They are the best!!! My dogs are always so happy!

Everyone there is so nice and so helpful and Nicole is literally the best groomer and so sweet to my dog, Blue Boy. I swear he likes her more than me most of the time.

My somewhat anxious CorgiX did great here. He returned to us squeaky clean and stress free. Staff is well trained and friendly. Facility could use some updating, but it was clean and that is what matters most!

Fantastic, Professional, and Clean. My standard poodle is always so excited to visit everyone there and begs to go. He comes back clean and looking Great! Highly recommended Groomingdales.

Customer beware. This company is good at shaming the customer and placing the customer on the defense. They also take the liberty to shave your dog with no phone call to discuss the best way to groom or remedy a problem. So, if you are okay picking up an unrecognizable pet, then this is your place. Involving the customer would go a long way and likely increase their business.

They did a great cut on my doodle dog!

I had been taking my Boston Terrier to the pet salon for nail trims for several months when about a month ago I went in in the afternoon, the owner wasn't there and two young ladies I never seen were in. The older one was grooming a dog and asked the younger one if she wanted to do a nail trim on my dog, she stated: well, "I can try". I told the first girl that wasn't acceptable so she agreed to do it. I paid and TIPPED her and when I got home realized she had not trimmed my dog's nail much, if at all. A complete waste of time and money. The kicker is, I've recommended this business to my neighbor who takes her dog for regular grooming. Now wish I hadn't and I won't be back.

I was dropping a dog off for a friend here at 7:30 AM. When I went in, I made it clear that I was just dropping off, I hadn't been there before, but the dog is a regular. They took the leash and didn't say anything so I turned to walk out. As I reached for the door they asked me to lock it, I assumed they meant to lock it on my way out, since it was so early, and so I tried locking the bottom lock on my way out and one of the ladies started yelling at me "what are you doing, LOCK THE DOOR, LOCK THE DOOR" I turned to see the dog was off leash and making to follow me out. The lady yelling at me started saying how I was going to let the animals out. A second lady clarified that I should lock the top lock while they let the unleashed dog into the back with the other animals. This to prevent anyone from opening the door while unleashed animals were roaming. I said, "ok, you don't need to holler me, I've never been here before and clearly didn't know what you wanted me to do". The yelling lady said "I said lock the door, lock the door, I dont know what else I could have said, lock the door." If they treat their animals half as well as they treat their humans, it still wouldn't be enough for me to take my own animals there. I have two pups that I'm looking for grooming for, but I will just keep looking.

They always take care extra good care of my dog Sadie, because she hates to have her nails trimmed. The staff is very patient with my dog, and we both appreciate it

Great place to have your dog groomed. We had a puppy that liked to bite that we had taken to another groomer. They called us to pickup our dog because he bit the groomer. Groomingdales was recommended by a dog trainer and they did a great job with our biting pup. Mikayla groomed him and she must be a genuine dog whisperer.

My little terrier is so adorable ???? after they groomed her! Such a great job. And my little dog needs to be muzzled because she doesn't like grooming. They have no trouble with her here. I'm just so pleased. She's a rescue I've had 2 years now, and they are so wonderful here, I think she actually looks forward to the grooming experience now.

Groomingdales is the best place I’ve ever taken my pets. I have an Australian Shepherd who is a people and dog lover. She is full of energy and cannot stay still if she’s being touched. She loves to wiggle. So I took her to Groomingdales and wow!!! They have a daycare as well as grooming, so Roxy can get out all that pent up energy as well as get groomed and pampered all in one stop. Ellen is her groomer and she does an amazing job with her. Roxy comes out looking beautiful every month. And she’s good and tired after 5 or 6 hrs of playing with all her friends. All the ladies who work here are so amazing actually. They are so friendly and sweet with the dogs. Roxy can’t wait to get there on her grooming day. That can’t be said for other grooming salons I’ve taken dogs to. It just shows how much love the dogs get while they are there. I highly recommend Groomingdales for grooming, daycare or both. We’ve been going there for over 2 years now.

Our dog has not been the same since returning. Very subdued, possibly traumatized. The cut is ragged and uneven. There were dogs unleashed and barking at her when she arrived. Never going back here again

I have tried many groomers in town and they are the Best. My dog loves going there they treat her like family.

They aregreat with my dogs, even my abused dog.

Staff did not seem to give much attention nor much energy. Dogs seemed to be stressed. Perhaps it was ONE of their "lazy days" I had happened to walk in on. Loved the story of their hiring of a heroin addict by a staff member lol. Wow. There are plenty other pet service centers luckily.

Great find, friendly owner Mary Alice was awesome, taking additional time with our 17 year old mini poodle. Recommend!

Mary Alice was wonderful with Zoe. I went in with Jeremy for advice and she worked on Zoe on the spot--Zoe had never been to a groomer and was anxious. Mary Alice was wonderful with her--I cannot thank her enough. I loved that the dogs were loose not in cages and they were so happy!! She took the time for Zoe and did a wonderful job on her. Thank you so much.
