Disappointed with their grooming service. I took my two small dogs to be groomed and requested the bath with hair cut with the holiday package add on. The holiday package was supposed to include nail buffing and a bandana. Their hair was trimmed well enough on their body but there was no sanitary trimming done which I specifically asked they concentrate on. Nails were not cut/ buffed close to the quick. No bandana for either pup. It was a real shoddy job and we won’t be back.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I am livid with the work of this grooming done by TIMIKA YOU should be ashamed! You Ruined our princesses birthday! She looks terrible!! Like a wet dirty poodle! Which she’s neither! I can’t believe you! Im so pissd words can’t form! All I know is You’ll NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN! & Ill be certain to let friends and family know not to as well! Im literally in tears my poor bella looks a hot mess! She’s supposed to have professional pictures taken! So much for that! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Thank you Erin from the Collierville store who was helping in grooming. She answered our "new dog" questions about doggie dandruff and many other things. Very helpful and courtesy employee. Great to see service like this is still valued!

The store is always clean and organized. The cashier Mrs. Doris makes every one of our visits great! She is so sweet to our dogs and super helpful with any questions we have.

Store was in disarray, no one at the registers to help. Walked around, and no employees out on the floor.

I usually have a good experience here and the employees are nice but this time it was different. I ran into an employee who couldn’t tell the difference between a Wakin goldfish and a koi fish. A Wakin goldfish is a goldfish with a double tail and is sold for $7 at petco, while a koi fish only has 1 tail and is sold for 24.99. The employee told me the Wakin was 24.99 because he thought it was a koi, even after I told him koi fish do not have a double tail. There’s even an info card about Wakins with a picture on the tank. He just told me to check back tomorrow then. I don’t know if he just didn’t care or if he didn’t want to help me get the fish since they were 30 minutes away from closing. It really only takes a few minutes to bag a fish though so I don’t really know what happened today. Then I came back the next day, saw him again and he told me to come back at 12. I have no words left to describe how angry I am.

Doris was very helpful during our visit! She even played with our new puppy, which he loved! Great selection of food, treats, toys, bowls, etc., and the store was very clean. Great location and staff!

Mix feeling stuff knowledge is limited about fish and other aquarium products.. cashier don't know their own store policy when I return my death fish

Staff is always helpful. There is always someone to carry out heavy stuff like cat liter and dog food.

I stock anti itch medicine could have been better for variety. They did great job in reacting on checking me out in a timely manner.

There were 4 to 5 dead bettas. I ended up buying a King Betta for 14.99 because it was so active. I did not want it to suffer the same fate...but 14.99 is alot considering that otherwise they are just left to die. I actually wondered if you give discounts on the dead ones? I wanted to ask out of spite because I was so upset.

I enjoy Petco! Lots of options for my pets as far as dog toys and treats. I loved how organized the clearance area was at this location. Super easy to find and everything was labeled.

Nice people work there. They do seem low on some of the favorite brands sometimes. It is at a great location for me do I don’t mind if I have to go back.

Usually I give a higher score, especially since I got my first free bag of cat food. My store was out of stock on the Petco brand 12lb bags of Whole Hearted dry cat food. All that was left was chicken flavor and they were tired of that. I had to settle for a 12lb bag of Kitten Salmon flavor for my two senior girls. I also wish they had the Turkey flavor in the 12lb bag.

Sadly, they are grossly understaffed. They need a person who is trained in aquatics on shift daily. There were alot dead fish in their tanks.
