Baileys was easy to work with and professional. I used their service to transport a puppy from another state to us as my husband has narcolepsy and cannot travel long distances easily. I have never used ground transportation or a pet nanny before and was very nervous about it. Bailey's put my mind at ease very quickly. They are affordable and kept in contact very well. Even better is that they were very quick from scheduling to transport. Friendly and they care for the health, safety, and well-being of your animal. They made sure that my baby was hand delivered safe and sound to my front door and picked him up from the front door of his breeder's home . I would recommend them to anyone who needs to transport an animal and may have issues doing so on their own. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Bailey’s best care transported our 8 week old golden retriever from Virginia to New Jersey. The trip was quick and they delivered him to me the same day he was picked up! Christina recently transported our greyhound and corn snake from MA to CA. She knew we were nervous about the whole process and made sure to send lots of photos and text updates. She took great care of our guys and helped us feel comfortable with the whole process. I recently hired Bailey's Best Care to transport a doberman from Iowa to Pennsylvania. I would recommend this company to others, and use them in the future. The price is very competitive compared to other transport services I quoted. Once the dog was picked up, the transporter kept in contact with me frequently via texts, text pictures, and calls during the entire transport service. The transport wasn't within the 48 hour window that I requested, but things do happen, and the bottom line was that the dog arrived safe and healthy. Thank you again!

We are so thankful for their last minute help in transporting all four of our fur babies from Miami to Fort Worth, Texas. They kept us up to date on their travels and well-being. I had to leave my Pug Frankie behind when I got orders from Florida to San Diego. And to make matters worse, the pandemic hit and the lockdown happen which made my transfer even more complicated. When I was finally ready to get him out to California, Phil and Ginette were there for us. They picked my baby up from North Carolina and drove him cross country to California. I received regular updates and pictures of him throughout the trip up until he arrived. They are true animal lovers who treated my dog as if he were their own. I highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again.

We love our dog Boots an immense amount and moved her with us to the Pacific Northwest from the Caribbean. The people at Bailey’s and, in particular, our dog’s handlers Phil & Ginette were friendly & communicative throughout our elderly dog’s journey. Bailey's was recommended to us by our breeder, so picking them was a no-brainer. Initially there was a bit of communications issue. We had been quoted a price, and told how long our puppy's drive would be. We thought the rate was reasonable, so paid a deposit. Then closer to the travel date, our breeder got in touch with us to let us know that Baileys was having a hard time figuring out a route for our puppy that would bring her to the border within 72 hours of her vet visit. (A requirement for bringing a puppy across the Canadian border). We were confused. The timeframe quoted to us was 1.5-2 days, which was well within the 72 hour window. So much so, that we never bothered mentioning the 72 hour window to Baileys. We only let our breeder know, to make sure the puppy had her vet visit as close to set-off as possible. In the end Baileys came through in a big way. They took ownership of whatever mistake/miscommunication was at play, and made sure our puppy got to the border on time. Our puppy was given a direct route to the border at no extra cost to us. There were no other pets on board. The drivers were amazing. We got updates, photos, and videos. The drop-off to another transporter who took her the last leg across the border went without a hitch. We very much appreciate everything Baileys has done for us, and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
