Friendly office and always available! I use the boarding here every time I go out of town and I’m very happy with it

Very nice and clean and Dr. Chris was great. The only complaint I have is that they charge you an office exam fee even if you only need a dog vaccine, so I'm taking off one star for that because it's really inconvenient to have to use another vet for vaccines unless you want to pay around $100 for a vaccine.

I have been bringing my two dogs and two cats here for about 3 years now, and only have good things to say! It’s easy to get an appointment (even when I brought in 3 animals at once), there is rarely a wait time, several COVID-accommodating options are provided, the staff and the vets all have taken time to get to know my animals. Also, the both of the vets will give you straightforward information and will happily discuss the pros/cons of various courses of action. I never feel pressured to do anything but also feel supported in making decisions. I had a cat emergency-situation last year and they were so helpful during that stressful time. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff and clean. They helped me say goodbye to my little old lady and have gained a client for the others in my family.

I have been taking my dogs here for over 2 years with no problems until today. I made an appointment for the doctor to see my sick Chihuahua. When I arrived today a technician informed me that she would be seeing my dog as the doctor was refusing to see patients. I advised her that I was told the doctor would be seeing my sick little guy and that i wanted to see the doc. She said that was impossible due to the Covid issue. When I asked her why I was informed that I would be seeing the doctor she said I was mis-informed. So basically i was lied to. I do not recommend this place and suggest you find another vet who will actually see your pet.

Took my dog here because he was having digestive issues. They gave some medications and recommended lots of tests as all vets do, but they understood that I'd do more tests if he didn't get better after a few days (I assume he just got into the garbage or the cat food or something). He did get better, so no follow-up was needed, but I'm very thankful they didn't push the tests or guilt trip me like other vets have in the past.

Our regular vet was unable to get my senior dog in for a minor issue in a timely fashion so at their recommendation to have him seen sooner elsewhere I called in to Cortaro Farms Pet Hospital and was so happy to be able to get an appointment sooner. The time I had with Dr. Phillips was refreshing to have a quick and personable answer to the issue as well as a vote of confidence for the treatments we have chosen for his overall health. I will use them again if needed and would not hesitate to refer other to Dr. Phillips. I appreciate the care from both hospitals and how everyone wanted what was best for my senior guy and his issues to be taken care of!

We have taken our dogs here for many years. The staff members are always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

This was the ONLY place willing to see my sick cat on short notice. The staff was kind, the atmosphere calm and the interior and exterior were clean. I felt myself and my cat were well cared for.

Dr. Phillips and the rest of the staff is awesome. Our doggies get the best treatment here.

Dr. Leuth was horrible! Not friendly and zero personality. I wasted 67.00 of my money for 10 minutes of her time and no diagnosis of what was wrong with my puppy! If she's the only vet at this practice, I am surprised they stay in business! Diana, the technician was great!

Received the Best care/comfort from the wonderful caring staff that supported us as we said goodbye to our baby,Buddha Belly Briggles! We appreciated and needed the empathy they showed us during the most difficult thing we have had to do! We will be forever grateful! Thank you all @Cortarofarmspethospital In my emotional state I sloppily wrote down our last name (and by no fault of theirs) my writing of * les came out looking like * us in Briggles ????, so we need to get the Urn corrected but that is a simple fix.. here are some photos, of Buddha Belly Briggles! 14 1/2 years was not long enough! They are great with our Molly and keeps us up when she is due. for next visit. Works is in if need in expected visit.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Took care of my 14 yr old dog's cremation and were very understanding and showed empathy at one of my lowest times. Highly recommend.

the vets are wonderful, Dr leuth, is my main vet but have seen others which are also good they truly care about your animals.

We just moved from FL and made an appointment at Cortaro Farms Pet Hospital for our dog to get established in Tucson…staff are friendly and knowledgeable…just a beautiful place. Love that they have boarding just in case… felts like home! Will be our dog’s primary veterinarian!????

I was planning on transferring my 7 cats and 3 dogs to this facility because it was really nice and easy to get an appointment compared to our current vet. After our second appt I realized there was a $58 dollar charge on our invoice for blood pressure. When I asked my husband about it he said it was never discussed with him that they would charge that amount. The MA only told him they were going to check the blood pressure but didn't mention the charge. He was never given a quote or signed anything for it. I called the facility to contest the charge and they said it was mandatory since the cat had a history of hypertension. My cat has never had a history of hypertension nor was it ever ever a concern for us so how can they say this was an illness and continue to charge us for it without our consent. We were there for a completely different reason. The receptionist refused to remove the charge and basically called my husband a liar saying the charge was discussed with him when my husband darn well stated it wasn't and he was on the phone with me too. Needless to say $215 dollars later, aside what we paid for our first visit, our cat is still sick and not doing well. We will continue to keep all 10 pets at our current vet and wait through to get an appointment then be overcharged for services on a conditions the cat didn't even have and not get treatment for the real condition at hand. This review is definitely not about the cost, I would not be writing this if it was a real concern. But $58 for a blood pressure that ended up "being normal" and wasn't even a concern to begin with is ridiculous!! I do not recommend this place and if you happen to find yourself there, please make sure to get all costs and procedures up front.

I wanted to personally thank Noreen And Dr Phillips for their responsiveness to me this morning when I brought in my sickly female Siamese. Just the fact that they took some time for us during a busy holiday weekend and were able to help her feel better. They were so compassionate and helped relieve my stress as well. Again, thank you!!

We just moved here from out of state, when our shih Tzu had a relapse of her infection. Cortaro Farms was able to see her the quickest and provide the meds needed to get her back to frisky self.

After my dog was mauled by a pit bull the clinic was able to see him IMMEDIATELY at very reasonable rates The staff is very polite and caring. They will definitely be my primary veterinarian even if I have to drive to the other side of town - IT IS SO WORTH THEIR SERVICE! Here's my Chico Baby ????

The veterinarian and the office staff were amazing to my wife and me... and especially to our Sadie.

Because I'm on social security I didn't have the $500 they wanted to run a bunch of tests on my yorkie who hadn't eaten in 8 days. She had lost aroun 7lbs and I cried all the time because I thought she was going to die, but i gave her my own antibiotics, baby aspirin and fed her with a syringe, she ate 3 times today so I'm hoping she is on her way to recovery. When did vet's worry more about lining their pockets than treating a very sick animal.

Friendly, organized, efficient. First time I visited them and like most vets now they pick dog up at car and return to pet to you. The vet came out to meet me after appointment and have general discussion on my dog. I was quite impressed and will be using them as my permanent Vetranarian!
