Took in my dog for several reasons and the vet helped with all. The service was fast and friendly. My dog is usually scared going to the Vet and the staff made her feel more than welcome because half through she was wagging her tail instead of hiding. It wasn't the first time we went there either. The first time I went I took my other dog after she went missing and got hit by a car. The bill was a bit pricey, but they do payment plans. Which is why I come all the way from phoenix to be satisfied with the well being of my pets

Having a sick furbaby had our family feeling helpless and terrified. Dr Hiller's demeanor helped to put us at ease. She is kind and gentle and it is obvious that she genuinely cares. She was thoughtful in her recommendations and didn't put our pup through any unnecessary testing or treatments. The entire staff was wonderful. They will be our family's primary care vet going forward.

Have used Nortera since my first visit with Grace when she was about 8 weeks old. I always feel like she's getting the best care possible and there is always a follow up call or note asking how she is doing. Wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Solid Gold! Dr. Gold is fantastic. In a recent visit, he was so calm and understanding while working with my very anxious cat. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. I am grateful for the care he showed both of us.

If you are looking for a vet that is personable and truly cares about your pet this is the place for you! Our family received sad news that our 12 year old Goldendoodle had cancer and not much time left. Dr Gouker and his staff were outstanding in their support during this heartbreaking time for our family. We even received a hand written note following up on the loss of our dog. Highly recommend!!

Had a last minute scenario arise and Noterra Animal Hospital and Grooming came to the rescue! From their admins to their doctors and vet techs, they are first class! The experience my pup had was a joyous one. Seemed like a place filled with caring and happy people. Expect hands on, personable care from staff that will do everything in their power to assist you in whatever your situation, and a clean establishment with good vibes.

They got my puppy in when no other Vet was available for two weeks! Took care of her right away and followed up the next day to see how shes feeling. I'm very happy with the care and customer service!

I needed to bring in my dog Bronx for a scuffle with his brother. Your office was able to accommodate quicker than my regular vet. I appreciate your office did not try to offer services not needed and in fact was a little less in cost than quoted. Staff was great and friendly! Would definitely bring my pets again.

Had a fantastic experience with Norterra Animal Hospital. My dog was sick and they were nice enough to get me in the same day even though they were booked. Dr. Hiller was very thorough and took her time with my dog. She also was very caring and extremely professional. I also want to commend Nicole at the front desk was exceptional!! Every business needs someone like her to greet clients and welcome them into the practice. 5 stars all the way!!

I took my dog who has allergies here because the allergy shot was less money. Or I thought it ended up being 295.00 . He was all broke out and infected again this was during covid-19 I wasn't able to go in so I really believe he didn't receive that allergy shot at all. It cost 143.00 for the shot. I called and told them and of course they wouldn't call in the anti biotic they need to see him. Well off to his ver these people act nice but they rip you iff.

I felt like they really cared for my animal. They were able to get my cat in when I couldn’t find anyone else that would get her in. They kept me updated and I felt she was safe when I left her. It was a long drive from our house but cant see taking my animal anywhere else now. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly, kind and willing to address all of my concerns and questions. Happy my furrball and I made the change to Norterra Animal Hospital.

I’ve already referred family and friends over the years. My husband and I can never have enough great things to say about Norterra Animal Hopsital. Everyone is so wonderful and they are always so attentive to any needs or questions you may have. They don’t try to treat your pets for things they don’t need and always listen to you. We will always bring our pets here!

The staff is so friendly and loving towards your pet. The vets give alot of good advice to keep your pet as healthy as possible.

My daughter's puppy was sick and they worked us in quickly. She's training to be a PSD, and my daughter is so thankful for the office taking us the same day. The vet tech even went as far as to explain everything in a way I could replay to my 16 year old so she could have a say in everything and know what she was agreeing to. We will be continuing to use this office for everything we need.
