Dr Laudonio has staff preformed several surgeries our dog Jack. We could not of found a better Dr for him. He truly cares for his patients. We can't thank him enough for giving Jack his ability to run, jump and play again.

New years eve. Found pug in rillito. Vet refused to scan micro chip. Refused to even look at us as 4 different parties worked together to catch the scared little dog. Bring in for scanning and try to contact owner. Acacia vet locked door while several of us cried for the very scared pug. We didn't know what to do. No way to find owner without reading microchip. Owner somewhere outthere looking. 5 minutes or less of kindness would have brought pug to human who was so distraught. Finally scanned dog at humane society. All but one of groups running and riding the rillito. Had to call 5th party for car to get to a kind person willing to simply scan the pug. The lack of care. The absence of concern of a lost small dog found by many in the wash says it all. Acacia vet just wants money. Any real vet would have given the pug a scan. Several of us willing to bring to actual owner. We just needed to know who that was. Acacia was okay leaving pug unclaimed while pug owner was looking elsewhere. Acacia not my kind of place. Glad to know. We even offered to pay for scan. Apparently not enough to make vet scan. For goodness sakes. Anyone there could have scanned the pug. Nope. Acacia didn't care. Thumbs down. Who leaves a dog unidentified on a holiday when everyone knows pug owner would be so grateful. Sad business practice. Certainly not a pet caring place.

I recommend this vet to any and ALL pet owners. I always get the same vet tech and she is seriously so phenomenal. She is the sweetest gal ever and always and makes sure they are comfortable before jumping in to the visit. She really does care, she remembers my other kitties from previous visits. ????Even got my handsome boy to pur today even though he gets super skiddish while at the vet. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me or get me to purchase anything that is unnecessary. Wait time is literally close to nothing, if at all.

An appointment was scheduled while in the office with the Vet a couple months ago. Today was the appointment and upon arrival I was told this would be a vet tech appointment. When I asked to spend a minute with the vet I was told He was booked. Of course I relayed the the break down in communication. Sorry I will take that up with my team! Kindness and compassion seems to be going away. My questions regarding Covid and my pets will be answered by a different Vet one that has time especially when his office made the mistake

My friend went in while her dog was in the car and she was scared her puppy was about to die. The room was empty and they told her they couldn’t help her because they had no vets available. Doesn’t make any sense that she goes to an animal hospital and no vets are there.

Acacia Animal Hospital is fantastic. The vets are thorough and the techs and front office are very caring. When I first adopted my cat, she was super sick, and I feel like she only survived because of the expert care of this office.

The staff here is always very friendly and personable. They try every possibility to get your pet seen same day if it's urgent. The exam fees are a bit higher than other clinics I've gone to, but I feel the interaction with each person there is worth it. They make me feel like they really care about my animals. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner.

Just finished my initial visit and color me IMPRESSED. They got me in before my scheduled time and went above and beyond with service. They treated both Agave and myself with good, professional service and offered plenty of advice for a new rabbit owner. I will 100% recommend Acacia, especially Jeanette and Dr Tolbert. Here's a relaxing bun at the vet pic for proof of relaxed bun!

This place is all about the money. They upsell you. They recommend shot after shot after shot and charge a premium for them. We scheduled a follow up feline leukemia second shot three WEEKS after the first and charged for another exam. “Standard policy” was the answer. The cat did not need another exam three weeks later. The cat just needed a second shot. They lost three animals and lot of bad press from our family.

I would never call them again. They seem to care more about how much money they can get from you and not caring about your fur baby.

Throughout the life of my precious cat I have relied on quality as well as compassionate care from Acacia: this includes reception ( always greeting with warm and patient voices,), vet techs and veterinarians ( Dr. Laudonio and Dr. Coverdill.) Where this team really shined was guiding me, as well as caring for my cat when the time came for her passing. The care as well as scheduling responsiveness were above and beyond! The staff I worked with- you could really feel they love animals- so I felt that empathy.

Recently I had a negative experience with Acacia that makes me wonder why they do certain things. I had to drop my dog off for dental work and possibly an extraction. They told us to bring him in first thing in the morning. We assumed he would be done sometime in the afternoon. We didn't get to pick up our dog until 7pm after I had dropped him off at around 8am. We could have had him home until I was done working and still would have been able to drop him off before his surgery. The only reason as to why they wanted him there was to charge me extra to hold. Him all day. We had talked to a friend who said they got comparable service from a different vet for around half of what I was charged. The care and service for my dogs has always been great by the doctors there, but they also seem to reaching as far down my pocket as they can for it. I have brought all my dogs to this clinic for just about everything they need. The doctors are very knowledgeable and my dogs have always been well treated. The nurses are loving and careful. They double check all the info and make sure the doctor knows everything before they even see my pet. They know animals and how to care for them properly.

Extremely high priced, "moneycentric" practice. It took repeatedly calling (more than 8 calls) for almost two weeks to get the office to return a call after my dog continued to get sicker after the vet visit. Many years ago the business had a great vet, but the business has grown, the prices went up and the care went down. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.

Acacia Animal Hospital is the hospital I chose to take care of my exotics because they are AAHA accredited and provide only the most quality care for their patients. I was nervous about my rabbits being neutered because of their high anesthetic risk, but their surgeries and recovery went great thanks to this hospital. One of my rabbits had a rocky start to his recovery but the staff at Acacia were constantly available and willing to help me get him back on his feet. I’m so glad I found this hospital because now I know my rabbits will get the best care possible. I drive 3 hours round trip to take my rabbits here and it is worth the time and any wait. It is comforting to know that if anything happened to my crested gecko or my snake, they would be well cared for at Acacia as well. Thank you Dr. Laudonio (sorry if I misspelled your name) and everyone at Acacia Animal Hospital!

I was beyond impressed by staff and their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. We are very lucky to have been referred to Dr. Laudonio, he truly cares for your pet as if it was his own. I am sure there are many other excellent vets in the area, but I think we've found our "go to pet-spot" at Acacia Animal Hospital. Thank you!

Dr. Coverdill and all the staff here are phenomenal. Even having moved across town, I won't take my dog anywhere but here because I know I can trust them. Very reasonable prices and Care Credit for bigger procedures. They are great about making their recommendations very specific to your pet's breed to include diet suggestions and food offerings on site. I also love their hours and their extra safety precautions with Covid-19.

Acacia was our go to vet in Tucson. He last saw Dr. Coverdill, but honestly all of the vets there love animals and offer the best treatment. I was between cities and they were always so accommodating. Bruiser is a rescue and started off very skiddish they worked with him and although he never loves visits to the vet he loves the staff.
