To soon to tell but very happy with the puppy.

I got our sweet little girl, Zoey one and a half years ago and she has been the best puppy. She’s so smart and now we are looking to get her a new little friend so I’m back to see if we can find a friend for Zoey!

This is our second puppy from Paw Palace and extremely happy! Our little Bichon came home and was already potty trained on pee pads! 8 weeks old! Wow and Thank you! Highly recommend!

I love everything about Paw Palace! I loved how professional, informative, and communicative Karie was. I still keep in contact with her and keep looking for a sibling for my Bentley. Not professional at all... according to my calculations, she will respond with something along the lines of "Hi Sammy, not sure why your saying this because you never have been a customer of our." and that doesn't matter because your attitude is the worst, I don't need to be a customer to warn potential costumers that your dogs are not healthy and your staff, especially you, is supremely rude.

I flew from Northern California to pick up my precious lil Boston Terrier Cooper in Sept of 2020. It was quite a day trip...even with the looming threat of COVID I knew this lil guy was for for me so off I went. I was nervous at first sending $ via internet but it was completely secure thru credit card protection. I was more at risk with COVID than purchasing thru the Paw Palace. When I arrived my lil pup was so friendly and clearly had been in a loving home. He is a world class traveler and is, hands down, the best dog I’ve ever had. He is well socialized even in these crazy times. No fears or crazy hang-ups or bad behaviors. He is so smart, knows many tricks, potty trained in a flash, but then again, I invested a lot of time to give him his best future and now it is paying high dividends. LOL. I want another pup and keep hoping another Boston will become available thru The Paw Palace.

After deciding to add another Havanese to our family, we happened upon the Paw Palace and felt like it was meant to be! Their responses to our many questions via text were timely. When we called and spoke with Karie she made us feel at ease. Both Karie and her husband made the process quick and simple. When we went to pick up our Ruby, she was perfect. The house was clean and both Karie and her husband were friendly and continued to help us with the additional questions we had. We received all documents including health record, microchip info, and ACA Registration. We had a good discussion about Ruby’s diet, and we got information on what she had been eating. I also appreciated that they took credit cards so I didn’t have to worry about carrying cash. Perhaps the best evidence that Ruby had been well-cared-for before we got her was how smooth our 2-hour drive home was. She was playful and then slept comfortably. There was no whining, panting, or anxiousness. We took Ruby to our vet the next day where she received a clean bill of health from head to tail. What we learned is that Karie is a breeder, but she also works with reputable breeders to have puppies available here in AZ. We looked up Ruby’s breeder in Kansas and she is highly-rated and USDA-certified. Ruby’s fur sister and human family members already love our new addition! She clearly had great socialization because she gets along wonderfully with our 10-month old Havanese and cuddles and plays with every member of the family.

I now have a lovable companion and she is everything that The Paw Palace said she was. They were easy to work with and very responsive.

Going to the Paw Palace was the best decision my family and I could have ever made! Questions were always answered quickly and when I picked up my puppy the environment was clean and my puppy was clearly happy. My baby Daisy has brought so much Joy. She has a great personality and was 100% healthy. The prices at Paw Palace are also unbeatable.

My husband and I recently bought a yorkie and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything. Karie was professional, her prices were quite reasonable and all of her puppies were adorable and clearly very well taken care of. Our puppy came with up to date vaccinations, was microchipped and also has pedigree papers. Most importantly, she now completes our family. I definitely recommend the Paw Palace ????.

Kari is the best! Very accommodating, helpful and informative. Its been s long time since Ive had a "baby" and I had a lot of questions. Would definitely recommend her and would go back again!

We purchased a Shih Tzu puppy at The Paw Palace and couldn’t be happier. Karie made us feel comfortable from the beginning to end. Even when I was undeceive she was very patient. Our puppy is happy and healthy. Karie’s home is very clean and the puppies are well taken care of. I highly recommend The Paw Palace for anyone looking for their forever fur baby. We definitely will go back when ready for another puppy.

Keri at the Paw Palace was wonderful. She listened to what we were looking for and through her the most wonderful little puppy joined our family. He is healthy, happy, and doing great. Keri provides straight forward, honest service. She responds quickly, is knowledgeable about all puppy questions, her business location is spotless, puppies are well cared for and her pricing is realistic. Very happy we found her.

I read all reviews before making choices on services and products and it's important to me that both are accurate as possible, and professional. After reading a review that was a negatively rated, and then reading the response I have no doubt in my opinion that I would be giving my business to the paw palace. Not only did they provide a detailed description of events and information, they also showed a caring and concerned disposition even though being accused by a third party that wasn't a customer. I decided to get my dream dog during the pandemic. A baby boxer boy. Paw Palace was able to locate and privately transport the puppy I picked out across the country within 2 weeks. After having been the proud parents of Cooper for 6 months now we decided to bring him in for full xrays to rule out any iffy breeding practices (hip dysplasia etc) He came back with flying colors and our vet couldn't be more impressed with his look, personality or health. I couldn't recommend the Paw Palace more highly Thank you

A Very proper business to get that special little new puppy for your family or yourself. Helpful and accomadating in every way possible. extremely knowledgeable. left with all the proper paperwork from breed information to health and vaccination records. Karie is awesome

We just purchased our little Duke from The Paw Palace. He’s the cutest little Pomeranian! I can’t thank them enough for all their help. Both Karie and her husband were so kind and professional throughout the whole process! I was a bit weary at first since we were purchasing him from out of state (we live in California) but the drive was so worth it! Thank you again for allowing us to take Duke home and become part of our family. Thank you for all of your help Karie! Karie promptly replied to all of my questions via email. She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable on the phone and ensured all of my concerns were put to rest. Karie was able to get a vet date, secure a flight and get everything in order within a few short hours of speaking to her in the phone. My new puppy arrived safely and immediately adapted well to her new surroundings. If I am ever looking for a specific breed again, The Paw Palace will be the first group I reach out to!!!

The Paw Palace sent me home with the most attentive and curious Yorkie. Sam is an extraordinary dog - not just a handsome fellow, but he's already made himself at home here, curious about everything, and following me everywhere. Karie is informative and helpful. The adoption process was smooth and quick, and soon little Sam was on his way home with me. A wonderful experience!
