We brought our dog, Sadie, in here after a post rattlesnake bite. We recently moved to Tucson from Pennsylvania, so we really didn’t have a set vet. After her getting treated at the local pet ER, we brought her to Four Paws a few days later, as Sadie was not doing well, even after the three day hospital stay, two doses of the antivenom, and laser therapy treatments. We brought her in sad and worried as we thought she was declining. Dr. Mary was so thorough and got her on a treatment plan. She, and also the vet tech, Pam, answered all our questions. Sadie is now almost three weeks out and back to her old self. We cannot thank Dr. Mary and Pam enough for the great treatment Sadie got!

Took us early. Fast and efficient

I Called and told them there was something in my dogs paw that was bothering him, and to make an appt. The woman who answered the phone stated that they would HAVE to xray him, for 250.00 , and that he would need antibiotics for another 100.00. Also trumped up some more charges. Which brought the total to over 500.00. All of this....without even seeing him, which by the way was just a small sliver I was able to see with a magnifying glass. Not interested in going to a vet who clearly instructs their employees to beef up the price any way possible.....No thanks. ????

The staff were informative, cheerful and helpful. Dr Mary was pleasant and handled my new pound dog with care. We will be back.

Last year, my cat started to get sick and lose weight. I brought her into Four Paws multiple times, each time explaining her deteriorating condition. Due to COVID, I was not allowed in the exam room with her, so I am unsure what the vet did. However, she never ran any blood tests. Each time, she prescribed another round of antibiotics. Eventually, when it was clear that nothing was getting better, I took my cat to another vet. The other vet immediately did blood tests and was able to tell that my cat had diabetes. However, because it took so long to diagnose my cat due to the incompetence at Four Paws, my cat was already in a diabetic crisis, and her organs were starting to fail. We did everything possible, but she died a few months later. I am confident that, had the team at Four Paws paid more attention to her when I first brought her in, her condition would have been manageable.

I had a great experience here. I didn’t know what was wrong with my dog. The vet diagnosed him correctly and gave me an inexpensive way to treat him. I’m grateful they had availability the week I needed them because other vets were not taking new clients or didn’t have openings.

My favorite vet clinic by far. No upselling, just honest , excellent care. The staff are very, very nice and the vet is thorough and straight to the point. One of my dogs is aggressive, they handled it beautifully. Definitely staying with this clinic.

Waited 10 minutes to be spoken to just to be told the vet wasn't in the office and she didn't even offer to set up an appointment. She gave me the number to other vets instead

Took my dog Luna to get her spayed. When we went back to get her stitches removed she showed no hesitation to go in and was actually excited to see the doctor and staff. Prices are also reasonable; this is now my clinic. I highly recommend them.

Not even a 1 star. Called to make appointment for our cat. The lady was so rude and demeaning. If only you can reach through the phone.! If that's the case thank god they dont look after our pet. Good luck with that ghetto dump.

I had 2 cats vaccinated here. A little over$60 each. I was quoted over $220 for one spay. Nice place though.
