We have been with Denise for over 10 years. She is the best at managing the dogs AND the parents!!

Hands down the best groomer in town, denise has groomed all the cats and dogs I've owned over the years. I'll never use anyone else.

I took Khloe to a different groomer for years and she was always a nervous wreck taking her and picking her up. She is much more comfortable with Denise and gets individualized attention. You can tell that they love animals. I'm much more comfortable taking her here.

They do a great job with my 17 year old malti- poo!

After losing our groomer was happy to find diamonds!! She does a super job and Wolfie's happy!!

Brought in my schnauzer for the first time, overall I was very satisfied. They were friendly to my dog & told me how his behavior was, I requested a certain cut on his fur. I tried taking a picture but he's all over the place he's quite hyper. Also they have great prices ???? i will definitely be back

Denise was great with my Skitzo's haircut! He got the lion cut. I would just like his boots in the front shorter, but I'll ask for it next time ????! I will be bringing him back! Great cut for a great price! Here Skitzo's before and after pictures!

Always a great experience with Diamonds in the Ruff. I have an anxious little one who doesn't care too much for his nails cut. They are able to get me in and out within 5 mins of showing up for a nail cut. My little one doesn't squeal or fight and much less stress on him during the process. Excellent services!!

I love taking my Yorkie Here. The owner is always so good to my little princess. My schedule is hectic but she always gets us in and is always in such a great mood. Have you ever called some place to make an appointment and it seems like your a bother? Not here...more like family. ♥️ I will always take my dog here and recommend you do too!

My aunt Susan got her dogs groomed for the first time by Diamonds in the Ruff this week and was very pleased with her experience. The dogs look fabulous! She will definitely be returning for another appointment (:

We have been taking our Maltipoo Max here for a while now. Have been happy with them in the past. Today however, not so much. It had been quite a while since he had a haircut, which the groomer recognized when he was dropped off. There was no mention of an additional cost because his hair was longer or matted more than usual. When he was picked up, there was an additional $10 charge for "excessive mattness". This is something that should have been told to us when he was dropped off. Their website only states that "Prices can vary due to size, coat condition, and disposition." Not pleased with how this was handled. Won't be going back.

Absolutely love the groom our 6 month Yorkie got! I explained what I wanted for the cut and we could not be happier! This will be the only place we take her.

We have 3 rescue chi s and one of them has longer hair that needs to be groomed. Diamonds in the ruff does an excellent job. Our pup is happy and they are friendly and caring.

Molly's nails looked great but I was expecting for her to smell clean too and I wasn't even sure if they bathed her

Just moved you AZ and needed a place to take my baby girl. My dog is like my daughter so I’m very very protective of her and the lady who was there was beyond nice and took care of my baby right away. The way she approached my dog the first time all the way till she handed her back to me was respectful and I would highly recommend this grooming. Thank you for treating my baby and me so kind!

We moved here from Tennessee. Found these groomers who were fabulous. They even bring your pet to the car afterwards. Both our cats are squirmy about nail trims but they lay on their backs and let them trim without any problems. Please give them a try.

I am extremely grateful for most rescues. And I normally don’t do this. However, after them posting on Facebook about some Cane Corso pups that someone sadly surrendered to them, and they stated that they would be spayed and neutered at 4.5 months old, I commented on how this was bad for their long term growth. I posted proof. They deleted the proof. When I said something about it, they deleted the whole comment thread where others agreed. Large breed pups should NOT be spayed or neutered that young. There are many scientific studies proving this. Instead of just leaving it as they disagree, they censor anyone who doesn’t agree with them. Do not surrender your large breed pups to these people. Do not adopt large breed pups from these people. You will most likely end up with dogs with orthopedic issues which will cost you a fortune to help the poor animals. While I respect most dog rescues and fully support them, this particular one is doing more harm than good in regards to large breed dogs. Google the subject of spaying and neutering large breed dogs and the age suggested. I’d of left this alone had they not deleted my comments.

My dog feels comfortable in this grooming salon and I love the staff.

My mom took her 9 year old golden Australian Shepard here for a groom. This is a dog who is routinely shaved, usually every 2 or 3 months depending on weather. They did such a horrible job, I can't believe my mother didn't demand her money back. The cut was completely uneven, some places she was shaved down to her skin. On her neck, she was actually cut by the trimmers. This is not a hyper dog. Around her neck there were places that the fur was still 2 inches long next to places it was half an inch. I can't believe they didn't fix it before she was picked up. Not only is it bad business to do such a horrendous job, they actually hurt her with the clippers. I would never recommend anyone to go there and they are lucky my mom is not confrontational and didn't go back to get a refund.
