The staff at this location is awesome! They are so attentive and caring. Ted is the best and we are grateful we are able to get him training our pup before he leaves. Terry is doing a wonderful job as mgmt and the whole team really cares about your pets!

I live in a suburban/rural area, so any place is a drive for me, but there are 3 really well located Petco, one in the first shopping area 13 miles north of me, another in a shipping center 13 miles west of me (both the nearest shopping, yes I do live in the boonies!) and one in east Tucson where I go often. Staff at all 3 are always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me when needed.

Went to buy a new aquarium as ours has a leak. Store had many aquariums but when we asked about a hood, we were told they didn't have any. "Why?" We asked and the associated says "distribution" (one word answer that doesn't explain a whole lot) When we asked if we could order it she said "no", (no reason why, just no) When we asked what "distribution" meant considering that they sell the tank and it seems that they should have ordered the VERY IMPORTANT lid for it, the associate sarcastically stated "I can't sell you something I don't have!" So if you have fish that you are sure will never jump out of the water and you don't have any other pets that could potentially fall or jump into it OR you like continually skimming contamination out, AND you love rude customer service- shop here for your hoodless aquarium.

Amazing you charge so much for dog and cat food! This is the last time I can afford to come to your store! I had to come there as my normal store was out of Freshpet and I was out at home. You charge $13.00 MORE FOR A BAG than right down the street! This is absolutely outrageous for the consumer. We are a small town with many retirees on fixed incomes.

I spent over $100 dollars on an aquarium, two fishes and a plant. My husband and I bought everything that was recommended by the employee that was helping us. The next day one of our fishes died. When we went back to get another fish we found out that all the info that was told to us was completely wrong. We were not given a new fish but a refund instead because our tank was to small and were told that the fish we bought were aggressive, even though the label for that type of fish stated non aggressive. If you shop here do your research first because their employees don’t know the right information.
