Great place. The people are very kind and take great care of my pup.

Preppy pet is the only dog boarding we use in the entire valley. They are the nicest people and absolutely love what they do. Our dog looks forward to “summer camp” each time we drop him off. Prices are very reasonable and all-day-play is a must!

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM. My dog was boarded for 3 days and came home with non stop bloody stool and vomit. I picked him up and he had stool on his collar and they also informed me that they had to clean his paws because of a situation where they wouldn’t go into detail. He was healthy before coming. I called Preppy Pet told me it was normal then I called 2 of my veterinarians and they told me it was NOT normal. I asked them what happened and the rude manager hung up in my face twice and wouldn’t withhold any information and was not empathetic also told me that BOTH my vets were lying. This situation clearly isn’t normal, save your money and don’t go here unless you want to be hit with expensive get bills for no reason.

5 Star Experience, We always leave our Dogs! ⭐We have two dogs, a 11lbs Chichon (Chihuahua & Bijon) and a 45 lbs English Bulldog. We travel frequently and go out of town and would look around for random dog hotels. Sometimes it seems like the dogs would come out... different and that always bothered us. When we leave them here they don't skip a beat. We bring them home and they usually are better than we left them. Fed, groomed, and happy. You can buy multiple different packages and that is what allows you to really treat your dogs.

Take my fur babies here anytime I head out of town! They love it there! And I trust them with my dogs and have never had a bad experience!

They bring my dog out and there's fresh blood all over him all along his sides on both sides of his body Preppy Pet has no idea where it came from??? Then my dog Sonny gets Kennel cough he's never been sick a day in his life til I took him to Preppy Pet! Vet bill exceed 200.00 dollars he's still under the weather,so never again will I use their services Ever!!!

Do not take your dogs here! My dogs caught giardia while being boarded here. The lobby smelled strongly of urine and it was very dirty. My dogs did not participate in group play, but still managed to catch giardia from this facility.

We always trust preppy pet for our little guy Teddy. He gets to play with his fur friends and the staff always are so friendly with him and happily take our daily phone calls to check on him. We love this place.

We boarded him for four nights and when we came back, he was not feeling well. He's not eating, peeing constantly, dehydrated, and seems depressed. We told them he had a sensitive stomach and supplied food and treats for his stay. When we got there, they said they fed him their own treats and he immediately started throwing it back up. Place did not smell clean. Will never leave him there again.

Stay away! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We left our 13YO lab with them for the weekend. We didn’t get a single update from them over the span of 4 full days. My wife and I considered this a good thing and that nothing was wrong… When we picked him up they asked us to wait for a moment so that they could rinse him off, peculiar… They handed him over to us with his stomach and hind legs completely stained with feces, clearly a mess older than the day of. He had a private space which means that it could only have been his own mess. We paid extra for him to be taken out one on one to play and use the bathroom, he clearly did not get that attention he needed as an older dog who struggles with bowel control. Considering they offer bathing/grooming services it would have been a no-brainer to call us and offer to clean him but they decided to leave him a mess. On top of that it was clear that he didn’t receive his medications on at least 2 of the 4 days. My wife and I are reasonable people, but this was egregious. The nasty smell walking through the door should have been enough of a red flag. It seems most people haven’t had a problem with this facility, our experience was not only unsatisfactory but left us feeling frustrated and angry.

The staff at Preppy pet are always super nice and friendly! My dog loves going there even though she is scared of most things. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I would recommend them to anyone who needs pet boarding. They were considerate and understanding of my concerns and asked questions to make sure they understood my instructions. I will absolutely use them again the next time I decide to travel.

My dog Rommel was skiddish at first. He hated to be separated from me and my wife. After a few visits, he now looks forward to going. He loves the staff and even knows the day of the week when it's time to go to preppy pet. Thank you for taking care of Rommel!! I apologize for not contacting you for the cancelation. Hope this makes up for it.

They were amazing with our 11 week old puppy, Jack Russell terrier and 6 years old pit bull. They were so accommodating and resourceful. When we picked them up after our 8 day vacation, they were so happy.

My dog Elmer loves it! He's a great dane and they treat him amazingly!

We have taken our German Shepherd, Lana a couple times and we absolutely love it. The whole staff is super helpful and very nice. We will continue to take Lana to Preppy Pet.

We love Preppy Pet. They love our boys and take such good care of them! We use their grooming services and they do such a good job. We drop them off knowing they are being taken care of and loved on, while being groomed and while waiting for us to come back to pick them up. Daniel is a great owner and he cares about his business, his clients and their pets!

Very fortunate to have this boarding place so close to me. My dog is aggressive towards other animals, which makes life more difficult. They are super understanding and ensure me that everything is okay for my trips abroad. Also can't beat the prices!

My little dog had an excellent grooming experience! The staff is so friendly, I was really concerned because my goose doesn't get along with other people well, particularly males but she did not fuss and when she came back out she looks and smells amazing. I am so thankful!
