I had our 15 lb shitzu cut down with a #7 blade; which is comparable to a "close shave." Bailey came back with a tick around his collar line. When I saw it and removed it I called them and never heard back!

Update: Unfortunately, my favorite groomers are gone and the last time I brought Charlotte in they did a horrible job. I picked her up and she wasn't fully dried which is important with Collies. I no longer go to Grand.

Went there the first time and found no posted prices. I asked how much to groom my dog and was told $65 to $75. So I made an appointment with Taylor. When I showed up for the appointment taylor told me her "Base doodle price is $80 and up". So it seems the price depends upon their perception of the customer's affluence. And taylor just wanted to do a partial groom; the stuff we could do at home for free. So I pressed for a full grooming. Taylor got testy and asked how much I wanted cut off. I told her as a professional I would like her to "tidy him up". She again demanded to know how much to cutoff. So I took my dog and left.

The people at Grand Grooming are great, from the front desk to the bathers and groomers. My dogs always are excited to go to the "doggy spa".

Thank you to Jodi and Jessica!! Jessica did an excellent job grooming my border collie. And I know he was a mess when I brought him in. Thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this groomer.

I trust this wonderful place with my precious Luna. The owner really loves dogs and treats you like family when you walk in.

They are so nice there and they do a great job on our toy Australian shepherd.

This is a gem! The people were so friendly and kind. We brought our dog there for the first time this week - he’s a big boy, Labor doodle, and he got the best haircut we’ve ever had.
