The staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Connie Anderson was outstanding, calling me personally with important test results late in the day!

We went for Santa pictures. I was very impressed with clinic. Very clean. The staff was very helpful and caring. I had two dogs and needed help. I will be scheduling an appointment for check ups. Very impressed

We absolutely hands down have the best vet in AZ. I drive 30 mins sometimes just to go here. That says a lot when I have 3 vets in a .5 mile radius. Dr Anderson has cared for my 3 four legged family members for at least 10 years even before she opened Animal House. We all love her and I know my dog is given the best care I could ask for. If cost is an issue for you then maybe purchase insurance or think twice about owning a pet because it’s not cheap. Animal House is fairly priced compared to other facilities. We love you Dr Anderson and appreciate the care and love you effortlessly provide. Your office manager Jeni is just as amazing too!!!

5 stars isn’t nearly enough for this office. I have three dogs that go to Dr Anderson and we continue to make the drive to see her even after moving a good distance from her. I can not stress enough the care my pups get from her. I have one pup in particular that has needed extra care over the years and I can’t imagine hopping around to different vets. She knows my boy and is the reason we are able to share so many years with him. When a specialist is needed her recommendations are excellent. She is exceptional in her care, but the love she gives to my animals and to my family is what sets her apart. She has called to check on them after major incidents. When I lost my girl a few years back I thought she might cry with us. She takes into consideration all aspects when making recommendations including costs. I could not ask for a better doctor and am grateful she is here for us. Thank you Dr Anderson and thank you to your entire office!

Top notch vet they care for the pets keep the clinic thing low cost and the animal care is low cost but high quality.

Great friendly staff and facilities. However I would do a little price comparison for major needs.

This is the best vet office I've ever been to. Robin at the front desk is absolutely amazing and she really cares. Dr. Anderson is also fantastic and I trust her completely. Thank you to the whole staff for making our experiences with you guys so great. I will go to this office as long as I live here for sure!!

I have been going to Animal House for almost 3 years after relocating to Gilbert, first with my 5 year old dog and then with my pup who’s now almost 2. I cannot say enough good things about this place they are so caring and passionate about the animals they care for, from the vet techs to the vets themselves. If I have a concern or question I can always call them up and they’ve been very accommodating whenever I need to get in a visit. This has been the only vet my puppy has ever been to since I got her at 9 weeks old and I wouldn’t dream of taking her anywhere else, they’ve taken care of everything for her from her wellness checks, nail trim, and even her spay. The staff is always very happy to see my dog and remembers her always when I come (they’ve seen her grow up!) and they are always honest. There are vets out there that I feel like will up charge you or tell you that your dog needs things they don’t; I trust them fully and know they always want the best for my girl. I just recently moved back to the Scottsdale area, and I will happily make the 45 minute drive to Gilbert just to keep her going to Animal House!

Overall excellent medical care for my dog though quite expensive. Probably not affordable for majority of pet owners. Grooming could be better

We are leaving and going to a vet that doesn’t require masks and do a ridiculous drive-up system where we have to wait in the car. They wouldn’t even let us walk in with our dog we were putting to sleep (even with a mask). We had to give him to them to take to his exam without us. We were able to go in when they actually put him to sleep. Also when I asked how much they would charge to put our dog to sleep, they quoted a lower price than the actually charged. They didn’t tell us about the exam fee in the original quote so we had to spend time dealing with that while we were trying to focus on saying goodbye to our pet. Knowing a clinic tried to overcharge you during a time of grief is especially bad. It’s ridiculously overkill and we’re switching to another vet. ***I'm editing this review to state that I did make it known the clinic that I was not told that we'd be charged for an examination for our dying dog, and that we were overcharged. I did not wait to post it in this review before letting Animal House know. I think that others should be aware that they will not be able to go back into the exam with their dying pets, especially since the clinic never told us that beforehand when I booked the appointment. COVID isn't a justifiable reason for vets to be inhumane to pets and their owners and ridiculous with their restrictions.They wouldn't even let us stand in the lobby with our dying dog with masks on and it was hot out. I'm now going to The Pet Doctor on Arizona Avenue which does not make you wait outside in the car and ban you from coming into the lobby or into the examination room (even if you are wearing a mask) like Animal House does. They are much more affordable and don't nickel and dime you or fail to tell you of mandatory examination fees like Animal House.

Vets rarely seem to know what they are talking about and you will spend half your day there to get half qnswers or no useful info

I used to take my dog there. It is affordable, friendly staff. A few days ago I was there with a friend, like always make your appointment, wear a mask is required, they'll met you outside, still the same good service.

While they were not able to fit me in right away, they were extremely helpful and provided me with numbers for emergency vets in the area.

I love the staff and how well they take care of my pup, who is 6 years old!!! They are fair priced and are always willing to give great advice, even if you are just calling in w/o appointment.. They truly care and make you feel like family! It does NOT feel like this place is in it for just the money! They are very knowledgeable and courteous!

The staff here was great! Took my dog here for a pretty major surgery (not sure if it was major, but it felt major to me). Not only were the extremely nice and helpful for the surgery they were great with follow-up care. Would definitely recommend them to anybody! My dog has more energy than ever and I owe it all to you guys! Thank you Animal House!

Update on this I got to speak with the owner and she was just as rude and not willing to help. She hung up the phone on me saying I hope you have to deal with a customer like you and you are not welcome here. I hate having to leave bad reviews but they just don’t know how to handle themselves. These guys have been absolutely terrible they never can see your pets when they are sick they just tell you to go to an emergency room. I would go else were.

I have been to many vets over the years and Animal House is by far, actually by a landslide, THE best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. They are extremely caring, conscientious and treat my animals as if they were their own. I never have apprehension about leaving my pet there. Dr Connie Anderson is an amazing veterinarian and person. She goes out of her way to treat your pet and to find out what is wrong and goes to the ends of the Earth to find the answer. Once you try them you'll never go anywhere else!
