The Staff are amazing let me tell you I have a big ole pit bull and the last Vet I went to I can tell just didn’t like my dog they would never pet her, talk to her always would call her a boy even though she has so much pink on her but here at Catalina I had a warm welcome right when I called to schedule an appointment then right when I took her in she was swarmed by the workers and I loved that she likes being loved and all the attention so once I get to the back Dr.Buzz was super knowledgeable and showed me things the other Vet did not, also recommended me prescription food for my dog and it’s done wonders Miller pet hospital is a joke come here to this Catalina Family and enjoy a better today

Took my dog in to see the vet. My dog is a hyperactive, uncooperative dog when she sees the vet, despite two years of my working with her. The vet and staff are so patient, caring and helpful, it was a great experience. The vet answered all my questions, and provide very helpful information about alternative diets.

My dog got a skin infection on his back paw. It was super swollen and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. My regular vet couldn’t see him for an entire week. I called these guys and the got me an emergency appointment and seemed as just concerned as I was. They were very helpful and reassuring. My dog is doing just fine now. His swelling has gone down and seems more comfortable.

Picked up Flea medication, request was filled and ready when I got there,approx. 30 minutes after call, staff is ALWAYS friendly, prompt, knowledgeable. They are a good reflection of precious Dr. Michl, ????, who is pretty much perfect, caring as much about my doggie as I do. Thanks to the whole team. I was so worried about finding a new Vet when I moved to Tucson, I needn't have worried, Dr. Michl treats my precious dog and I with the most care ❤ , knowledge and concern you could possibly wish for. Was most impressed by the requirement that I and my pet stay comfortably in my care until they were ready to receive us. Then I forgot to put on my mask as I took in my struggling St. Bernard, and they immediately got me one. These people are into health care and not just humans.

Dr I had not seen in years was there. Remembered me and gave great service to my new dog.

Wonderful Vet's - they have been taking excellent care of our two dogs - Matti and Bug - for several years now and the girls love their doctors. Amazing staff that goes out of their way to make my dogs and me comfortable. Five stars is not enough. Thank you Catalina Pet Hospital! ????????????

Entire staff is supportive, upbeat and quick to manage my reactive dog's visit to minimize stress/distress while providing great care.

Everyone was very friendly and kind from making the appointment through the follow-up care. The space they are in is nice, clean, and felt warm and inviting. The staff there were extremely transparent about costs, which I very much appreciated. The follow-up care has been better than what I experienced at more expensive/"exclusive" practices. Overall a great experience.

This vet saw me same day when I needed my dog seen as soon as possible. Although I gave no pet insurance and vet costs are usually beyond my ability to pay, they charged reasonable fees and were flexible and non-judgmental in providing me options for my pet's care. They even trimmed his nails and provided medication during the visit to take home. Today he is eating and feeling much better, thanks to their help and flexibility in care and willingness to collaborate with me as a pet parent with limited funds. Thank you!

The hospitality we experienced from start to finish was simply exceptional. On top of that, being allowed to hand-pick and select what care and services we tackled first - I don't think I've ever been provided that relief. Usually pet care comes w/ a "well, we will HAVE to do this in order to do that... and that services comes WITH this...". It was none of that, and no judgement passed whatsoever that I prioritized problem-related care over routine/preventative care to be assured that I could cover everything financially. And lastly, I didn't leave with the feeling that I didn't have all of my questions/possibilities/concerns addressed. I asked A LOT of questions - and they were all answered enthusiastically.

We've used Catalina Pet Hospital and Dr. Buzz Cohen for at least 15 years and wouldn't consider any other veterinary practice for our beloved dogs. Every staff member goes out of their way to make pet parents feel comfortable and special. They do the same for the pets. Dr. Cohen is a top rate diagnostician and we have faith in him and his decisions. Many friends and family also go to Catalina. You can't go wrong using Catalina Pet Hospital for your fur babies!

I had a very positive experience taking my cat to this hospital. My cat is terrified of pretty much everything and vet visits are particularly stressful. Dr. Sandate was extremely kind and patient with my kitty as well as with me. She listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time with us coming up with the best solution for my cat. The whole experience was excellent! All the staff were professional yet very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I have been disappointed by other vet clinics, but this place was FANTASTIC!! Courteous very thorough with my cat. I was told that on my cat's lower lip the bump was cat acne. They actually said they would like to take sample to see what is going on with it. Cat acne from other vet clinics. Cantallina is the BEST!! I WILL be returning!????❤️
