I've taken my loves to Dr. Mueller for years! This 3 legged beast is still with me thanks to their compassion and determination.

I brought my dog here a few months ago to be examined because she had a swollen lymph node in her groin area. I got to talk to Dr. Mueller for all of 2 minutes before she started to try to leave the room, literally with one foot out the door while I’m still asking questions. She told me that “it was probably a hernia, definitely not her lymph node, and that I could go to a speciality center and pay $2k just to have it diagnosed or she could do an exploratory surgery and fix it for half that”. She also told me “hernia” surgery is not incredibly urgent and that I could go on the vacation I had planned the next week. I asked her if it could be cancer and she said “it’s extremely unlikely, I have never seen a dog that young (3 y/o) with cancer”. I trusted her but could not get rid of the horrible gut feeling I had so I decided to take her somewhere else and found out that my dog had stage 3 lymphoma and would have had weeks to live. If I had trusted this other incompetent doctor she might be dead. Take your pets literally anywhere else if you care about them.

Love this place! Prices are extremely reasonable and they take care of my mom's pets and my pets so well!

This place is amazing. Everyone was very nice. They were very fast, I would recommend to everyone! The Dr even called the next day to check on my fur baby.

Great service and affordable. They care more about you and your pet than trying to make huge profit. Great people!

I love BAH. They are so nice, and Doctor is caring and takes the time to know my 4 chihuahuas and all their issues. She's always willing to try different treatments and calls every day to check in. Great place and reasonable prices.

These people do great work and are affordable. They made it possible for me to be a great dog mom and get my dogs teeth cleaned. Also you can just tell they really love the furbabies. I am officially switching vets to Broadway animal hospital. ❤️

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY DONT ACCEPT NEW CUSTOMERS: In my experience, this vet clinic did not answer their phones whatsoever which led to me driving over to the clinic to get the info I needed. When I tried to make an appointment they said that they were not accepting any new customers which was frustrating since it does not say so on their website. If their patient list was full they should at least answer the phone to say so.

This place is a joke. I tried calling for 2 weeks straight and never once did they answer their dang phone! I tried every day of the week and different times...nothing. This place obviously has no interest in your business.

Please let the public know why you would not just put the poor, suffering dog to sleep instead of turning them away? Why would you let an animal suffer? Diabolical. Money?

A friend rescued a dog off the street that had just been hit. He took the dog here and was told to take the dog somewhere else that was 15 min away. The dog passed on the way. I called in and whomever woman answered the phone and confirmed what happened. Her excuse was that there wasn’t a vet on site and she couldn’t help. If the dog was going to die anyways maybe she could have gotten a towel or anything to help. This is beyond heartbreaking. I love dogs and I can’t even imagine something like this happening. (The staff should be trained on something like this) you work at a vet hospital. I actually work at a human hospital and cannot imagine turning someone away.

Wow to hear that this ANIMAL HOSPITAL refused to help a dying dog that was rushed in by a good samaritan who saw him get hit by a car on the road on his way to work. How could anyone trust this “vet” to take care of their pet when they wouldn’t save this helpless dog. Instead of treating him, they sent him away to another vet 15 minutes away, even saying “he’s probably not going to make it there” on their way out the door. While this amazing person tried getting him there, the poor dog died in the car on the way to the other vet. Shame on you Broadway Animal Hospital!!!!

Pet owners please be aware *** TW Broadway Animal Hospital simply refused to help a dog who had been hit by a car and seriously injured. Instead the vet and team suggested the good samaritan brought the dog to another hospital knowing the situation was life or death. Sadly the dog passed away while being transported to the other hospital. Shame on you Broadway. Do better. I would never bring my own pets or suggest this hospital for anyone who has an ounce of empathy.

I always have an amazing experience here. Cost effective and amazing customer service. They are very thorough when they are asking questions to ensure they are getting done what we need. During covid-19 they are taking special precautions by not having anyone in their small lobby and coming out to retrieve and meet us in the parking lot. The doctor also calls the following day to ensure my fur baby is doing well after any procedure is done! I love this veterinary office and won't go anywhere else!!

Wasn't really happy with this place. The vet didn't take any time to let me ask her any questions or ask for other services she just disappeared. Not very clean, and overpriced.

They have the best prices in Tucson that I have seen for canine dental cleaning and the cleaning was outstanding and done with care. $250 for cleaning including any needed extractions and antibiotics, $28 for additional pain meds, $60 thorough blood panel. The vet called the next night to check on both dogs.

Dr Mueller is a no nonsense angel... and won't sell you on procedures you don't need... always extremely affordable... but that doesn't mean the quality of care and service is In anyway lacking 10/10 would reccomend

The best and most reasonably priced vet we’ve ever gone to. Dr. Mueller fostered our rescue pup when her owners no longer wanted her until we adopted her. Now when we take her for check ups, all the staff are so caring and give her lots of love. These people are the salt of the earth.

I had made an appointment for our dog to get a one year dental check following last year’s dental cleaning, plus a booster vaccination and a general check up. It took several phone call attempts before anyone answered, let alone a call back. An appointment was finally scheduled. When we arrived for our appointment, I was told our pet was scheduled for another teeth cleaning. I tried to explain that wasn’t what I had scheduled, but all they listed on the appointment request was ‘dental’. We were finally told by the senior member of their staff that we could take our dog somewhere else. You can bet I will not be supporting this business again.
