We've had great experiences here and love their staff!!!

Very nice building. The reception staff is always friendly. All the vet techs I've worked with have been patient and informative. My vet is great, doesn't try to talk me into a bunch of unnecessary treatment or merchandise. Much more reasonable prices than any other vets in town.

The shot clinic is well organized. The staff is helpful and kind. The cost of the shot clinic is very reasonable.

Brought a new puppy by on a Monday during vaccination clinic hours. Staff was friendly and efficient. Clinic was clean and prices were reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and plan to follow up for the next set of shots.

Would not let owners to to vet until afterwards.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. They made sure to get my puppy everything she needed and I also left with a few pages on recommended products for my puppy. Best vet clinic I have been too. Highly recommend it to anyone.

They care more about the pets instead of the money they will charge.

Monday shot clinic Great prices and well organized

I am not usually one to write reviews but in this case I wanted to give ABC kudos! My cat Mingus came home limping and had a wound on him. I must of called a dozen clinics including the normal place I take my pets. Not one could get me in. They only would tell me to go to emergency which I tried and honestly couldn’t afford or wait for several hours! I called ABC and Tami answered the phone, I explained what was going on with Mingus and that no one could get me in. She was very kind and compassionate listening to what was wrong and how I needed to have my cat seen. She placed me on hold to look at the schedule to see if she could find a way to get me in. I wasn’t very hopeful after getting turned away time and time again but she came back on the line and ask if I could come in at 1pm that day. I immediately took the appointment, she did say that they would be working me and that there may be a wait, in which I was fine with. I arrived and was greeted with a smile by Lindsey. I filled out paperwork and after a short wait a young man(who’s name I can’t remember)came out to ask questions and then explained that he would take Mingus to the back for an exam. Soon I received a call from Dr Valentine and she went over the exam and said that we needed to sedate her to clean up the wound. I ok’d the treatment. We waited in the lobby while they took care of her. As we waited people came and went, they were pretty busy but everyone was so kind and caring. When they were done I got my instructions and paid the bill. The bill was less then what I expected especially for getting a last minute appointment. I am so grateful for this clinic and the caring staff, they could of simply said no like every other clinic I called but instead I was listened to instead of just saying no and my cat is now on the mend! I will continue to drive across town to this clinic for all my pets needs! Thank you to the staff and doctors at ABC for going above and beyond!

I took my dog on a Monday for the shot clinic. It was pretty busy but pleasantly surprised at how fast they had the dogs get seen and treated. It was so efficient and everyone was very kind.

I could not be happier with this place! I called several vets and this was the only one in town who could take Simon. I was extremely worried about him but they were so thorough and patient with me. They squeezed me in for a 1 o'clock and although I was there a while I didn't mind at all. I was just grateful to be seen. Even one of the nurses came and checked up with me to make sure I was doing okay. I was amazed. I've never had a place that was so sensitive to the owners. I am going to continue to take my little one here for his exams. I'm letting you know right now that the doctor is not allowing people in the back due to COVID-19 which is totally understandable. Prepare for a phone call from the doctor. She is very kind and patient and I can tell she really cares about her clientele.

Very reasonable. Good care. And they will accommodate emergencies. Like them. And they fill a vital need in my vet care umbrella.

The staff where wonderful. I was really worried about my 11 yr old lab mix, he does not meeting new people or going to the vets, but the staff were really great with him.

This place advertises as a low cost pet clinic but is NOT the other ABC clinic charges 150 to neuter a dog these guys charge 450 they are falsely useing the name of the other clinics They have the worst staff I have ever come across they roll there eyes and treat you terrible Definitely DO NOT recommend these people unless you want to be disrespect

I was having an issue with my dog and needed to get in to see a vet right away, I called the vet that I had used in the past and they were booked for weeks. I called ABC and explained what was going on with my baby and they worked me in right away. I was so impressed with the care that I received and how well the doctors and staff treated both myself and my baby. The prices are beyond reasonable, I will be trusting ABC with my pets care from now on. We really needed a clinic that truly cares about our pets and doesn't break us in this area! Thank you for your excellent care!!

Our Winnie went in for her routine vaccines. After we returned home within the hour she had a severe Reaction. I immediately gave her OTC benadryl and proceeded back to the clinic. On the way I called the clinic to give them a heads up, I was placed on hold so she could ask if we could be seen! She picked up and then adviced me to turn around and go to a clinic in Tucson! Are they NUTS! My dog is experiencing a reaction to what she just received from them. Needless to say I was irritated and luckily we were right by the Civano clinic and hospital so we pulled in . I called their number and without hesitation they took us inside and immediately treated Winnie. She was given more benadryl and a steroid. Thankfully she has recovered no thanks to ABC clinic. But to Civano clinic. It cost us $165 for emergency but I don't care they were had compassion and saved our Winnie ❤. UPDATE. Today 2/24 Tammy the manager of the ABC clinic in Vail reached out to me to check on our Winnie and apologize for the way we were treated with this emergency. They offered to pay for our emergency visit and assured me that this was Not there normal way to deal with an emergency and it will not occur ever again. I will in the future use them again as I do understand that this was not their normal way of handling an emergency. Thank you Tammy

Took my dog in for the vaccine clinic. Signed in, was able to wait in my car then got her in and out. Shots are affordable and the vet was friendly!

A little bit of a wait time but the vets and assistants are nice and very thorough. Also, very affordable.
