Went to buy some salmon oil for dogs. Also picked up dog tooth paste. This is a nice location and I go here frequently.

I was able to meet 2 kittens who were up for adoption.

I shop here for my cats prescription food. They have a great selection and the shelves are stocked. Well lit and clean. Their selection of pets, including fish, was limited compared to other locations that I have visited in the past. Lost one star on rating due to staff not being helpful or very nice.

We have a good experience! Customer service was excellent! I would love to adopt a pet with them again!

Same atmosphere as all other petsmarts

Refreshing and pleasant atmosphere for shopping.

I normally dont have anything bad to say about Pet Smart. But I recently dropped my Dog off for his first overnight visit. When I picked him up I did notice a tick on his ear. When I called back to speak with a manager the staff member said to call back from 1 to 3.... I did and spoke to the same rep. He said he noticed that Jameson would not let anyone touch his head. That was pretty clear when I noticed a tick on his ear at pick up. I'd called back to ask the manager to see if other dogs were there with the same problem. Upon check in there was nothing like the sort. I'm really bummed about this and while its hard to control. The fact I can't get any customer service is the issue. My Dogs ear would be in a-lot better shape had they caught this before he left. To bad... Safety is what I expect for my pet and they dropped the ball here. ):

We recently just adopted a kitten from this place and it was such a simple process. We made an appointment online and when we arrived they left us alone with the kitten we had chosen. All the animals looked clean and happy, and their cages looked well-maintained. After signing some paperwork, which took seconds, we were on our way out the door with our new kitten. They even gave us a free bag of food and a book of coupons that helped us get supplies we need for our new kitten at such a low expense. We would highly recommend this place.

Update: they are getting so big. Went for a kitten walked out with 2 of them.

Very easy to find stuff

We adopted a cat from the AZ Humane Society at this location and it was a wonderful experience! The cat, Sugar is sweet and playful (picture included). In addition, the staff were super helpful and gave us all the information to be prepared to adopt. In addition, petco supplied coupons to get their products discounted with an adoption so we could get her the food, toys, and resources she needed. I 100% recommend adopting pets and this is a great location to do it at!

I was just passing through town and my 15 year old dog needed a bath after a few weeks on the road. I feel bad I don't know her name but the young woman who took care of my pup was so gentle with my dog's achy hips and slow moving ways. The extra attention was much appreciated!

Always a friendly staff! The check out lady was smiling and put us in a great mood!!

Nice clean place but very crowded

Petsmart sells a lot of dog stuff and when we need dog stuff, we sometimes go there. We also go other places for things Petsmart doesn't have - like raw bones, a travel water dish Petsmart doesn't stock, certain food I can't get at Petsmart. They also house Banfield's. We go there too. People are usually nice in Petsmart. We're happy it's there when we need it.

Best experience today! Adopted a 9lb. Chihuahua, good customer service, it was a quick and easy process, and 50% off. Sandi the front cashier was excellent as well. Got us all the deals on pet items! Savings of $37.00. Thank you Petsmart.

Aisle very well identified and well stocked. Aisle size good. Very clean.

Bought a bunch of fish for my aquariums. Lee Anna helped me and was very sweet. It was a big order and she was very pleasant and patient.

I was disappointed to learn that they now have an exclusive arrangement with the brand of pet food that I buy. This means no competition, higher pricing and lower customer service. ????
