Quality care = healthy animal and money invested into a good establishment 1/24/22 took our 2nd dog here today after being very sick and throwing up for 24 hours. Very impressed with doctor and staff. She received blood work, iv fluids and medication. The cost was extremely reasonable and I agreed with the vet diagnosis. They accommodated my request for a visit same day which I am very grateful. The clinic was extremely clean which was also impressive!

Dr.Redmen is just wonderful..Would recommend her to everyone..

Always so kind here. I could take my pets somewhere cheaper , but we have really had great experiences with Dr. Redmond & her staff .

First visit and no complaints! Staff is efficient and friendly! My cat was very nervous at first, but the vet tech and vet were very good with him. They made sure any questions I had were answered and I look forward to going back

What kind of veterinary hospital doesn't have a vet?

Either I call and no one picks up the phone, or I call, get put on hold, and somehow get connected with another pet parent that is calling in, that has also been on hold! Each instance happened TWICE in a row.

I brought in a stray cat to get some info on the cat as well as the steps needed to get her adopted. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This facility offers declaw, one of the few if not only place in Tucson still doing so. I strongly believe pet owners should have the right to choose whether or not to do this - so extra points to them for that, as well as having a couple people explain the risks and considerstions involved in doing so. The team there explained things in a clear way that was easy to understand. A great place to take your pets in the SE side of Tucson.

The staff were nice and it was a fine place overall, but other clinics I went in the past would send the vaccination certificate to the Pima county and also give me a copy of the certificate so I didn't have to worry about it and just renew the license online. Madera, on the other hand, didn't give me the certificate on the day when my dog got her vaccine. So if you go in to get a vaccine for your dog, make sure you ask for it, otherwise they just remember to charge the fee. Also, I brought my dog in total 4 times, but the quality of the service does not consistent. Last time my dog got a wound cleaning, after the vet checked my dog I still had some questions regarding the medicine and such, however, the nurse was unable to answer all my questions, so the nurse was running in and out 3 times to get the answer from the vet (whom I didn't get a chance to talk to my dog's problem in person, and each time took about 10+ minutes to get the answers). It was an okay place, I didn't receive the best service that I hope for comparing other clinics and by how much they charged me. The reason I came in here just because it was close to my house.

Our little Dolly had gotten a uti that just destroyed her little tiny 5 pound body. The Doctor did all she could, but I n the end our little one gave up the fight. The entire staff did all their could to make Dolly's trip over the Rainbow as peaceful as possible. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and support.

Lovely, kind staff. My dog loves them!

The staff is very helpful and willing to provide information if asked. The doctor however is very short and seems like she's ready to leave the room as soon as she walks in. My husband said he felt the same way both times he went with our dog. We are reluctant to change vets as the location is very convenient and the staff is friendly.

Their entire staff showed a lot of compassion when I had to put our family dachshund down yesterday. They accomodated 2 emergency appointments when I needed them. We have lived all over the country with our dogs and they have by far been the best. Highly recommend them.

Called to make an appointment for my little guy and they got me in the same day! The young lady on the phone was very friendly and polite. The tech was an absolute sweetheart who welcomed my many questions. The doctor was fantastic, answered the questions I'd asked of the tech and didnt seem rushed to move on to what I'm sure was a mountain of work. I've heard great things about this clinic at the dog park and I concur!!!

They are friendly and polite. We pick up pain meds for our old dog every month. During these Covid times we sit in the car and call the front desk to pick up our refill. Someone comes out with the bag. The lobby is closed.

Decent prices, good care. Only 4 stars because I can't get a true feel for how they are running things as I had the appointment during covid time and it's a bit disjointed.

Dr Redman and her team are the best I've been seeing them for years and will keep seeing them for all my veterinary needs

Madera has been our vet for many many years she always works us in no matter how busy they are. She is such a wonderful and caring doctor. My dogs love her and never are scared to go to the vet.
