I love shopping here. The staff are very helpful..even the younger staff, which is rare. The products are the best prices I can find for what we buy, and they are always willing to give suggestions to any questions.

I came down with Covid and conveniently ran out of dog food in the middle. I couldn’t find anyone for delivery and my dogs have such sensitive stomachs making a switch would have been horrible I called dales and told them about my situation and they took my info over the phone and brought the products right to my trunk. Amazing customer service thank you for your help

We thoroughly enjoy the employees and other customers here! They are always so helpful and kind. Not many places these days where you find truly kind people, let alone opperates with the same business practices. The prices and products are worth the drive for us inorder for our bunnies and tortoise to have what they need. Thank you!

The dog used to live going to Dale's but not anymore. You can tell by the hair cut as well. The two times were not his but the last one was the last straw for the puppy. Not sure why and she loves everyone. Won't go back for now.

I have taken my dogs, to Jill and Jessie for 3 years they both take such care When my Scooby-Doo passed Jill was so upset this is because she gets so attached. I love them all that work there.

We shop here exclusively for our dogs food but today upon pulling up the employee ran quickly to the door and flipped the open side over to closed with 2 minutes left till 5:30. I get it, it sucks when someone walks in right before closing, but very unprofessional. We will be talking our business elsewhere from now on so I hope it was worth losing a customer!

These people are the best and never said a word to us about not wearing my mask because of my medical condition. They carry really top quality products for you pets. What's not to like. Need more businesses like this.
