Boey went here for day care and they took such good care. I was sent videos of him playing with some new doggie friends. Everyone that works here seems like they truly love dogs and they treat them like they would treat there own.

Several months ago, I brought my pup in for grooming and nail trim. My pup was returned to me groomed and all but one nail trimmed. I was told it would be a quick turn around, but was not notified when the service was complete. Instead I called after waiting a few hours to be told she had been ready ‘for a bit’. She appeared traumatized, for lack of a better word. For the next 5-7 days, she would not let us touch her ears or scratch her neck, two of her favorite things. I’m still unsure what happened. If she was mistreated or if it was just from her having been away from us after no time away during Covid. Either way, between that and the one nail that really needed trimming not being taken care of, we decided to no longer use their services. Which is a shame, because prior to this, she always seemed to have a great time.

We have using Wiggles and Wags since they opened. We have experienced day care, boarding, grooming and training. A great place for your fur baby.

I bring my hyper German Shepherd Puppy and my senior Maltipoo to W&W whenever we go out of town and it is so convenient. They take great care of our girls, send cute videos and photos, and the dogs come home clean and usually tuckered out! 5/5 recommend whether it is for boarding or daycare.

This place is great. Zeus loved being here for about a week. And we are planning on continuing coming here weekly for daycare.

Yesterday was our 19 month old Mini Schnauzer’s first visit to Wiggles and Wags. The website was easy to use to upload her vaccination records, and we were greeted very pleasantly by the staff when we arrived. Hildy was nervous and shy but willingly went into the facility. We appreciated the debriefing we received when we picked her up and she came home happy and tired. Thank you for the thoughtful, kind care of our fur baby - we will be back! (Pictured is the tired puppy at home)

Friendly and caring staff. Grizz had a great time and plenty of room to stretch out. Reasonable prices as well!

I brought my 3 dogs to Wiggles and Wags for daycare last week. Everyone at W and W is very friendly and really loves pets. They spend a lot of time with the pets and care a great deal for them. The facility is clean. My dogs were very happy when I went to pick them up. I will be bringing them back this week for a 3 night overnight stay.

My shiatzu , Leo was just there for a three day boarding. The establishment was clean and all of the animals looked happy/well-kept. Had Leo groomed while there also and he had the BEST haircut. Thank you to Tonya, who was great in helping to answer all my questions and made sure I was all set up online. Would definitely take Leo back to Wiggles and Wags and would definitely recommend!

So apparently this business is under new management and as a result have lost a faithful customer. All of a sudden you can not drop your pet's off 30 minutes early to get grooming or you will be charged a half day board...I have been coming to this groomer for years and within 3months rules change but are not communicated anywhere on the website or ahead of time to customers

We took our 9 year old Boston Terrier to Wiggles & Wags for a 7 day, 6 night stay in one of the large 5' x 7' suites. The staff is very courteous, helpful and kind to all the pets that stay there. They pair your pet up with no more than 4 other dogs of the same size for outside playtime. You can tell he was well taken care of and looked the same when we picked him up as when we dropped him off. We highly recommend boarding your pet at Wiggles & Wags.

I'm quite picky when it comes to selecting a proper boarding facility for my dog Louie. Wiggles And Wags Pet Resort was an excellent facility. They went above and beyond to take care of Louie. The staff treated him really well. I highly recommend this Pet Resort. 5/5 star experience.

We left our corgi Winnie here for five nights and when we dropped her off we verified with the business that the doors leading into the kennel are always locked to ensure strangers can't get in and the dogs can't accidentally escape. Upon arriving to pick her up today, the doors leading into the kennel were unlocked- anyone off the street could have walked in and stolen or harmed a dog so they put our dog's life in danger. Additionally, when we got her she stunk horrendously of her own urine and the bedding in her crate was completely soaked through- even though they lie and say that they clean and sanitize daily. My corgi and her bedding stunk so badly of pee I had to hold my breath the whole car ride getting home. This business is deceptive and neglectful of animals, do NOT use them.

Just moved to az but every time I go out of town I bring my lil babies here. The only thing I wish they had is webcams so I can check up on my pups

Wow! So glad I read the BBB on this business before booking for my dog. An F?! Horrible stories, hard to believe they have good reviews. Based on the BBB, (and reviews) the owner shows no compassion and is unresponsive. New ownership? Doesn’t say that on website or BBB.

We were going on a trip out of state and needed to leave our puppy. We did some research and found this place. We came to tour the facility and we were impressed. We got to see the whole set and ask questions, which all were answered. On the day we dropped our dog off we got to walk her back. It was a long stay and we were so nervous. We also scheduled her a bath and grooming for right before we picked her up. We came back and she looked amazing! We took her somewhere else previously that didn’t even attempt to give her a cut. When we picked her up she was so happy and even running around to all the staff. We were so relieved that all went well. We now have a safe place to leave our puppy and will definitely be back for the other services. Thank you so much W and WPR staff for taking care of our baby!

