BrownDog Lodge Cordova, Arkansas

I don't go in, but my dog loves it. She is always excited when we pull into the Lowes parking lot. We do daycare about once a week, and she doesn't slow down getting out of the car. The staff knows her by name when she pulls up. You can tell they love and care for the pets. When they bring her to the car to go home other BD employees will come over and tell her goodbye even if it is out of their way.

This is the best place! My dogs absolutely love it! My youngest pup has been going here his entire life. It’s the only daycare he knows. They are professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. 15/10!!!

This was our first experience with BDL’s daycare and we were impressed! Staff was professional and enthusiastic, my dog was well cared for and had a great time and she even received a swag bag commemorating her initial visit. We will be back for regular visits and boarding in the future.

Pippin had her first visit today and loved it! She was having a blast every time I checked the cameras!

My dog has gone to daycare here several times and really loves it! She likes the staff probably more than the other dogs as they’re all very kind and seem to love what they’re doing. I also appreciate they have a camera so I can check in on my pet anytime of day, which makes me feel more comfortable about leaving my dog for the day. There’s also always lots of dogs there to play and the size of the area seems good for dogs to play without being crowded. Also love that there’s an indoor and outdoor bit because one reason I take my dog to daycare is so she won’t just sit inside all day. I’ve never used the boarding or grooming services, but may try in the future. Very pleased with daycare though!

Like many will understand, my dogs mean the world to me. I’ve never taken them to daycare, nor ever boarded them. I finally let go and took them to daycare today, as I had the idea that they needed more exercise and more interaction. I couldn’t be happier with the play space nor the staff. Of course, being a nervous parent, I enjoyed just seeing them on webcam. My bottom line is that I was a very nervous doggie dad, when I picked them up, I rebooked them. I couldn’t be happier about how they were treated.

I boarded my dogs at a vets office a few weeks ago and they came home covered in feces, stinking and my older dog could barely walk. We decided to take them to BrownDog this time around specifically because of the nice kennels and raised dog beds. I am SO happy we did. Both dogs came home happy, despite not getting an exit bath smelled just fine, no limping or pain and I loved being able to check in on them on the webcams. I highly recommend BrownDog for everything. The staff is just wonderful. Thank you for taking care of Max and Noodles!

We have used Brown Dog since they first opened. They love our dogs, take good care of them and make them beautiful with grooming.0

This was our first experience with the lodge. We had a wonderful experience and our puppies clearly had a great time. We love the ability to see the on the camera from our phones whether they were in their suite or out during play with the other dogs. We recommend their services and plan on using them for day care and Lodging in the near future.

We were very happy with boarding our dog at Brown Dog Lodge. His nails were trimmed nicely and he smelled so good after his bath.

Great customer service and easy drop-off/pick-up.

As a first time customer, I was a little disappointed with brown dog lodge. I booked a bath and nail trim for my all white husky. I dropped him off at 8:45am and was told that he would be ready around noon and that someone would call. After not hearing anything by 1:45, I decided to call. He had been ready since noon and no one notified me, which I can understand. But as an owner of a dog who has separation anxiety, I felt so horrible that he was locked up in a new place for that long. When I picked him up, he was still wet and I was told that he “didn’t like the dryer.” His back legs were soaked and I was told “he might have stepped in his water.” So I had a place a wet dog in my backseat to drive home. If you’re a husky owner, you know how much they shed and a professional blower can work wonders. Instead, he was left damp and I had to finish drying him when I got home. Needless to say, it wasn’t the best experience for anyone. Update: brown dog lodge gave me a call and apologized. They made things right and that really speaks a lot about their business and customer service. I’m looking forward to giving them another shot and having a better experience!

Brown Dog Lodge offers quality care for our fur babies when we go out of town. We don’t have to worry about them at all. The dogs have playtime with other guests and they are well cared for regarding food & medication (if needed). Birdie & Bogey love going to Brown Dog Lodge and that is a testament to the quality care they receive when they attend Brown Dog Lodge in Germantown. I highly recommend them!

Our dog stayed for a weekend while we were out of town. She has a ball!

Lucy always enjoys visiting her friends at BrownDog. Today she had a bath and came home smelling nice and feeling happy.

This was my first time having my dog Kobi away from me so I was really worried. They sent photos and also a link to watch him live which really put me at ease. They took care of my baby and I would recommend to anyone that cares about their dog!

I took my toy poodle for grooming, something that he usually hates, but Jennifer, the groomer, is so good with him, they tell me he was really good. They treat my dogs, both rescues, so well and are very easy to deal with. I’ve already got reservations for them for my next trip out of town.

Today was Wrigley’s first day. It didn’t take long after entering the facility for me to realize that it was immaculate and professionally run. The entire staff was helpful. I think Wrigley is going to like it.

My puppy has never been to a daycare before and she loves it here as soon as we got home she went to sleep lol! I went in with questions and they were all answered and also got to book the next day for her! I will for sure keep bringing her here!

My good dog Hazel came home from grooming so clean and they got all her loose fur out. The staff is always happy to see her and she clearly likes them.

We were very happy with our dog being there. We brought his bed, which he only slept on it on occasional and now he does all the time.
