Front desk is extremely rude. Any medical questions you have for the vet, they will take the initiative to answer them and proceed with, "but I don't know" instead of passing the message along which is frustrating. The vet we saw doesn't seem honest either, seems like it's more about money. My pup would vomit bile in the morning once in awhile, at the time, I did not know that it was so common. Anyways, the vet told us she needs an xray and some medication for worms, we eneded up paying so much for something that will eventually take time to go away when she grows. Just super frustrating with the lack of concern and honest from this place. The front desk answering medical concerns was the last straw for me.

The staff is very professional and friendly. And I love the cozy feeling of the waiting room, with the weathered chairs and tables. Masks are required, per the posted sign on the door.

Called around 3 today to see if I can get my dog a appointment here and the lady was so rude , she just said they weren't taking any new clients in a aggressive tone and hung up on me as I was about to tell her thank you and to have a good day . Looks like I dodged a bullet

Very nice people and Doctor. The only thing is that the front is right on Swan. Busy Swan and Speedway. Don't let your pet go, or be in the middle of speedy Swan and will need another type of an appointment.

They are AMAZING!!! prices are reasonable.

My pregnant Bassett (or maybe me) needed a little reassuring and we got it at Buena. Staff and doctors were helpful and encouraging. We will be back this week again to confirm due date.

Very helpful with my request. Cute building on a nice street, feels like a home. Heard they are not accepting new patients (like a few other vets in town), but friendly staff and immaculate building.

I highly recommend this pet clinic. I called for an appointment and was given one quickly. When I arrived the facility was absolutely spotless and all staff was friendly and professional. They called me back from my appointment on time. The veterinarian took the time to explain all of my options and make sure that necessary tests were done without padding the bill with unnecessary tests or procedures. The price was very reasonable and I was out of the office in about 40 minutes total. This is a thoroughly professional and reputable establishment that I and trusted with my beloved pet's health. They exceeded my expectations.

Good care for animals, but no one, even staff, wear masks. Most clinics I go to observe CDC rules much closer.

The best place to take your new puppy if you get it from animal Kingdom you get discount and stuff on medicine I like it

First time experience with this vet was awesome! My mom got a 10 week old puppy and poor sweet boy got Parvo. He was around my dog who needed a booster. I told them this and they told me to bring him in right away. They got him in instantly and gave him his booster and checked him out. Thank you guys for helping us and taking great care of our pups.

Great pet clinic! The entire staff is excellent. They really care about your pet.

I highly recommend Buena. Their staff and vets are wonderful. We had to say see ya later to our 8.5 yr old Dane in March of 2020 and just recently had to do the same with our 14yr old mix in June of 2021. The vets comforted me and assured me I was making the right decision for my dogs.

Great service and knowledgeable staff

This is a great clinic. Dr. Halbach has been treating my dogs for several years and I am always satisfied and trust his expertise. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected but not any more than other clinics I have used. Several of my dog training friends use him as well. Highly recommend.

Took my puppy in for a tooth extraction, the tooth was hanging on by the gum. Didn't charge for the extraction or some medicines given. Added touch they trimmed my puppies nails without being asked. Buena pet clinic is a really great place for pet care!
