In the past we have been pleased with Petco, using them for our main pet shopping and grooming needs. As a predominantly family focused company, I was very disappointed to see the ideology push of the pride lifestyle. That choice is not something I want to have in front of my kids when we visit a store. If this is what Petco continues to encourage, we will take our pet shopping and grooming needs to another company indefinitely.

I came in here and bought a chameleon on December 9th. The 23rd, I woke up and my chameleon was not moving. I returned him to Petco and told them I wanted another chameleon as opposed to a refund. They didn’t listen and gave me a refund. So I have to keep up with the receipt to get the same price, and they won’t contact me about a replacement, I have to call or go in the store. They finally have chameleons in stock today (Jan 2), but no green chameleons. Just more expensive ones. So I’m still waiting. This is the most lazy customer service I’ve ever seen. Happy holidays, right?

Don't buy Seresto collars from PetCo. Petco's new 30 day return policy is NOT enough time to find out if the product actually works. If you get a defective product, you'll likely find out after 30 days or logner. At that point, Petco.com and the PetCo stores won't do anything to help you. PetCo.com customer service will lie to you without hesitation, causing a lot of wasted trips to/from the stores. We bought 13 collars through PetCo.com and picked them up in store. All 13 are defective and both the PetCo store and PetCo.com customer service are not willing to help at all. Do yourself a favor, if you want to buy Seresto collars, buy them from Chewy. They have an actual customer friendly return policy and unlike Petco, they truly care about their long-term relationships with their customers.

On 10.30.2021,,,had myself and my dog sit on a wooden bench for 30 min..just to ask a question. Store was stuff with items could walk easily down Isle and didn't have what I was looking for.. very rude, I will not go back...Petsmart was super nice to myself that's my pet store and we'll stock and very friendly... Excellent and had what I needed...

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE GROOMING EXPERIENCE. The people in there’s are so unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not ever step foot in that store again. Save your money and go to an actual groomer.
