of fish keeping you do not put your hands that have been on literally everything including dirty money into a fish tank without washing them first and you definitely don't use your dirty hands to herd fish into a net. This explains why the fish in these tanks die so quick by not being taken care of correctly

Just about every sunday I take my son he loves to see the animals! The staff are always polite and always willing to help or educate when I'm needing it!

I've had a PALS reward card for years and never knew half of how it worked. On this visit the female that checked us out explained everything!!

Employees are very nice and helpful. I can always find what I need and at a fair price.

There wasn't very many people working and they acted like they really didn't want to wait on me

Always a great experience when we come here for our pet needs. We've purchased a hamster and chameleon here. The staff are knowledgeable, but they aren't pushy.

The return process was not easy. Deals aren't as good here.

Used to never shop here was a PetSmart guy buy heck with 20 percent off 50 or more on pickup I'm going there sometimes 3 x a week

Friendly employees quality products, fair prices.

I left my dog for grooming, told them to be careful because he had replacement hips. I no sooner got out of the store, less than 5 minutes and they call and tell me they can't do him because he sat on the floor and they were afraid to try and get him to stand up. Some groomers you hire. Will never trust you company for the care of my dogs. Maybe you shouldn't just grab anyone off the streets to take care of animals.

I love Petco! I can find anything I need for my pets, whether it's my ferrets or angelfish or cat love bird, Petco has it all.

The associate Brian was extremely helpful and patient in helping answer our questions.

Very helpful with finding the cat for us to adopt. I enjoy feeling very much and he gets along with my dog Sasha and diamond already. They got acclimated very quickly. Although he did have a conjunctivitis and some respiratory stuff going on I brought them to the humane society on 128 and they gave me the medicine for Philips respiratory symptoms and his conjunctivitis. I really appreciate you guys thank you he is a wonderful Kitty

This is such a gross and grimey Petco. The workers here were all on their phones except one checkout guy. There’s pallets everywhere that haven’t been unloaded, and stacks of papers everywhere. The checkout guy wouldn’t even attempt to hide him openly staring at my chest (I’m a female) that was fully covered by a normal t-shirt. It made me feel so violated and upset, I have never experienced such unprofessional in a workplace like this. It wasn’t even bad customer service as just super inappropriate behavior. Mixed with a disgusting store on top of that. I feel so bad for the animals that have to be handled by these people. You are better off going to PetSmart, it’s a beautiful well kept store with sweet animals and workers. They are able to maintain eye contact and the prices are actually better there.
