I have been taking my pets to Dr. Keil and her great staff for 6 years. She is the best!. Her services may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. She ALWAYS has the pet's best interests in mind.I highly recommend Mountain View Veterinary.

This place is great. Everyone is so friendly and I never have an issue getting an appointment. Thank you for such great service.

They charged me $71 dollars for melatonin and then accused me of hitting my dog and I dont hit my dog!! Any body that' knows me I don't hit my dog this was a very bad experience and all needed was for my dog to get his shots.

Took our puppy here for an ear infection. The clinic is obviously a small operation. I got the feeling I was being upsold the entire time. The medication they used required two visits and was under patent, so of course it was expensive. When I asked about other options that might be cheaper, they became evasive. Strangely enough, they gave us an antibiotic with a refill, but they wouldn't refill it without yet another follow up visit. I've never had that happen before. Isn't the whole point of a refill the fact that you don't need to visit the doctor again? Most vets contact you by phone the day after the visit to check on your pup, but this clinic doesn't do that. I had to call them a few days later and they couldn't answer my question. They promised a call back, but I did not get one. Bottom line, this is an failing vet with a few patients and they survive by charging as much as they can during every visit. The only reason I came here was because my normal vet was booked out for a month. I wonder why I could get an appointment in just a couple days at Mountain View? Now I have to take Charlie to his normal vet because his ear infection did not fully heal and I don't trust this vet at all. Would not recommend. Seriously.

Never actually spoke to anyone. But on answer service they refer to vet hospital. So calling at 2am to info and I received it was great

Although I couldn't get my cat in right away for an appointment the friendly staff member that answered the phone gave me FIVE places they recommended I call to find an appointment and even provided phone numbers. I felt like the staff member really cared about my cats health even though she wouldn't be a patient there, and I can't express how much I appreciated that.

Love bringing my pets here! The staff does a great job from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Service is top notch very descriptive of what to expect and what is happening with you family pet. A little pricey but you get what you pay for in this case for sure! Will be bringing my dogs over for all their needs

Our adopted senior cat was stray for part of her life, so she can be challenging to handle when she feels threatened. Everyone at the clinic took such great care of her during her exam & procedures that she was perfectly happy when she got home. Dr. Kiel explained things very clearly and had excellent suggestions for our cat's well-being. Louis, the vet tech, was very knowledgeable and so good with her. Everyone there was really friendly & efficient. I highly recommend Mountain View Veterinary Clinic for a stress-free experience for you & your fur babies!

Awesome vet clinic. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kiel is awesome and very good at listening to and addressing any concerns about your pet. I would highly recommend this clinic for any pet needs.

Dr. Kiel and her awesome staff have taken care of all our dogs for years and we have many. We couldn't be happier. The staff have taken and made every effort to accommodate my crazy schedule. They are so kind and considerate and have worked with us when we had multiple dog surgeries. When Brandee of seventeen years made her life transition the office was closed and we took her somewhere else a few days later we received a card from Dr . Kiel and her staff hand written. They loved her too.

So expensive. $634 for blood work and meds. Save 80% going online for meds. Doctor and staff was very nice but can't afford this place.

I brought my dear 13 year old kitty to the clinic because suddenly, she started peeing where ever she was and the pee smell brought tears to my eyes and nearly choked me! Her new favorite place to pee was our bed. Long story short, and it was about 10 weeks, Dr Keil got the UTI under control, as in GONE, and under her direction, got the peeing on the bed situation also gone. Our kitty is now out of kitty prison and once again has free range of the house, including sleeping on our bed. I am forever grateful

Dr. Kyle and her techs are so nice and loving to all of my babies. She helped get rid of the bladder stones my dog had and they treat my dogs so kindly. I highly recommend!

This office & her entire staff are truly one of a kind, amazing people. I had to make the very difficult decision to let my fur baby go. I'm so glad we're found dr. Keil. She's so supportive, kind & compassionate. She helped me through the process. Her staff was accommodating with my family to say their goodbyes. Wonderful place to take your pet. They have always been helpful whenever we take our pets in. It's a small establishment, but that's a good thing.

Prices too high. Vet didn't care about my cat. Woulnnt even give her the medication she needed unless I did FULL blood every few months. Found a vet charges 1/4 of what I paid here and didn't tell me to just put my older cat who is doing great, down which the first did!

Mountain View Veterinary Clinic is so awesome we recommend them. For over 15 years we have taken our pet's their. The staff is caring and very professional.

Dr. Kyle and her staff are wonderful and caring people. I have learned so much about taking care of my elderly dog. And we have been able to be seen right away when my dog had an emergency. I would highly recommend Mountain View Veterinary Clinic to all pet owners out there!

They have been good at caring for my two cats without charging entrapment prices. But, I have tried to go in there on Saturday 10-17-15 & today Monday 10-19-15 and the clinic has been closed with no other notices posted. Not good.

Mountain View Veterinarian Rebecca, is wonderful and so is her entire staff, from office to tech's all are so kind and helpful..many times I have had to just call and see if I could get in right away and they are so willing to squeeze me in, and never give me a hard time . When you choose a place of business, location is what you look for first then you read the reviews. That's how I found Dr Keil's MV Vet Clinic. The business has been at this location for almost 18 years and the reviews are almost perfect. I said almost perfect because the review is one's opinion for a certain service on a certain day. It really can not bring anyone's expectation down on the exceptional care the clinic provided. Personally, I admire the professionalism of everyone associated with the clinic. My senior dog, Bubba still remembers Dr Keil's name whenever we drive by the area. It's amusing to see how he tilts his head, perks his ears up whenever I mentioned the doctor's name.

Best care my three dogs received from any Veterinary Doctor and staff. They treat the animals as if they were their own.

We wouldn't trust the care of our pooch Callie to anyone but Dr. Keil and her staff. We have taken all of our dogs to her and have been very pleased with the care that they have received. Mountain View truly cares about our pets health and welfare. Thank you!
