Margo's Pet Spa Surprise, Arizona

My dogs appointment was at 9am and wouldn’t be done until 1pm. I have a small dog and shouldn’t take 4 hours. Will not be returning!!

Love the staff and care given and even more, it's affordably priced and they don't skimp on what they do just because they charge less... They are thorough and wonderful! Pebbles has been going for a few years now.

Not happy with 3 hrs. wait. Even then, he wasn't done. Why make an appointment for a certain time and still not be able to finish. Over booking l think.

Low key store front , BUT WOW , my 11 year old Shitzu usually freaks out when it’s time for the hair cut, the second the groomer took her , I could tell she felt comfortable, when we picked her up all the paw pads were cleaned up and the usual spots around the neck and tail were trimmed the best I’ve seen , she smelled like a princess and was very happy,THIS IS THE PLACE !!!

Got my cat groomed into a lion cut. They were swift but gentle and his cut turned out great. Will definitely be bringing him back here.

Reasonable prices, so popular it takes weeks to get in. Sometimes cut is inconsistent on our Bichon/ Mix.

Had a great experience getting my dogs groomed here. Will be back.

This was our first visit at Margo’s and it won’t be our last! Our dogs can get anxious in new places and they were so understanding and patient! Their cuts turned out just as we asked. Staff was very friendly. 10/10!

We were first time customers today. Great customer service and very friendly! We took our 18 month old Golden Retriever, who is normally pretty skittish in new surroundings. He did great! He came home happy, handsome and smelling good!

They have always been very accommodating and good to my dog. I'm grateful for the care that they give to my fur baby.

Always nervous on taking your dog to a company that you don’t know nothing about. Interesting them to take care of your family member. Just like you’re trusting me with your company’s background data, private information etc. LinkedIn takes me to trusting places and ideas!

I really love this place! They take great care of my pup. She is a sweet Old Poodle mix about 14 years old come up but at this age can be very challenging for a groomer. The people at Margo's do a great job styling her and she is always so happy when I pick her up. Also they do a great job of cutting her nails , another challenge I'm sure! Check them out you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely love Margo’s, and so do our pups. They’ve always been so kind and amazing with them and have done a great job every time. They are so accommodating as well, there have been a few times where I have had my toddlers with and when I pull up, they will come out and get my 2 dogs for me and bring them in just to keep me from having to wrestle the dogs and toddlers for drop-off! There are so few businesses that treat you and your dogs like family but the staff and owner here do, and they have made it a place where when we recommend we know they will get amazing service.
