Mi cat 6yrs was so very happy and very confident within herself and you could tell she was LOVED by the way she acted at home from after her visit how she was appreciated at her visit here!! She even asked about our sweet kitty, Squee, that she performed lifesaving surgery on 6 years ago. That thoughtfulness and caring ethic is why Benarda is the best! Thank you! The folks at Benarda really care about animals. We have been going to Benarda since 2015. In 2015, Benarda performed life saving, emergency surgery to repair a diaphragmatic hernia that would have killed our precious kitten. This brief summary doesn’t do justice to the dedication, care and commitment that Benarda demonstrated in caring for our fur baby. We will always be grateful to Benarda for saving our kittie’s life! Benarda has earned our business and loyalty, and we take all our animals to Benarda. You will not find a more caring, dedicated place for your furry family members than Benarda.

We adopted a fearful rescue pup recently, and at Benarda, the whole staff has been lovely and gone the extra mile to take care of her in a way that minimizes her anxiety. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate the support. I also came here with my last two dogs, and with friends’ dogs, too. They all received excellent care. Excellent service. I love the entire staff at Benarda. They are friendly and courteous. They treat our fur babies like their own. They use the least invasive methods to help your fur babies through even the toughest times.

Great. Right now they are still doing covid protocols, staff is wondeful.

Our dog has been going here about 3 years now. He is every difficult to handle they take their time with him and only do things like blood draws or all trims if he's ok with it that day. We can't be in the room with him not just because if covid but because he's so protective of us. It is hard to put that kind of trust in someone but we do. Love this clinic

Everyone from front office staff to the vet were cordial and compassionate. Got our skittish 7yo rescue dog Max an apt. within a week of moving to Tucson and he did great! Our other two rescue dogs will be excited to get their checkups!

The staff and vets at Bernarda are top notch. In the past, our trips to the vet with our high strung and anxious pittie mix rescue dog were stressful and unpleasant. Everyone at Bernarda worked to relieve his anxiety (and ours) and keep him calm. It was an amazing experience. We will not take our dogs anywhere but here from this point forward. I owe them a great big thank you!

Three times totally misdiagnosed my cat in March. Finally found reputable vet and found he had cancer in his mouth. By this time, it was too late. Had they listened to my pleas and begging for xrays/CT scan, we could have treated it. Instead they just prescribed meds that did NOTHING. He passed away May 29th.

First visit with my nervous dog. She was so calm and relaxed that I was very pleased. Very nice atmosphere.

I am relatively new to this clinic however in the past couple months I and my chi mix Panko are very happy with them, they are very kind and patient to answer my questions and give me comfort, no matter what time I called they are always nice and patient. Doctors are super nice, very detailed and patiently explains to my questions (many), I appreciate to Dr. Kayomie Daroowalla and Dr. Jennifer Ebarb, we are very happy and satisfied the way they treat my dog. This hospital is Beyond my expectation! I understand current situation and strict rule to not allow us to go inside of clinic together but still I am very comfortable to leave my dog alone with you.

I never leave reviews, but I felt very strongly about my visit to this vet. I have tried out a few different vets in Tucson with my dog and cats and by far this has been my best experience yet. The vet gave me many options for treating my kitten with dental issues when other vets have pressured me to remove all of his teeth ASAP (he's only about 10 months old- pretty sure they just want my $2000). She spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining the possible causes of his dental disease, and possible solutions. She took a lot of care in going over everything with me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. This will definitely be our new vet!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your staff! Everyone who answers the phone is friendly and professional. The vets and vet techs have excellent communication skills, are very knowledgeable, and clearly care about both pet and owner. The only constructive feedback I have is that it often takes a little while to get med refills, though, I’ve started requesting these earlier so we don’t have to worry about running out before the refill is ready.

The only place to take your fur babies. They take great care of my 6 animals and I couldn't be happier.

I'm not sure you could have made our experience better,considering the current times -- pandemic and all the (much appreciated!) Covid19 protocols. Even so, I believe GinGin got great care and seems to quite enjoy visiting your clinic. Superyay! I do look forward to a future that includes interacting in person with GinGin's healthcare providers, as I feel I can better explain my concerns in a hands-on in-person setting. Thanks for taking Gin in as a new patient. Here's to the future! :)

Look elsewhere for a vet. Working with Bernarda has been an ordeal on the best of days. There seems to be a general incompetence where the most basic of tasks, such as drawing blood, requires 6-7 pokes (they still werent able to draw blood). Because they can't draw blood from a wiggly 2 yr old dog, they have then required us to sedate the dog for each visit. Mind you, this dog has never shown any signs of aggression and absolutely loves people. Our last straw was today when, after having to drug our dog for a doctors appointment, the staff sent us home without being seen by the doctor due to their scheduling mistake. Rather than sneaking us in for a quick 15-20 minute check up to rectify their error, we were told to come back next week.... which would require taking another day off of work and sedating the dog, again.

Much gratitude to Benarda for taking care of my 17+ year old Harry. Benarda staff went the extra mile to contact me in regards to Harry being found and dropped off at their facility. Minimal cost for all the necessary tests and medications. I cannot say it enough, thank you so much!

The care from Bernarda Veterinary Clinic has been and is the best all my furry family has had . Everybody there is working very hard "for the animals."
