Did a nice job grooming my fur baby

We love how nice Brown Dog staff is to us and especially our beloved Lila. She gets great vet care and grooming at Brown Dog.

I love my job! We have two amazing Vets, Groomers, as well as boarding for your pets!

Best place I've gone to. They really do try to get to know your pet. Everyone is super nice and friendly towards my little one, even when he acts so spoiled lol.

Dr.Robinson and Dr.Beck are awesome. I drive 20mins just to get to the vet. Typically I like having my vet close to my house but not only Doctors but the staff is AMAZING!!! There front desk person Chara is great and so is the Manager Crystal. They have made a customer for life. Thanks

Dr Robinson is the best. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and professional . Good recordkeeping, so that I don't have to remember everything that's due.

I had the best experience taking my dog to BrownDog Lodge. I was greeted and taken care of immediately. The groomer (Brittney) came out to go over exactly what I wanted. She also called to let me know details of my dogs services. I appreciated her for discussing with me details due to my dog being new to this facility. I will definitely be returning!

The people who cared for our dog were friendly and considerate of our dogs individual needs. Great customer service!

This review pertains to the grooming service only. BrownDog's new groomer is just terrible and completely unlike their previous groomer who was wonderful. Long story short, the new groomer never introduced herself, and disregarded my wishes on the form I had to fill out in which I requested a "neaten up" and not a full groom. Not only was my poor dog incorrectly groomed - something that could've been avoided had the groomer introduced herself - she took almost five hours AND I didn't receive a call when my dog's grooming was finished. In fact, I went to BrownDog to get my dog and it turns out she was ready. Lastly, she charged $14 more than the previous groomer and my dog is only ten pounds. I was advised the grooming fee is determined by the size of the dog, clearly not the case. I won't be back.

I cannot express my appreciation enough for the care that my precious Sadie received from everyone at Browndog Lodge. It was so difficult to lose my girl. I will never forget how caring Dr Jason was when about 8 month ago Sadie was diagnosed. Dr Jason cried with me when we discussed her medical procedures. He also told me to always be smiling when Sadie and I looked in each other eyes and to always tell her what a wonderful dog she was. When I called to tell them that Sadie had crossed over into the fields of Rainbow Bridge they all were deeply saddened. Thank you all so much. Beverly McNeil

Patient and helpful vets, highly reccomend.

My regular veterinarian was too busy to see me so I called browndog and they scheduled me for the next day. Everyone was very nice and now my kitten no longer has an eye infection. They also have a business cat named Thomas who likes scratches.

Thank you Dr. Fox for the awesome diagnosis. the suggested cure was right on target and our little furry baby is happy once again. :)

We feel at home in this office, everyone is very nice and understanding. The ease of booking an appointment is great, and the vets are knowledgeable and nice. Also my pets are excited to go, which has not been the case at previous vet offices. I am thankful for BrownDog lodge!
