My visits here have been overall amazing. Staff besides Mandy were very polite, kind and had great customer service. Dr. Marzke is very thorough and sweet. We do drive 30 min to our apt with her because they have great service. We have experienced some attitude from front desk Mandy rude comments about us being 7 min late and threatening to cancel our appointment, although they still get paid. Otherwise the rest of staff is awesome.

Topaz Veterinary Clinic was phenomenol. Mandy at the front desk was very helpful and empathetic. Dr. B. was so thorough in his explanation of what was going on with my dog. I was so glad to become a new client - I will never leave here. I had been a client of another vet clinic for 26 years and am so, so glad to now have Topaz as the place that will take care of my dogs. They are fabulous!!

Everyone here is lovely and super helpful. They can even do same-day appointments for emergencies which will save you MASSIVELY from going to an urgent care. They’ve never steered us wrong with our two cats, and foster pup.

I was attempting to find a new vet for my dog. The clinic was very clean and inviting, the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately they couldn't see my dog for a month which was too long for me to wait, so I did not use their services.

Love this vet where it's more about the animal than it is about the dollar you can tell they truly care I definitely recommend them

I love Topaz! They are always friendly, prompt, and transparent about my options. I know my pups are in good hands with Topaz. The app and ability to email staff is a huge help too.

Just to show how caring they are, they didn’t even charge to have Afacan put to sleep. Dr.B was so caring and compassionate with us. I could not be happier with the care my pets have had at Topaz. I’ve met all three of the vets, but have spent the most time (and gone through some hard convos) with Dr B. He’s so compassionate and you can tell he enjoys his work. The office doesn’t push unnecessary procedures or tests. Front office staff have been great too. They e worked with me to find appointment times when I needed to get in quickly.

They are very knowledgeable and will engage you in conversation regarding the care of your pet. Their team is supportive and polite. Dr. B really is the best. He is equipped to handle complicated situations calmly, compassionately, and is easy to understand. Thank you for taking care of so many of my kitties. There will be more, and I'm glad Topaz Veterinary Clinic is here.

Been bringing my cats here for nearly 5 years. Had to have one of our cats put down today due to some pretty severe cancer. The staff were kind and professional during a very stressful moment, the previous appointments were phenomenal as well. Wouldn't spend my money anywhere else.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Topaz. I called in a panic when my heeler stopped eating and drinking for 2 days. The clinic was able to see me same day, performed a battery of tests, and was able to begin treatment immediately. The vet gave me her cell phone number to stay in contact while my pup was on the mend; she texted and called regularly to check in and requested updates from me on his progress. He is fully healed now and I couldn't have kept my cool without the doctor's reassurance. The employees at Topaz are well aware that veterinary services can be an unexpected expense. They discuss in detail the cost for any procedures with the customer before moving forward. I really appreciated this; although the tests my dog needed were expensive at least it wasn't a surprise. The doctor was also willing to discuss possible alternative treatments if the cost was prohibitive.

Thank you for a wonderful first appointment and making accommodations for my special pup. My 2 year old corgi had terrible experiences at another vet clinic in his first year of life, causing him to become afraid and “aggressive” whenever he needed shots or a vet visit. Since the start of the pandemic, he’s also become leash reactive, which makes things harder at the vet. Paco had a wonderful first appointment today where he felt comfortable, safe, and in good hands with Dr. Marzke-Berthiaume and Grant. We will definitely be staying here!

The owners care for all of our pets and will do everything they can to help our sick pets even skipping breaks as needed to make sure our pets get the best care with a very friendly and helpful staff! There are times that they are so busy that they can't fit us in right away, but they do give information on emergency clinics when needed and schedule us in as soon as they can when not so urgent!

I was first drawn to Topaz by their CoVid precautions. I appreciated their concern and care. I've seen both vets with my two dogs and they are knowledgeable and professional. The staff are friendly and respectful. Of course I'll return! By the way, the little dog is 18 and bigger one is 14.
