Guadalupe Veterinary Clinic Tucson, Arizona

We were in town for the Gem Show on our Border Collier lost a nail. This was on a Saturday, They took care of him that morning! They bandaged his foot and gave meds for the week. We went back in on Monday for a quick check and a new bandage! They sent us on our way. The staff was very caring! This was one of the best veterinary experience I every had. If I lived in Tucson this would be my go to veterinary clinic!!

My dog never got seen, because he is aggressive, and I let them know they still made appointment for him, they didn't even try, don't recommend this place.. taking him back to Santa Cruz Veterinary the wait is long, but at least they try and do see him

The only reason I give it a 4 is because I wasn't able to meet the Vet, but that is of no fault of their own. The Pandemic has led to this, particularly the very contagious omicron variant. I actually love how the staff is protecting her by making her circle smaller. Smart. One of the Vet Techs that I spoke to told me they were protecting the Queen Bee. The two different gals I had contact with were so very nice, seemed to care about us, yes both me and my dog, we come as a pair. They gave me the choice of how to proceed and relayed the message from the Vet to me in a professional manner. I will be going back there. A little surprise token in the desert ????️

Highly recommend. They were able to see my boy the day before Thanksgiving!! They took such good care if him.

Have taken all my pets here for years, the doctor and staff are very pleasant and make sure your pet has the best care possible.

Very good service, excellent staff

The staff is very helpful & friendly. Pre-Covid my office experience was always pleasant. I really appreciate that they have a 2nd side in the office for pet owners who have an allergy to cats. Ok so now its Covid time & pet owners must wait in their vehicles. We had about a 30 minute wait but I wasn't upset because I was certain that my doggie Bo would be well cared for by the Vet & the Staff. People be patient if you have to wait, ask yourself if you would be ok with the Vet rushing through your pets visit just to get to the next patient. Guadalupe Veterinary-Thank you for your great care of Bo & Tootsie the past 15 years.

First time there since moving with the minions. The vet there is very thorough in explaing things. no contact visit, therefore everthing was written in the report i received at the end. My dogs were all excited to go to the vet too. it is a grand social occasion where they can interact with people who don't act scared just because they are The Pits.

I love the ladies here, Christa is, always so nice and goes our of her way to take care of you, everyone is very nice, and they are truly amazing I always Recommend Guadalupe vetenary clinic, I work at Walmart and when I see customers with new pets I always ask if they a vet to help with there fur babies needs if not I tell them about Guadalupe Veterinary clinic, and the amazing puppy plans they have.. yes they can get very busy I believe they only have one Vet. Use to be my vet of choice, but never returned my phone call about having my cat seen for a uti. I will not be back. I will no longer recommend.

Guadalupe vet clinic has been great. Christa was fantastic working to fit my dog in to the schedule. Pick up and drop off are a breeze.

they take forever to actually come to the car to get your pet. The first time I was here I waited 30 mins to pick up my dog and the second time is already close to the same. The instructions on how to give my dog the medicine was extremely rushed and unclear. Overall a bad experience

Not a fan that I can't go in with my pets, and I'm new to the clinic but so far so good. :)

I gave all the information over the phone why I wanted my cat to be seen. This included possible lab, vaccines and just an overall exam. I had to wait a number of days until my cat could be seen but I went ahead and booked the appointment because his well being is really important to me. I drove forty miles round trip for this 9:00 a.m. appointment and I was actually a few minutes early. There were two other cars there with appointment I guess. After waiting for 40 minutes a woman came out to get my paperwork. She promptly returned after speaking to the vet I assume and gave me a paper with the Cat Doctor and phone number. Great service. I will never recommend this practice. I should have been told while trying to make my appointment that my cat couldn’t be seen for this routine type visit.

They Denied my dogs surgery because she was scared and she wouldn't walk to the back Room with them, they told me they don't deal with dogs like that and for me to take her somewhere else there not trying to deal with her like acting that!!!

Took my dog here as a puppy to receive all vaccinations ( they offer a puppy package) and to be neutered. The vet and staff were ALWAYS amazing and caring. The office was always so clean and put together. I highly recommend to anyone starting out with a puppy.

They were very busy. We waited 90 minutes. They were low staffed but took care of our rayne kitty.

My dog had to be seen by a vet. They're very nice and show concern. Their prices are very reasonable. They keep their building very nice and clean. And they were understanding that financially I was limited. Great customer service and the vet was down to earth and caring. I recommend them for those needing a great vet. Ypu wont be disappointed.
