Way too over priced. Do more research before just settling on this place, there are other good, cheaper vets.

I am not one to leave negative feedback but since I was sent this survey several times, apparently they really want feedback. My opinion is mostly neutral since this was my first time at this clinic. I was very put back by the fact they were still doing all curbside service but failed to mention that entirely when I booked the appointment so I ended up sitting in my car with my two toddlers for over an hour and a half. It would have been nice to have known in advance. I was slightly upset that I never saw the Veterinarian at all, just a vet tech but I paid full Veterinarian prices. I understand that were busy but had this been a normal visit as I was expecting, I would have most certainly have seen the Veterinarian. Especially as a brand new patient. I was also quoted over $500.00 for a neuter, that is the highest price I have ever seen in my life for a neuter. If they had not tried to offer me so many other things then I wouldn't have been so put back by it so it left me to wonder if they were hurting for money and trying to get it wherever they could or if they were just really proud of their services. It's hard to say when I never even spoke to a Veterinarian to tell if the services where worth the price tag. How is a clinic/Veterinarian supposed to retain and obtain patience if they never see their owners? Very off putting and I hope my next visit is different or I won't come back.

I love Pine Street Animal Clinic. I have used them for over 10 years and have always had great treatment for my fur babies!! Highly recommend!

I rescued my dog Hank from the pound in June of 2021. I later learned he had heartworm. This clinic was new to me as I moved here from another state. They informed me that the pound should pay for part of the treatment. I wouldn't have known that. They explained the treatment plan with me and gave me the written plan all the through to the 6-7 month followup. I have never seen the inside of the clinic because they are excellent on the covid precautions. I really appreciate that. Everyone is so kind to me and my dog. They come outside to get the pets. I would recommend them.

I’ve taken my babies to other vets who didn’t know what they were talking about, they would incorrectly diagnose despite me telling them I didn’t agree and they would charge me for treatment that didn’t work. However I started taking my babies to pine street and I love the staff! Very professional and friendly, I can tell they care about our animals and they know what they’re talking about!

I was very impressed with the team at Pine Street Animal Clinic. Someone took the time out of their busy day, everyday, in-between visits to call and check on my baby girl when she had a problem. To ensure that she was improving or if not what they could do to help. I am new to the area but I will recommend them to everyone. My dogs are my children and I can definitely say without a doubt, that I have never received such wonderful treatment for my babies. Thanks again for all you do everyday!!

Amazing service and communication! We brought our new 8 week kittens in for a first visit. They both have some issues and Pine Street did an amazing job explaining exactly what needed to be done to help get them both healthy.

This is the only vet we'll take our fur-family to. They actually take of their patients with love and it shows. Rusty our cat was in the best hands possible and we can't thank them enough. If you need veterinarian services this is the best place to go.

I was visiting family in Austin Arkansas when a friend back home on cape cod ask me if I was still able to rescue a dog a 6 year old Rottweiler that had been living under her father’s trailer because he would not let it in the house and she wanted to give this sweet girl and life and a home to live in so I said yes. He live 6.5 hrs from we’re I was staying and he agreed to meet me Halfway after picking up the dog I am mediately google dog grooming near Austin Arkansas and Came across kamp K-9 pet resort and spa so I called them and ask if they could give her a bath and board her for the night since I was not leaving till the next day to drive back to cape cod and we’re I was staying had 4 little dogs and I did not want to bring her there till see was check out and had a good bath. They immediately got me in to the vet for her shots and then the kennel will pick her up from there and take her for her bath and her spa overnight. All I can say is everybody at Pine Street animal clinic was absolutely fantastic if I lived there I would definitely be taking my animals to them they got her in right away took care Of her shots so she was able to be boarded for the night and get a good bath nails done and her teeth done. You guys are fantastic thanks again

I have been taking my chihuahua Sugar there since we moved here 8 years ago. They are always so friendly even when I know they are overwhelmed. I really feel like my dog’s quality of life will be much better thanks to them and hopefully she will enjoy a long one. ????

