Great variety of products for my doggo ????

Great service. Our dog got his nails clipped without any issues and he now smells great after we washed him.

Love the self wash here, big tub and they provide shampoo and conditioner, and towels. All for around $10 can't beat the bond you create with your pet. Love it.

Friendly people, got my dogs nails trimmed on a Saturday within 20 minutes no appointment. Knowledgeable staff helped me pick out some treats as well.

Meeka (dog) and I received a very warm welcome, the nail clip took less than 5 minutes, and Jenn handled everything expertly.

We went there because good reviews and the reviews didnt even cover it. They are wonderful! They gave us food trails for both cat and dog and knew sooooo much. Beyond helpful and now we will go only there when it comes to both cat and dog. We'd give them 6 stars if possible.

Dizzy and Jenn are awesome all around! So I wasn't surprised that when I went in for my first time ever and them not being there that the staff member working was just as awesome! Our dog Zorrie has been sick vomiting for a few hours now and she was so helpful in suggesting something to help calm her stomach before taking the plunge of going to the vet. We'll be trying this first and if all fails we take the next step. Thank you Pet Planet College Staff, Dizz and Jenn for having a wonderful place for pet owners to go for their dog needs.

I go out of my way to go to this pet planet. The whole team is amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. The sweetest people, always clean and organized, and Jenn is amazing. She worked with our super anxious dog and trimmed his nails, took the time to really get him comfortable and gives us tips on how to help him. They carry the best brands for food and treats and hard to find raw brands. I tell everyone to go here for all their pet needs!!! Customer for life!

Love this place! My go to for natural and raw dog food. They carry brands and products that are typically a little harder to find and have a pretty wide selection of food and goods.

Friendly and informative staff. They have a lot of good recommendations and quality food/snacks for both my dog and cat. Have also taken my dog for nail clipping and used the self-service dog wash - great clean facility with everything you need.

Groomer was fantastic with my dog and his nail issue. Took good care of him on short notice. Great job and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Pet Planet Tempe has such a great team. I recently switched to frozen food and with that came a lot of questions. Not only were they answered, they got me excited knowing my pup was going to love her new diet.

I love this place! So glad I found it. The staff is great and so nice and polite to me and my dog. They have a dog washing station and nail clipping service that are really affordable and reasonable.

If you haven't shopped here yet.....you should! *****UPDATE***** I reviewed this business four years ago and my love for this store has grown! My Wife and I are at home recovering from Covid-19 and had mad arrangements for a friend to pick up dog since we were running low. It turned out this location was getting our pets food in later that afternoon but no longer within our friends pick/up schedule. The store manager (Dizzy) volunteered to drop off the food at our house on her way home from work.....this act of kindness brought tears to our eyes! To say that Dizzy went above and beyond is an understatement. I can not recommend this business enough! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! Chuck

I have been shopping with this store for a number of years. When the pandemic hit, I was uncertain of how I could continue to get my dog’s food, and other things. I did not want to settle for chain store service. I am totally blind and every time I have shopped here, I have received special attention. I called Pet Planet, and asked how to get food from them. As a kindness, they have been bringing dog food, toys and treats regularly to my house for no extra cost. These are good people, and the owner genuinely cares about the two legged customers, as well as the four legged ones.

This store ensures its dog chews are natural, not fabricated and possibly dangerous like chews you find in regular pet stores. They educated me on how rawhide which can be found in many sorts of dog chews is very dangerous if your dog swallows it. The staff is both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They also did give helpful tips when feeding your puppy, how important it is to pay attention to portions. Properly increasing portion size with growth can help prevent future hip problems when the dog gets older. And their dog food products are also impressive due to being natural, and targeted to a specific dog demographic for best results. The large selection of types, sizes and flavors available here is very cool. They also have a rewards program which helps save a little money. It's a cool store.
