PetSmart Conway, Arkansas

Thanks guy for letting my neice pet that snake! It was very exciting for her.

Cleo loves going to the Conway, AR PetSmart for her grooming session with Laykn. In the past, she would tremble in fear when returning for a grooming appointment. Not with PetSmart. She goes into the grooming area readily. And when she comes out, you can tell by how high she holds her head and tail, that she KNOWS she looks good!

Wonderful selection of products. Great staff! They helped us find the correct size harness for our dog.

This petsmart is always very friendly, on this visit Santa was taking pictures with the dogs.

My only problem with PetSmart is they need more employees. Or a self checkout. They only ever have one isle open. And the line goes half way back the store. Other then that they are nice. Kinda pricey though

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, although their suffering some shortages, just like everywhere else.

PetSmart, it's what you expect. Some employees were having a bad day. Made me feel like a nuisance.

When I did shop there.. Most of time found what I needed or could afford at the time. Associates were always helpful. All my fur babies have gone to be with there human daddy in heaven.

This would be a 5 star if not for a few of the staff. The manager is USUALLY helpful but I had one incident where I was questioning a products price because I could not find the label. It was a tank and stand worth and when he came to help he pointed to a label for a different stand without a tank and insisted that was the price and refused to verify before purchase, this day must’ve been a bad day with him because I heard him being snappy with his employees. I get that we have our bad days but be professional and leave it at the door please. The only other bad note would be the ladies working the fish. There used to be an extremely helpful young lady that was honest about her knowledge, if you had a question that she couldn’t answer she would help you research the subject until both parties were satisfied. She left the store a few months ago and the rest of the staff back there will make up information that they do not know the answer to. Other than that this is a great place for all pet needs and it at the top of my list for local stores to get fish.

Good place for lots of pet items AND SMALL FISH unfortunately if you have an established aquarium your NOT going to find any companion fish. IF your fish are healthy and thriving you'll only end up with feeder fish. Too bad you're forced to order online for any fish larger than 2 inches (3" if you're really lucky) Needs a bigger selection.

We do our pet grooming here and they are wonderful.

Love the staff, prices, and selection. It's a great one stop shop, and the staff is ver knowledgeable. Any reptile needs be sure to ask for Ash!

Love it . I could spend hours here looking at all the neat stuff for animals and they are always so friendly.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. But the selection of fish is limited. Which is okay, they still have all the necessary things for up keeping on your desired pets.

I always check on what fish they have. This visit they had so many different fish than their usual. Spent way too much money..

Didn't have the medication I was looking for. But we're nice enough to ask. James