WORST ANIMAL CLINIC I’VE EVER USED. Our dog needed shots, and care for a quarter-sized raw spot on his tail that he chewed after an allergic reaction. An hour and 40 minutes later, we were sent home with only a small bottle of spray and a bill for $188 (and that’s with a “discount” HAHA). The next day, we called to inform them that our dog continued to chew the spot, and they offered to prepare a cone and some antibiotics so we could pick it up. They then accused me of declining a cone on the first visit and stuck me with a $55 bill. On the first visit, they brought the spray and bill to me at the conclusion of the appointment, and I had to ask if I needed a cone. Me: “I’m assuming that if he keeps chewing his tail I should buy a cone?” They responded with a yes, so I was led to believe he didn’t need one. They never even mentioned the need for antibiotics. That was probably a nice afterthought add-on for some more price gouging since I wasn’t happy with the visit. The vet sounded like a woman who smoked 2 packs a day for 40 years and her “knowledge” of animals seemed more like bad guesses that a 7 year old could outdo by a simple Google search. I’ve been all over the US during my 17 years of military service and I’ve gotten to understand the veterinary business very well, and I can confidently say that this place is ran by miserable, incompetent, shady people.

My 4 legged daughter had to have emergency surgery last week. My vet was out of town and Dr. Rowland agreed to take care of her. She stayed in the hsp till Monday. Her care was wonderful. She is doing great! I will use them again. I’m so thankful for the devoted people there. They went above and beyond.

They are the most expensive and you will have wait for HOURS in your car even if you have an appointment. Never know what doctor will be seeing your pet.. always different. Don’t waste your time and money.. go to another vet!!

My pets get good care but I want to talk to the vet. Not a vet tech. When we see a doctor, Covid or not we see the doctor not an unlicensed assistant. It is no criticism of the techs but that was not the practice before Covid. We are two years into this and it’s time to figure it out. Human medicine has.

This is the worst vet I've ever been to. It's a great place to go if you never want to speak to an actual vet, all you talk to are vet techs. We had some problems with our dog so we took him here multiple times and the issue never got better, it actually got worse(4 visits and around $1500). Everytime we asked to talk to the actual vet who looked at our dog, there was always an "emergency" and the vet couldn't talk to us. We had to have a traveling vet do an ultra sound and the quote I was given a week before magically went up $400 the morning I was dropping him off. Still couldn't talk to a vet about this situation. Asked the vet tech to tell the owner to call me and never received a call. I was "kindly" told I need to find another vet. So maybe there aren't any vets employeed here? I'm not sure. The ONE good thing they were good at was calling between appointments to make sure things were going ok with our dog.

I was a new customer to Pine Street Animal Clinic and had a 15 year old kitty that wasn't doing so well. They got me in and were thorough and kind. When I left I knew what steps to take next. Thank you!

They treated my elderly Dachshund with the utmost respect and dignity. They followed up with phone call to check on her. With the meds they gave her I expect her to live the rest of her life comfortably

I had a wonderful experience at our first visit. I have 3 cats (only 2 came for annuals). Mellisa was attentive. She suggested things and answered my questions so well! She made me feel valued and understood my wishes. I would highly recommend Pine Street Animal Clinic for their ability to give quality service and not price gouge their clients. My babies were treated like family! Thanks to everyone involved!

First time taking our cat to them. They are so caring & concerned for my cat. They examined her & explained to me with an itemized bill for the charges on the treatment needed to be done. They have called three times to see how my cat is doing. I would highly recommend them to care for your pet.

DON'T DO IT! The first 2 years I took my puppy there, they provided great customer service. They act like they were exited to see him. But, 2 years after being a customer, I call to schedule an appointment and they said it will cost me additional $90 on top of the appointment to see him the same day. If I was ok with it they will see him, if not then I have to wait to see him another time. They just care about the money!!!! I still can't believe after taking him there for years, today they showed me that they just care about the money and they are taking advantage of their frequent customers. They want you to become one at the beginning but after that they will try to get money out of you as much as they can.... Not recommend. Prices are outrageous anyways!
