I have had the best of care at this facility from pact 2., pt, diabetes care, thank you pact 2. I will say the new clinics are the best, but the old doc in the box was terrible

Here we are again! Called VA Clinic on 05/13/2021 seeking help with an issue and asking for an appointment. No call back has bee received. I have called back today 5/18/2021 with my complaint as well as AGAIN trying to obtain an appointment. Again have been told someone would call be back to set one....we will see.

The fact that this clinic is rated 4.5 stars is just a testament to the fact that as a veteran you have to be happy with subpar healthcare. Pro - It's free Cons - month long waiting list for appointments generally. - will cancel your appointment for being less than 10 minutes late - show up 15 minutes early to wait an hour to be seen (see above) - will cancel your appointment and will not tell you - treated like a drug addict for attempting to get partial prescriptions due to rescheduling of appointments (non narcotic, not a barbiturate) - and also my favorite, being put on hold to be put on hold. Maybe one day they will square away the VA. Until then take this garbage healthcare with a smile
