I feel my animals (cats and dog) are safe with Dr. Pope and will get the best treatment possible. The staff is very kind and friendly and is helpful with the information and advice I need.

I have know this Vet for nearly 40 yrs. He and his staff have cared for my fur babies for a long time. Some have been cared for at the very end of their life on earth. I trust the staff there and leave them in their care if I have to go out of town. They have cared for my cats and my dogs. I love the young people on staff. I consider them family. A great place to be when support is needed to decide on the best course of action in the care of your sweet babies.

I have to drive 20 miles to get there. Worth every inch...

Dr. Pope and staff are awesome, I have taken my sugar gliders and my nephews new puppy. Have been exclusive to Dr. Pope for many years. Would not consider any other doctor. Very attentive and loving. I cannot say enough wonderful things about All Creatures Pet in Collierville Tn.

Dr. Pope and the vet techs are awesome! They took good care of my bearded dragon when I had to board him. They also took AWSOME care when I brought him in before for his first vet visit and helped me learn to give him his meds to clear up the parasites he has from the pet store. They didn't play around and take a long time when it was te for his check up either. He's been parasite free for two months! Dr. Pope even gave me great advice on products and food to buy to help him grow and be more active and a happy little boy. I'd you have reptiles I definitely recommend Dr. Pope and all creatures. If you have any pet take them here.

I am having trouble with my English bulldog who was diagnosed with a splenic mass. This christmas season is becoming a hard one with the fears of losing our 10 yr old bulldog. I emailed dr Pope to get a second opinion about some of his health issues. I contacted several offices but he was one of the only to reach out to me. He corresponded with me so many times and very quickly back and forth practically like we were texting. Explained his experiences and helped me gain more understanding on what we are going through. He never seemed like he was trying to cut then conversation short or push me off. I'm so grateful for the time and consideration. 5 stars Thank you sir for helping in our deepest time of need.

We love Dr. Pope and the entire staff. Finally a Dr that listens to the pet owner, teaches proper husbandry, and truly cares about his patients and their human parents. The best exotic vet in the mid-south.

Wonderful experience! Had an issue with my Holland Lop's eyes. Dr. Pope explained things well and helped me to understand how to care for her. Everyone was so friendly!

I took my juvenile bearded dragon in for a check up. Everyone was knowledgeable and gentle with him. The vet tech in particular was absolutely amazing. He even took the time to show me how to properly clip my beardie's toenails.

Very attentive to my concerns for my pet. Very loving to my pet. Dr. Pope was not in a hurry.. He took his time with examining my pet and talking to me. He was very helpful with getting medicine he did not usually carry for my pet.

I drive all the way from Columbia TN so my birds can see Dr. Pope he is the only vet I trust to care for them. He's the absolute best in my opinion and has always gone above and beyond when it comes to the care he provides!!

My partner took my bearded dragon to his appointment as he stopped eating and was sluggish. They got an appointment for him quickly when I called which I appreciated. The vet took great care of us answering questions, finding the cause, and providing follow up information if needed for my reptile family member. Additionally, the vet was very careful to assess him and make sure we provided the best care for our reptile. My beardie is very underdeveloped due to adopting him from a previous home that was not using the best living conditions and the vet made sure to assess for these factors when determining his course of treatment. He is already looking so much better and cannot thank y'all enough!

I took our ferret in, probably just in time to save his life. The doctor ended up taking Gizmo home and keeping a very close eye on him while providing outstanding care, nursing him back to health one day at a time. It took longer than we were all expecting because Gizmo was just so bad off but I got daily updates directly from the doc. Two weeks later he got to come home. He's back to his ankle and toe biting self. Much love to All Creatures doctor and staff.

We really enjoyed the staff, very friendly, and Dr. Pope is such a genuine person. We are very thankful for the care this office takes for our fur family. Thanks again.

Avian veterinarians are hard to come by even in Memphis, so I'm glad to not only have found someone who can thoroughly examine and treat my bird, but someone whose entire staff shows a genuine care and concern for pets and pet parents and takes the time to demonstrate how to administer medicine and to check in on little patients as follow-up.

Dr. Pope has been our vet for years and has taken good care of all our pets. His team is amazing as well.

I have taken multiple pets here, and for exotics, I think they are the best. Dr Pope and his team took care of us. (rabbit & guinea pigs).

Doctor Pope saved our darling Honeydew the Guinea pig, Without his wonderful clinic and him we would’ve lost her. He was able to see her in a emergency visit at night when she was very poorly and He showed deep concern for her. His beautiful staff also shown their concern and love for our sweet piggy. I recommend anyone with a Guinea pig to go see Doctor Pope if your baby needs medical attention.

Dr. Pope and his staff are great. Appointments are not rushed. I appreciate how waiting in the exam room for 5-10 minutes before the vet tech enters allows your pet to calm down and get used to the strange surroundings. I also like how Dr. Pope gives you a written statement of his examination for you to read before he returns to the exam room to discuss your pet's diagnosis. Having the paper means you don't forget anything important the doctor said, and helps you to remember your questions during the discussion. He clearly explains everything and patiently answers all questions.
