Don’t take your puppy here for their vaccinations. They will charge you an exam fee every time they get a shot. I have been to several vets over the years and I always expect to pay an initial exam fee but not every time you go back! First visit ok. Annual ok. Specific reason for bringing pet in..ok. It is NOT ok/necessary to charge an additional 65 dollar fee every time if they are just getting vaccinated. It is seriously ridiculous and it is completely unnecessary. It is their way of bleeding their clients and taking advantage. Take your fur baby someplace else.

Carlos was amazing with my cat Mookie. She would stop shaking whenever he passed the room talking. The vet was great also.

My pets have been going to Valencia animal hospital for over a decade. We’ve had nothing but great service until just recently. The main vet was condescending and rude and made us feel awful about choosing what was best for OUR dog. I would give zero stars if it was possible. I am very disappointed that they said they would reach out to fix the situation and never responded. Awful customer service and awful for pets. Also after leaving an honest review we received a letter in the mail stating that our services were terminated. So unprofessional and rude and inconsiderate.

Great Staff and awesome doctors!

Great service, great vets, it can get busy but I don't mind waiting a bit when another person has a pet emergency. After all, I would want the same thing if my pet had an emergency!

Vet tech was wonderful. She took a very detailed record of my dogs history to relay to the vet. I brought my pets full records for review, we formulated a plan after the doc took my dog back for an exam, they allowed me plenty of time to get in touch with my spouse, and the very called me over the weekend with the normal results, which was surprising and they emailed me a copy of the results for my records. Exceptional 1st visit. Also, they are an AAHA vet (those are kinda what we stick to)

I couldn't get anyone to help me with my dog and finally found Valencia animal hospital they were wonderful couldn't save my baby but they were sooo compassionate I will always go to them even though they are 40 miles from my house

Entered hospital today with Shitzu suffering from pinched nerve (learned later) and the receptionist told me she was likely suffering from seizures after I told her about my dog’s muscle twitching and arched back. As a result of her unqualified opinion, they wouldn’t see my dog because if it’s seizures they didn’t have the ability to treat her. She was wrong on diagnosis and was wrong to give a diagnosis. She should’ve let the hospital care for my dog.

I loved their little kitty they had for the office she was adorable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

They were able to get me in quick. And they provided meds for the problem i thought he had. But when my 13 lb terrier mix was so scared he was almost climbing on my back and didn’t want to walk with the vet tech to the back, i was told that i need to “walk him on a leash more and that will nip it, because he’s a dog, not a cat”. Literally told the vet tech when we arrived in the lobby that we played “ring around the Rosie” in the car because he didn’t want to come in (rightfully so, the vet is overwhelming and sometimes scary to pets). But she also explained everything in a good manner and and was sweet with him in the exam room.

Would rather not return. I do have a hyper dog. He is better when both my husband and I are with him. I wanted to put him up on the exam table and she said no, so the dog thought play time on the floor.

I've only had wonderful experiences here. Awesome doctors and staff!

We love this veterinary hospital. Prices are a little high but the staff is awesome. We have had 3 of our dogs taken care of here and we are satisfied.

My cat was not eating, and acting sick. She was so weak on a Saturday that I knew she wouldn't last until normal business hours. In spite of the emergency visit, the staff and the veterinarian were so gentle and kind to my cat, and they were very thorough with all of their explanations to me. They provided a full financial disclosure prior to each treatment, so I knew what I was facing. Would highly recommend this place for your special pets!

Appt was made last minute, I got there 40 mins ahead of schedule and they took our dog right in. Great staff!!! Kudos!!!

I appreciate that I can get my pet an appointment 7 days a week. The staff are always compassionate and really seem to care about my cat.

Had to have a kitten looked at and they got us in that day!!! Unfortunately he had to be put down cuz it was a genetic thing and no cure. They did it right then and waived office fee...they were helpful, compassionate, understanding and just plain nice.go there.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff and vets at Valencia. My last call with them was to request medical records which they turned very quickly. Highly recommend.

They were able to get me a last minute appointment, were incredibly nice, and have great prices. They will now be my go to vet for sure. Absolutely fantastic and would recommend.

I took my pet cat there at 9am and she died at 11am. I took her home to be with me. I was treated well. Then I called to make an appointment for my other cat and was turned down. Why? Because I made a comment about all of us having to still wear masks. I was polite when I said it. So glad I found out who these people really are and would never take my pets there again!

We are going there with 5 cats and one dog. All are happy, including the humans.

Please read the reviews before you go to this place. From my experience all the one star reviews were spot on. Very friendly and responsive front staff , I had some concerns on what the charges on my estimate were and the front desk was amazing with easing my anxiety. Then I quickly received a call from Dr. Rosin and that’s were the service went to 5 stars to 0 stars . Dr Rosin began to lecture me about my professionalism toward her nurses( who were very sweet ) and refused to do any services. Yes that’s right the professional was lecturing a customer about professionalism in a belittling and condescending manner . How ignorant and ironic . Dr Rosin is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business in any industry. I feel horrible and sorry for her staff and really ANYONE who is forced to spent time with such an oppressive being. I really hope for her sake and the people around her that she is able to learn from an experience like this but previous reviews all state how condescending and rude this horrid person is, so I doubt an old person so closed minded and set in there ways will learn . “ can’t teach and old dog new tricks “ . I was talked down to about “professionalism “ by a professional who hung up on a customer, raised her condescending voice to a customer and caused a scene at her place of business. You tell me if that sounds professional.

They were great until they weren't. My dog cried in pain with the nail Clippers and I was freaked out.

Dr. Rosen is rude and one of the most incompetent Vets I ever met! Absolutely refused to listen to the clients request, seemed more interested in performing exploratory surgery instead of performing simple diagnostics. I feel like this Clinic is more interested in price gauging or forcing surgeries to line their pockets than being helpful and getting medical issues resolved! Since their opening I feel this Clinic has gone downhill, and has developed a poor reputation.

Visiting Arizona and our Lab came down with UTI. With blood in her urine. Tried to get into emergency vet but they said maybe in 5 hours, maybe. Called my daughters vet and they got us in immediately! Dr Sandra was amazing and very helpful. All the girls were great. As we spend longer in Arizona every year, this is the only place we'll take our dogs. Thank you ladies ❤????

The absolute worst service I have received anywhere! The vet was rude, belittling, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I would NEVER suggest this place to even my worst enemy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE
