Ordered something for curbside and it was damaged in the store, I was told the truck with more dog food comes in the next day which would have been Sunday and that it would be more Acana in the shipment and for me to come back on Monday after lunch, they will have it out by then. I go in at 5:15pm to pick up the order that was prepaid only to find out there wasn't any and they didn't know when they would get more in. This would not have been a problem had I been told that initially.

The service was great. I came in with my new kitten and the young lady on staff helped me tremendously. She is a cat owner as well and gave me great tips on what to purchase for my kitten.

I was there to use my free coupon for some cat litter to try it out and when i checked out they tried to charge me sales tax on a FREE item which had no taxable charge on it because they didnt know how to ring out the coupon. So i paid sales tax in an item that was meant to be free! She argued with me and got the manager and the manager then lied to me and said it was a coupon tax.
