Top notch.. I took my friend’s pet here for grooming as a surprise while babysitting him. She was so impressed, she changed groomers. Great job. Professional, efficient, so kind to my furry buddy.

What a great job Rachel did. She was good at explaining things to me an my little Bandit was done with expertise.

We contacted this groomer service because we have an older dog (16 yrs old) and our regular groomer thought it would be less stressful if someone came to the house. Well it wasn’t! We asked for a bath and trim and he came back completely shaved. The girl said he was squirming and biting her and that was all she could do. SHE DIDN’T bring him back in the house to tell us or ask us if she could shave him! He went from a fully fluffy Bichon to a shaved looking greyhound. It will take a year for his fur to grow back. And on top of that we paid her $78. Be warned. And, by the way, NO the dog was not matted. He is a bichon and he has never been matted.

Love them! So do my dogs. They are fast and do an amazing job. 10/10 service and customer care.

I have been taking my little friends to the Velvet Bow for nearly twenty years. The services are excellent and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend the Velvet Bow for your precious friends.

First visit was really good. Dogs trimmed according the breed standards. On second visit they seemed very short handed. Different person. Trimmed our dogs too much and not according to breed standards.

We have an Old English Sheepdog and Velvet Bow keeps her in great condition!

Took my Tinkerbell in this morning to get her nails clipped. This is the second time I've used Velvet Bow and won't be the last. They are so good with my baby and they do such a great job. It's so nice to find someone you trust with your baby. GREAT JOB!!

The Velvet Bow people are the best! We had just moved here and my little 18 year old chihuahua was badly in need of a nail trim. They took him in right away and the girls were so sweet to him. No drama at all just perfect nails. Thank you Velvet Bow! ????❤

My dogs love velvet bows’

First time taking my dogs to Velvet Bow. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have an anxious girl who has a thick and fluffy coat. They did an excellent job grooming her and my other little ones !

My dog, Rudy, looks so lovely after he is groomed at Velvet Bow -- and he really loves to come here.

They’ve done a terrific job with Our cat , Kismet and our dog, Freya. They always come back clean and happy well brushed.

Where do I start..... Taylor was very rude when I called on monday. I also had asked for a certain groomer and she continued to advise me that groomer got fired for stealing from the company and more things that wasn't my business. That has nothing to do with the quality of grooming that groomer does. She has been by far the best groomer velvet bow has had and it their loss. Not to mention what Taylor told me was very unprofessional and just disgusting of her. I will not be going back and will be letting everyone i know to go else where. Also I noticed how chaotic and stressful that shop seems. I can only imagine how the dogs feel . Shame on the owner for allowing her employees to be so unprofessional and rude.

Vicki and her team are caring and do a great job. They are always careful with my senior girl. I used to frequent a different groomer in another state, and she always came home limping from her hips. That has never happened with Velvet Bow. I really appreciate their gentle way with her. Also, you really can’t beat the price.

My boyfriend took his husky in a week ago, sat on the couch petting him today and found scabs all over his body, his fur is falling out by the handfuls all week, he does not feel conditioned and my hands are covered in dirt. This is an indoor dog who lives in an apartment he goes out for runs but does not play in dirt anywhere. This groom was $85 and was worse then just going to PetSmart. So disappointed and hope this hasn’t ruined his coat as his top coat is falling out. All I wanted was a bath and blow out. How does he get scabs all over his body????? A husky should never have clippers run over his fur!!! Will be using Jans pet grooming from here on out. Edit: after talking to another groomer it seems that the handler most likely ran the furminator over his coat so many times it cut him all over a week later his scabs are mostly healed but his coat is still very thin and brittle

The girls love Velvet Bow Pet Grooming for all their beauty needs. They love the staff, the bath & wonderful shampoo that smells so good, and their nicely trimmed nails. This is a great place to take your dogs, they treat them like family.