I’m so thankful we read the reviews before taking our dogs here. They don’t seem to care about the safety and health of your pet. But, after reading the owner’s condescending responses to the many one star reviews, it’s evident she doesn’t care for her customers either. Why would you post a mocking response to a legitimate complaint? How insulting.

I was out of the country for16 days. I called and checked on my two shi tzu babies once while I was gone and was reassured that they were adjusting to the facility and doing well. When I picked them up they were perk and happy dogs. Their skin was well hydrated and their eyes were bright. The facility is clean and had my instructions for my dogs printed out and put on the door of their suite. I will definitely be using Wiggles and wags again, as we travel a couple times a year. I’m so happy I found you wiggles and wags!

We are repeat customers. We bring in our chihuahua when going out of town. He is older, has jaw issues and skittish around new people. Staff are so kind and buy him special soft treats he can chew and make sure he has water and food readily available at ALL times. When we took him somewhere else years ago, he ended up with UTI probably because he didn't have access to water all day. Very friendly and attentive staff.

This place is awful. I could not get a summary of how my dog behaved after 4 days of boarding. He came home and had diarrhea immediately. Paid for a spa bath on departure day. I'm suspicious if anything was really done at all. The owner is just terrible and insisted they performed the service when they clearly hadn't. Stay away from this place as they are also overpriced.

DO NOT go here I repeat DO NOT ! Worst and I mean absolute worst experience I have ever had . So unprofessional. I took two of my dogs nails to be trimmed here . It was 20$ and it was the worst nail trim I’ve ever seen in my life. The lady was rude , unresponsive to our needs in the moment and was so horrible with customer service .She couldn’t finish one of our dogs nails because our dog was so upset by her lack of genuine care for an animal and we were still charged . Also we saw the kennel and I’ve never heard so many dogs bark with such distress this place is an awful vibe !!!

My husky has stayed here for boarding any time I leave town for the last year and they have been amazing with her. She is just as excited to see them as she is to see me when I pick her up which makes it much easier leaving her in their care!

The second dog discount is great, and our dogs came home happy. I'm not entirely sure what they did during the day or where they played outside, but was told they made friends while there. Would have been great to see some photos or the group play area. The lobby seems like it might be under construction (?) and there is a very distinct smell of dog pee upon approaching the business which is a little off putting. It was our first time here, and overall, a pretty good experience.

I had my dog in for a grooming. I put a brand new leash on him and this is what it was like when I took it off him. I’ve emailed several times not only his records but also asking what happened to the leash...no responses. Also there’s no reason to have to brush him and get almost as much hair off him as I did. He was suppose to have gotten a blow out. Sanitary trim looked like what he got for his neutering and the hair by his bum not trimmed. Needless to say...$20 leash ruined after the first use. No response and poor job on the grooming.

This was the MOST awful experience ever for our dog. Do NOT take your dog here. We dropped off our dog for 3 days and he was not taken out once during this time. When we picked him up, he was cowering in the corner and he peed for over 5 minutes once outside and then again. He relieved himself two more times. He wasn't fed breakfast this morning and it is 12:46. We should have noticed the red flag when the owner or worker had locked themselves in a kennel when we were dropping off our pet. Actually had to leave our dog in the entry area and go unlock her.

We had slowly been using a credit from a cancelled reservation when our vet strongly suggested that we not board our dog anymore. On December 19, I explained this to the owner who agreed to mail a check to refund the account credit. When we did not get a check by January, I started calling and calling and calling. The owner never took my call and did not respond to any of the NINE messages I left for her. Finally, I filed a formal complaint to which she responded that she could not do refunds due to COVID. I fully appreciate that COVID has impacted a lot of small businesses, but it doesn’t excuse ghosting a customer after promising a refund. If you prepay for any services, do not expect a refund.

I recently boarded my pup at Wiggles and Wags for four days. When I picked him up they allowed me in the back where they keep the dogs, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff were kind and friendly, will definitely be taking my pup back again!

I left my dog here over the holidays, and was extremely disappointed in their service. My dog was older, and was on meds for a kidney condition, but otherwise healthy. While my dog was there, I called periodically to check on him, and was told that he was doing well, he was playful and active, and there were no issues. When I went to pick him up, however, he was so sick that he could hardly walk, and I had to carry him into my car. Not a word of concern or apology from Wiggles and Wags, they acted like nothing was wrong. I rushed him to the pet ER, where they told me he had lost nearly a quarter of his weight, and was so sick that he needed to be euthanized. Might the same thing have happened if I was notified of his deteriorating health and returned early to care for my dog? Perhaps, but Wiggles and Wags never gave me that chance - I trusted them with the care of my dog, and they failed miserably.
