Worst experience ever! I would never talk to a customer the way she spoke to me, unbelievably rude and arrogant. I had an appointment, confirmed the appointment 2 days in advance AND confirmed again the morning of-----they said they would arrive in 15 minutes, 25 minutes later I'm waiting for them to ring the door bell to let me know when they arrive. Instead, they text me when they arrive, I don't have my phone because I'm waiting by my door for the doorbell to ring....finally they ring the doorbell, and she rudely and arrogantly lays into me about how frustrated she is with me that they have been here for 10 minutes, she has been texting me instead of ringing the doorbell. No hello, no niceties, just rudely scolds me. I thought people rang the doorbell when they arrived at someone's home. I sent them away, someone who is quick to anger over a misunderstanding is not someone I want touching my pets. I had 5 pets to be seen by them in one appointment----she's ANGRY with me over 10 minutes due to a misunderstanding.....when she sees only one pet, surely she spends more than 10 minutes driving from one appointment to another. I do not give business to rude, arrogant people.

My mother lives in a retirement community. She has a 15 year old cat named Jade. Recently we noticed things were just a little off with Jade. With the Christmas holiday a few days away and it was late in the day, we were told to call AVA. So glad we did. They do EVERYTHING! Jade was treated so well, they explained step by step what they were doing, looking for, and going to do. They spent so much time with her/us. Jade is feeling better, and we are too! Thank you AVA for being there for us! You have made our holidays a little bit more merry and bright!!

Worst vet experience ever. I waited until after 8 pm. Two techs came in started grabbing my cat before they sat down. They didn’t even try to get to know. Had her in a burrito roll. My cat was terrified. She has never had anyone done this to her before. She start to growl as they were trimming her nails. I told them to give her a break. The tech got mouthy with me , continued and said she’s fine, ignoring me. I wanted the vet to look at a cyst above her eye. The mouthy unprofessional tech started with, you didn’t tell us. The vet is in the van. I’ll have to go get her. Like it’s a big deal! At this point I invited them to leave my house. Most expensive nail trim ever $169. Respect the animal and owner. Take the time to talk to the animal and let the owner know what you are going to do first. My last mobile vet was wonderful. Took the time to get to know my cat. Did not run around the room grabbing her and charged me $25.

Arizona Veterinary Ambulance is an amazing professional team with a huge heart. They are respectful and sensitive. I highly recommend them as the best in Tucson. Thank you Dr. Wirth, Serena, and Tarah.

My poor cat had injured her paws and they were infected. I couldn't get her in the kennel, I couldn't move her. Thankfully I found this service, they were responsive and helpful. They gave my cat exactly what she needed and treated her with a lot of care. I am very grateful because I was at a loss for what to do. Highly recommend this service.

A great experience! My 160lb English mastiff is terrified of the vet and in Covid with no vets allowing owners inside, this resulted in a horrible experience for my poor dog. Luckily we found these guys! They’re super nice and we were able to comfort our big boi while they did their exam. Their prices are half what they were paying before and our dog was happy and calm following the appointment. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and care about the animals.Thanks so much!

Wow — Pet lovers will love this service. My dog is usually very anxious at the vets but having Dr. Wirth, Tara and Serena come out to my house to take care of a terrible abscess made all of the difference with my pet. This is an amazing service.

Excellent experience! We received such wonderful care for our dog. We are here in Arizona for the month of Feb, normally Wisconsin is home. We couldn't find any local vet offices to see our dog and I was dreading going to a vet ER, especially during COVID. Instead, we got the most wonderful, personal service that came right to our door. My wife is a certified veterinary technician and has worked with Dr. Wirth, Serena, and Tarah for many years. She has a high opinion of their professional skills and it was awesome to have people we know and trust come to our home to care for our cats. My cats really don't like car rides so this service was a lifesaver. They did wellness checks and vaccines on my older cats and were even able to neuter my kitten. It was very convenient for me and much less stressful for my cats than driving to a clinic. The technicians, Serena and Tarah, were personable and professional. They gave my cats lots of love and made sure they were relaxed. They really take the concept of "fear free" medicine seriously. Dr. Wirth was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions about my kitten's postoperative care. I'm happy to report that my kitten has recovered nicely from his surgery and my older cats are all up to date on their shots now. I would definitely recommend their services and would definitely call them again!

What a wonderful team of professionals. We felt so comfortable with the services we received, there is no substitute. They were kind, patient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They came to check 2 of our pets and ended up attending to all 4 of our pets in some fashion. What a wonderful team of ladies. We cannot thank you enough.
