They took my lil guy in with no problem for a walkin nail trimming. Less than 5 minutes we were done. Very friendly gentleman. Will be returning for sure. Thank you!!

very unprofessional and rude, asked me a ton of irrelivent questions like where I took him last. My mom has gotten her dog groomed his whole life so I was not sure of the length hair cut he usually gets so he told me since he's 8 and been groomed his whole life I should know and that he wouldnt groom the dog and told me to get my mom to call back, which she is not with us anymore. Disgusting customer service.

Treated new client over the phone with such disrespect. Highly do not recommend. Whoever the male was that spoke over the phone needs to be re evaluated.

Expensive,!!! plus the groomer has issues what I was told a dog owner can't wait outside cause of his personal issues which is selfish. The parking lot is for the public . This groomer thinks hes has the right to say you can't wait outside for your dog and I was not rushing them plus I choose to wait outside due to one of my pets was stolen and never saw him again from another grooming location. I will relate this to my family and friends to stop going there to seek else where. They also said there was plenty of other groomers to go to..all I wanna say ,Is Karma" So Rude million stars thumbs down.

UPDATE: Today was Lila’s third visit to Scooby Do’s grooming to get her nails clipped! She is down 6lbs since her last visit and much healthier. The team at Scooby Do’s grooming did a great job on her nails per usual. They know how to treat a senior dog. Customer service is amazing and the price for nail trimming cannot be beat - this is the only shop we will visit for her mani and pedi needs! I brought my 13-year-old dachshund to get her nails trimmed last minute at Scooby Do’s Grooming a couple of months ago. There was a lady working who held my very fat pup while a nice gentleman clipped her nails. She’s usually a bit fussy about her nails but they handled her very gently, she was completely at ease. I recommend this place to everyone now :-)

This place is the best. I've taken my puppy to 5 other places which banned him for biting when his paws are touched. He always comes back clean, smelling fresh, and with his nails fully clipped!! The first time I took him there, I warned them. When I came to pick him up, they said he was an angel and that he didn't know what was happening at the other places. I'm so thankful to find a wonderful place who is great value, awesome experiences, and right down the street!

I have had my dogs nails cut here a few times, and my dog Hercules was groomed here not too long ago. First of all, my younger dog is very fearful and doesn’t do well in areas with other people. They have been so kind and sweet with her, and she didn’t even react poorly when we took her today. They did an excellent job on my Maltese’s haircut, and I would say it’s the best one he has ever had. Very professional, and the center always looks clean. I’ve been so scared to take my smaller dog to get her nails clipped, but I am relieved to know that we can take her here. Thanks so much! Really disappointed that I won’t be bringing them back here. Every time I call about getting nails done, it seems the price just increases. $40 for my two small dogs to get nails cut.. not including tip. Spending $50 for just their nails seems super excessive. Just got their nails both done for $5 a piece in Gilbert. I’m just a little frustrated that it keeps getting more expensive for a simple service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called to schedule an appointment, provided all of my dogs information and my information. Took time off work to take my dog to get groomed but when I showed up for my appointment the doors were locked. I tried to call the business multiple times but there was no answer. Left a voicemail with my contact information and was never called back. I called them back two days later to see what happened and the owner tried to say he didn’t have my contact information and could not reach me to notify me that they had to close the other day or to reschedule. Horrible management. The owner is quick to provide excuses. Would not recommend this place. Edit- LOL the owner keeps responding back with situations that are not me. 1.) Don’t have a golden doodle not sure what this person is talking about. 2.) Never scheduled again so the second reply/story below is also not me. This owners obviously has a lot of poor experiences with customers and can’t keep them straight. It’s sad that they keep updating their reply with accusations instead of just saying sorry.

Messaged through Facebook called twice couldn't get anyone to return any calls nor pick up the phone. Went with a different groomer.

My dog Azalea Hope has been under the care of Mike for about 4 years. This is the ONLY groomer I have ever allowed my dog to go to since I relocated to Phx. It does my heart good to see how my baby is so excited to get groomed and pampered. Very professional staff, fair pricing and excellent pet care. I could not ask for a better groomer for Azalea.

Didn’t end up booking an appointment but my phone call with them was very pleasant and informative.

I have taken my dog to get her nails trimmed twice and was charged a different amount each time - Which was fine. My main problem is no one barely ever answers the phone. I have been trying to call to schedule a full grooming appointment and even though I call during business hours I always get the voice mail that tells me to call back during “business hours” - This afternoon I called again and someone picked up and rudely said “hello!” And when I asked if this was the groomer I was hung up on. I know it was the right number because I used my phones history from the time earlier in the day I had tried to call. Of course when I called right back there was no answer and at 3:30 (they state they close at 5) I once again got the voice mail telling me to call back during business hrs. I am now looking for a new place to take my dog for her grooming needs.

I have been taking my girls to Michael for a very long time, I cannot believe anybody would say he mistreated any animal. My girls will not let me touch their nails, before his wife died my girls were done by her and they loved her. I was worried they would not do well with anyone else. I was wrong they are very happy (as happy as a dog can be with getting their nails trimmed) with him. I will only take my girls to him. Tippytoes (chi) and noodle (doxie) are glad he's their groomer

These guys have been great! On one occasion our puppy was really freaked out about being there with all the other dogs, so we rescheduled for another day at a time slot just for her and she was fine. Since then, she's had no problem going. We were grateful for the accommodation!

I used to come here all the time, they got a new owner and I went back once and they shaved my dogs fur WAY to short and it was bothering them , I am now trying to make another appointment and they won’t even answer their phone.

Great service and people! Take my dogs regularly for nail trimmings. Staff is always friendly and caring with my dogs.

Be aware of prices. We had a smaller Doodle was quoted $75 and because our puppy was jumpy they charged us $100. This is your profession I'm sure all dogs get nervous and jumpy that shouldn't be an extra charge. Will not take my business to them again. So if you drop your dog off be sure to get quote in writing.

great service and competitive prices! Michael the owner took my dog in without an appointment very last minute and was still able to do a great service! My dog has medical conditions and he was very careful with her, insuring she wasn’t under stress due to her eye condition and she was well taken care of well at his shop. I am so pleased with the services and compared to other local and chain companies the prices are amazing and affordable! Thank you!

Took my dog for a nice little spa day, bath and brush with a nail trim. They were super quick at getting her in and she seemed to really enjoy being there. Definitely will be back.

They are always so gentle when trimming my chihuahuas nails.

We have been taking our three small dogs here for 2 years and I've always thought the service was great. Prices are pretty competitive but make sure to book your appointment early. They fill up fast if you have more than one dog. :)
